Came in to pick up some lotions, scrubs, and car freshener's. Got everything and more! They were have their wonderful sale but 3 get 3 free! Everything else was on sale too. There was a lovely woman in the front offering their new scent. I declined then came back around and asked her for a sample. Bought way more that what I came for, always do. Store is clean and they have plenty of staff on hand to help. Everyone is friendly too. Parking is a breeze in the covered lot and you walk right in the mall. It's located right next to Victoria's secret's another favorite. read more

The staff: They were very friendly and helpful. They showed us where the wallflower refills were located in the store. They also told us that there was a sale going. The store: The store looked clean but was a little crowded with the customers. I think they should limit the amount of customers at a time since there is a pandemic right now. This store is great for what it is, a bath and body product store that also sells candles, car air freshener, tote bags, etc. Products are overpriced for my budget (i.e. $16.50 for a 9.5 oz tube of aromatherapy body scrub, $24.50 for a 14.5 ounce candle, $12.50 for body wash, etc.). Truth be told, I use their body wash and scrubs more than I do any other brand and I'm pretty satisfied with that. To combat high prices, I shop and stock up during semi-annual sales, which are right after Christmas and in June/ July. Other times I use coupons because paying regular price is simply an option I avoid here - because I can! Staff at this location is always helpful and personable and there seems to be enough people on the floor the majority of times. Lines can be long, but generally move fast. Alexis is a TERRIBLE manager and had the worst customer service attitude. I came in with one of my girlfriends and she was just standing there with some other employee. I had to threaten to call corporate in order for her to actually do her job. Once someone else came out to help her she smiled at her and tried to make it seem like we were the crazy ones. I told Vanessa or Veronica I think her name was that she has a nasty attitude and should not be working here or in any position. She needs to be fired. Never in my life have a i experienced this and the staff there is normally so friendly especially Diane. To see someone like her bring the rest of them down is sad. Bath & Body works do better! read more

I came into the Edison Menlo Park, Bath and Bodyworks store and was greeted by One of the staff members a very pleasant face with a lot of energy her name was Diane. She very helpful show me the new fragrances that was displayed in the story. Diane was welding form about the products in the store made several recommendations, sampled several different types of fragrances that would suit a more mature woman of my caliber. She is truly an asset to that store will recommend my to friends and family. My cashier Raphael was also helpful in the sale of my purchase. Kudos to the staff in the Addison Menlo Park Mall. I came to this location and I was so excited to see all the specials going on, I wasn't really going to shop but after the front associate, Vincent, greeted myself and my family he had a genuine discussion with which products were recommended and what specials were going on. We went to the sale section and we started smelling all the different candles, Vincent stopped by to check on how everything was going and he shared recommendations, there was another customer who got just as excited as we were that she started filling her basket with what we were picking out. By the time we reached the register, the associate ringing us out was very pleasant. She was happy to share email offers and search for our phone number to get us the next deal. I walked into this store today at Menlo Park Mall, I was exchanging 2 Candles that were never once burned, to exchange for the exact same candle policy. EXCHANGE FOR SAME ITEM! This sales associate not only targeted me but i over heard her say "ill take care of this one" as if i had 10 used up candles.. profiling me as i walled into the door because i wss holding a bbw bag. When i went to the cashier she begins too tell me & scrutinize me that i have to pay FULL PRICE! because the 2 candles i had were "summer candles" i used to work at BBW! I know thry will choose if they want to do certain things. Stores & employees NEED to go by BBW RETURN POLICY!! I had to go sbout calling CUSTOMER SERVICE on her & they had to say Yes! She can exchange for profuct for product! She was the nastiest thing ever!!! If you ever go into this store with an exchange be prepared to be targeted! They are NOT nice! This is my first & last encounter with this location. Ive been coming to this location for over 15 years! I have alwats been respected but this girl was obviously new. I had never seen her attitude self before! She was on the floor doing sales but as soon as she saw me in line she screams "ill take you!" Than i had to TEACH HER how to treat customers the cotrect way!!! If you are profiling someone & trying to make up youre own rules than dont do it with someine who knows this company! Love this store, they never really give me trouble at all. Also I'm not sure if he is the manager or just a cashier but Val is an amazing employee. He was very nice & helpful. I went in & got everything I needed. They were also able to help me out with an old fragrance I was curious about. Either way , great store & don't ever hesitate to stop in the store. read more
