They said I couldn't return it because it was past 60 days from purchase, which was never mentioned on purchase. When I told them I was clearly told I could return extra (without being given a date), they blankly stared at me and just repeated their policy. I was so taken aback by their attitude, that I didn't even mention that me initially receiving an entire box of broken tiles was part of the delay in my project - causing me to have to reschedule with my contractor's team. They truly didn't care at all! Won't be recommending them or doing business with them in the future! Terrible customer service - no appreciation for their patrons

Ryan the Triangle representative gave my contractor the song and dance. My contractor lost money because he had to reschedule workers that were paid and started work before we discovered the discrepency. From what I understand my contractor is still fighting with them over this. Be aware if you deal with Triangle. Beware of the song and dance.

My friend came into town all the way from Seattle specifically for these classes (well, these and the Lemur Center), and having witnessed some of the studio instruction today, I can verify that potential students will quickly learn to create beautiful works of art of their very own. They would not come out to look at the cabinet and there apparently is NO warranty on the cabinets, so you are better off going with a more reputable company. Someone that stands by their product. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and make suggestions like any other company would do they just said that the cabinets that they sold were cheap. This was not what was said when I purchased the cabinets. Had a very bad experience and they came across as they DO NOT CARE. The conversation started out by they would send someone out then it led to not sending someone out that there would be an extra charge and I asked how much and they said they would have to look at it. Then the conversation led to they sell cheap cabinets and apparently there is no warranty. They do not know their product line like most companies would. I am going to report this to the BBB as I am tired of companies promising everything when you buy and later when you have an issue NOT ACTING OR NOT CARING.
