    Sephora has nice beauty products to try and play with, and associates are generally very helpful. The popular Fenty line must out quick - they are always missing products (today it was body lava), but I really like their selection of NARS makeup. First visit during pandemic - whats different is you have to line up outside the store and wait to enter per capacity limits. They spray hand sanitizer in your palms while you wait and you are instructed not to touch anything in the store. No sampling products allowed. If you want to see how a shade of lipstick, foundation, etc looks, an associate will swipe some on a piece of paper for you to look at. I don't plan on changing foundation, so there's no need to try that on, but there is a certain allure to being able to "try before you buy." However, safety first!

    It always smells wonderful and os a makeup wonderland. Most of the time people are nice and helpful. The rewards system sucks, spend $100 for a small sample . But other than that

    I was at this mall for a Yelp Event. I forgot my red lipstick. I decided I would check out Sephora. To my amazement and good fortune I walked in and went to the Sephora lipstick section. I found the perfect red and wanted to try it. A nice salesman who was helping another customer saw I was having trouble with the lipstick ( it wouldn't turn up to open it.) He stopped what he was doing and opened up a brand new one for me to try... I used it and out the door I went back to my event. This lipstick stayed on for hours not like my original one... I was so happy with the Sephora lipstick I went back after my event and bought it... I thanked the kind sales rep and went to the checkout ...... I met another sales rep named Shovana ( I think that was her name .) She took the time to find my original account and let me know I had hundreds of points left on it.. I walked out with my Sephora red lipstick and some samples... This store is kept very clean and organized... Everything is easy to read and displayed beautifully... The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer... This Sephora Store in Menlo Pk Mall is doing everything right! It was such a pleasure shopping here. If I'm ever back in the area I will make sure I stop in....

    Was in from out of town for a special occasion. Made an appointment for a full face makeover. Got Britney and she was really talented and a really nice person. Great to chat with. She knew exactly what products to use, how to do my shadow, applied lashes and basically made me look better than ever. Everyone in the store was super helpful and nice. And at 48 I might not be Sephora's ideal candidate for a makeover since I'm not 25. But it was a great experience.

    Workers are so friendly and love to take their time to help you!! They have great care, and are so nice to every customer. Highly recommend!

I did my research and I was so happy that they carry the products here. Must be my lucky day because there was a summer sale going on...Get 2 Sunscreen Products and Get 1 Free. 90.9% of people in Seoul, Korea wear sunscreen on a daily basis. Children there are taught to protect their skin early on. When I visited South Korea last year, I noticed that all vehicles there have tinted windows. They really take their skincare seriously. Another reason their sunscreen products stand out, there is no nasty scent, it's not sticky, you can apply your makeup afterwards. I absolutely love it. Extremely helpful and friendly employees. I'm excited to try some new cleansers I got as well. I'm teaching my son that men have to take care of their skin too. Most of the products have Korean labeling but on each product display shelf, it explains what it does in English. Some of the tags will tell you that it's the #1 selling item in Korea. The best part...the prices!!! I felt like I hit a gold mine and made out like a bandit.

Some moderators respond in ways that feel abrupt or dismissive, and I've seen viewers removed without clear explanation after asking about giveaway eligibility or quoting the seller's own terms. This creates an environment that can feel unwelcoming for buyers who simply want clarity. There are also transparency issues with shipping and communication. Although the seller has stated that prizes are never shipped in envelopes, one of my items was rerouted due to improper hazardous‑material packaging. I also had product requests go unanswered for several days across multiple streams, which led me to purchase those items elsewhere. The biggest concern has been the giveaways. They're presented as random selections from a set of items, but I received the same low‑value item 27 times in a row, including times when it wasn't listed among the options. Statistically, that outcome is extremely unlikely if the process is truly random. I also received substitutions that weren't shown. After multiple viewers questioned the pattern, the giveaway listings were quietly adjusted without explanation. I'm sharing this in good faith. The thing to be weary of if you do participate, but not why I'm PISSED. Some of these auction prices end up higher than the actual website pricing, which completely defeats the idea of an "auction deal." Most people probably aren't stopping to compare because the lives move so fast & on top of that they have fake accounts they use to push up pricing which honestly wasn't even a problem my eyes. HOWEVER!!! The thing that COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST... was they were running a $1 auction on the same perfume in a multiple sequence row, and the bids start out at "$1". They lost money on two they ran prior, one selling for $55 and another at like $45.. and so they snuck in a starting point at a much higher price than what you can get online started it at $70... so I'm hitting the $1 bid button actually ended up being $77 dollars with me being the only bidder... praying someone else bids for the dreading 10 seconds left. I noticed it happened earlier on a product I wasn't bidding on and thought it was a glitch and no one had bid on that one that the starting point they did was $115 when it's suppose to be $1. Then it happened to me... and I noticed it happened to a few others today. The entire experience felt SCAMMY and keep in mind... I had been hyping up their products and building up their trust to others on my platform... and look, idgaf if they drive up the prices, it's an auction, BUT DO NOT SCAM PEOPLE like that. Absolutely disgusting behavior. If it's not selling for what you want PULL THE PRODUCT. I am so disappointed.
