I called for an appointment one month in advance and the scheduler scheduled me for the same day and sends a text to tell me my appointment is the same day I called. When I texted back they don't respond. I called 2 weeks before my appointment to confirm, the guy tells me the company share the cellphone so my text was lost, I asked if I'm still confirmed for that date, he said I booked someone else so I have to get back to you... I asked him to call me back when he gets a schedule of when the doctor is working so can schedule with that person, he told me both people are experienced but I ask him to move me to Tuesday, he only has a Wednesday 5:45 last appointment for me. I said okay. I still get a text for the Saturday that I rescheduled and told them that Saturday they moved me to Wednesday but no response... Wednesday I show up for my appointment at 5:45, he tells me I'm not on the schedule and if I dont have an email it's not true that I'm lying, after I got upset he said he'll try to talk to the doctor to see if they could fit me in, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room with no answer if I'm even being seen... So update the person that helped me was wonderful, she eloquent and skilled. She helped me calm down, and I felt like she was very kind and genuine. She was kind enough to accommodate this mistake. She listens and she's very good at what she did.. She made such a different in this visit that I would come back, and I changed how I felt with my initial contact. I made an appointment for a facial peel today with Olga online. I received a reminder text message about the appointment. I then drove over the bridge to NJ and arrived before my appointment time. I check in and they dont know who i am or what i am there for and Olga isnt in. DISAPPOINTED! I saw some really good reviews here for Gloria & Olga. I was tired of commuting to NY for laser & said let's give it a try. Gloria was the one w availability so I booked her on a weekday at 720pm. She asked me to come in 10 min early for consult & I agreed. She called me 4 times the day of the appointment asking me to come in sooner, if I was still coming & just making me feel very uncomfortable. I was already looking fwd to the service so I still went. Upon arrival she wasn't very welcoming & you could tell she was ready to go! I advised her of my laser history & for the area of concern she said "well this isn't going to help, it's not going to do anything" which was a lie because I saw major progress thus far. I was pretty discouraged to even go thru w it but I was already there. Laser appointments usually run about 10-15 min max. Gloria worked on me less then 5 min. I was so disgusted at her mannerism from the start. I then did the consult form AFTER which isn't how that works but I knew I had no allergies or contraindications. She wouldn't be able to say the same because she didn't even bother asking. I was so disappointed after the service I was just hoping i saw results and would feel better about the $95 1 service where in the city I pay $350 for 7. Surprise, results were nonexistent. Went in for Botox, came out with a black eye. Please do not be fooled by the deals on Groupon, this place should be shut down. You walk into a dingy lobby and wait beyond your appointment time for someone to acknowledge your presence. First, the NP pressed way too hard on my cheek, and then proceeded to inject under my eye which is not sanctioned for Botox. I literally have a huge black bruise resting under my right eye for all the world to grimace at. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

I was excited for my first botox consultation, and as I was walking in the door, they cancelled my appointment. I asked the receptionist why, and they said the person didn't work that day and it was a scheduling mix up. Totally fine, I understand and reschedule. Two days before I call to confirm the second appt, they say yes, everything is fine and the appt will happen. Now the SECOND time I go, I walk in the door, receptionist says the appointment has been cancelled AGAIN! Why? An emergency, and the doctor called out that morning. My appointment was for 1:30, why didn't they tell me before hand? They don't apologize and try to get me to reschedule again, but at this point I don't care. There are much better places in the area. As a primary care doctors office this place has gone down hill. I love Doctor DeCastro if she's there but chances are she's not. The nursing staff is awful their hours are not correct. And last time I went with back problems to be checked the doctor that was there was trying to tell me it was my weight and to go on this restricted diet and take these pills and to visit him at his real office. He didn't care that I was in extreme pain he was plugging his own facility. Never again. read more

I was told that the injector was away and offered only a weekend appointment on two successive weekends by the guy who takes the calls. I went in for a consultation. They did not seem to know what they are talking about. I have done laser hair removal and was looking for the type of laser that works with my skin. On the phone, they assured me it would be a YAG laser that would work on my skin type. However, when I went it for the consultation is looked like a IPL laser, that would not work on my skin. I wrote down the brand of laser to do more research when I went home and I was correct. They flat out lied to us. The first session is a consultation with a medical doctor, which is not offered at all medical spas. He's very knowledgeable and honest about what the treatment can and can't do. I would definitely recommend using this place for laser hair removal. Over the years I've bought several laser packages and my experience with Ratnesh at BodyCare MedSpa is by far the best. I started seeing results after the first treatment. I don't feel any discomfort during the procedure. Unlike other places that quickly run over the area with a laser, Ratnesh slowly and meticulously covers the entire area and more. They don't double book, I am always seen immediately when I come in. As a primary care office I would not recommend, they list their hours as 9am-8pm and that they take walk ins, however that is far from the truth. I am a patient there, tried calling at 9am to be seen and was told no because doctors only there until 1pm! Why do they list hours until 8pm if they are not seeing patients! And forget about trying to reach your doctor for a medical question. I left messages with the staff for 3 weeks straight and was never called back. To top it all off, tried making an appointment on their website as it recommends and it tells you someone will contact you, well no one ever did. I really should rate it as 0 stars. read more

I found this place on groupon and called them. They said if I come in, they could give me an even better deal. They did give me a better deal in person. I recommended my friend, and when she went in, she had a different consultant, who gave her even cheaper prices than me. I thought this was unprofessional, as I was told I was getting the lowest price, however my friend was given even cheaper prices (she didn't end up getting laser done). I had 6 sessions, including upper lips, underarms, Brazilian, arms, and legs. The first 2 sessions I had gloria, who is not very friendly and goes VERY fast. The last 4 I had Ratnesh, who was a lot nicer and spent more time on me. However, I should've done more research before buying the laser deal. I later found out the laser machine they use is not a good/effective one. After 2/3 sessions, my hair seemed to stop growing. Then it all came back. After the 6 sessions, the hair did decrease, however it was not as dramatic as I expected for the money I spent. I now go to another laser place and I realize how different the experience is. While this place is not a total rip off, I wouldn't recommend. I suggest spending an extra few hundred to get the job done properly the first time. read more
