We're also surprised and grateful that Dr. Yen, treated us like family, constantly trying to save us money, he tirelessly and patiently explaining to my husband, twice I think, how and why treating three different areas in one visit, saving at least $2,300 than what my husband's brother suggested better to split into three or more different visits. Dr. Yen called and checked on me @ 7:00 pm tonight, after he saw more patients after he extracted, cleaned, and bone grafted my #30 tooth, and cleaned #31 all done by 4:00 PM (in less than an hour), I am so impressed, he kept me informed of the different types of surgery procedures all throughout the surgery, I only felt very minimal pain from the local anesthesia needle, no pain, no swelling, no bleeding as far as I could tell, how's it possible? The lengthy instructions clearly stated to use ice packs, 10 mins on 10 mins off for first 24 hrs (3 packs were provided), then warm heat packs for next 24 hrs to break up swelling and minimize bruising, I tried for less than 30 mins while driving home post surgery, then stopped, since there's no need, no swelling, no bleeding, and no bruising at all. I am so thankful for Dr. Yen's incredible expertise, and Dr. Yen is so humble, he asked me how do I know he's done such an amazing job? I think it's quite self explanatory, when those possible bad/worse/worst scenarios are not happening to me, Dr. Yen has done a fantastic job! Right?

My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. I had lost the tooth behind it last year due to another fracture. I had serious issues and needed help. I consulted with Dr. Clem and he performed a 3D scan of my jaw. After analyzing, he felt that not only could he extract the broken tooth, but he would be able to get another implant into the space left last year. We scheduled the surgery and it was performed this last Friday. It could not have gone better! He did quite a bit of work that day involving everything from extraction to bone graft to implant placement (different areas, mind you.) When I awoke from the sedation I couldn't have been more comfortable. What I thought was a hopeless situation has turned into future teeth. On another note, I doubt if you'll ever see a more high-tech office in your life. It is a beautiful facility with all the latest equipment. It's pretty obvious from the minute you walk in the door, this is as good as it gets! Add to that the fact that he's pretty famous in the dental world.
