What I was initially quoted was the actual price I paid--bedroom closets were included with the cost of each bedroom and my hallway linen closet was included with hallway charge. Rates were very reasonable and they also had weekend availability which made scheduling much easier for my husband and I. The gentleman that came did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, and my husband even commented on how diligent he was in making sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. I also appreciated that a text confirmation was sent the day prior to the scheduled cleaning, confirming our appointment. While I consider my husband and kids to be fairly tidy , we did have some stains from a few spills that he was able to remove. We were very pleased with the results--the carpet was clean and plush looking/feeling as if it had been newly installed. Ok if that is the case they should have told me when they rolled them up to take them to their shop or they should have returned them to me when they dropped off the rug. I asked them to replace them but they wouldn't. I'm a 69 woman with hard wood floors and I am afraid of falling. Second, I let them know there was still a spot on the rug, sent them a photo and he said he would have them return with a spotter. However when i asked him to replace the grippers, too, he refused and said he wouldn't send the guy back either. In the course of the conversation he called me "sweetie" which is rude and patronizing. I told him I've used his company before and my friend currently has expensive rugs there currently. I feel that I need to let her know of my experience. He said I was threatening him. No, this is called a review and telling my friend is a courtesy to my friend.
