They said, well, we do have them but they are all in a box because I just scanned them in. If it's "the bike" then how about I ring you up and suddenly it becomes an order but just a shelf restock. I will gladly quickly put it all together so that it's safe and fully assembled for you to go home today. 30 mins later we rolled out with one VERY happy kid and parents !! There has not been one visit where someone has not come up to me and asked if I needed help. That in itself is impressive. Unless there is a sale going on things are pricey in my opinion. But as they say you get what you pay for. I did buy a pair of Hoka walking shoes last year and they have held up wonderfully and are so comfortable. We made our way to the clearance area and found some great options. I found a pair that felt like I was walking on clouds - I snatched them up immediately. My husband lucked out and found 2 pairs for himself as well - he also found a backpack for our trip. Between the sale and the coupons we had, I ended up paying just a little over $200 for 3 pairs of shoes and a backpack - the shoes I picked out were marked $135 so we saved a ton of money! Overall, I'm so happy we found what we were looking for at Nike and the service was great. The young man that helped us at the counter was super personable and attentive. The prices are low. Lower than their competitor down the street (hint: name starts with D). Big 5 sells sports specific shoes, sports clothes, fitness equipment, sports gear, and accessories. This location like most all Big 5's have zero interior design theme. But who cares,since the prices are low and customer service is on point. Another thing to note is that they carry seasonal specific gear. In the summer, they have life jackets, swimsuits, kayaks, boards, and water toys which is convenient if you're headed to the river or any of the multitude of nearby lakes. Plus in the winter, they have snow clothes, snow shoes, and sleds. From Folsom, it's not that far of a drive before you get to snow elevation.

Staff is super friendly, helpful and let me test ride several bikes in order for me to decide on the best fit. Even though they are a large company with numerous stores, you feel like you are buying from a locally owned business. I highly recommend.
