Called in on a Tuesday at 435pm, needing to make a new patient visit. When I informed the person who answered the phone, they sighed and said they could take my information, but they were about to close. When I asked what time they closed, they said, "Well, now." I politely said," Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know because everywhere online says 5pm," they ignored this. Throughout taking my medical information, they repeatedly made comments about how they couldn't take all the information needed down since they were closing. This place comes highly reviewed, which it very well may be. However, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to continuously act like me calling your place of business 25 minutes before the listed closing time, and them answering the phone was somehow me keeping them past their working hours. I had a root extraction, bone graft and then implant. Dr. Lee made me feel relaxed when she was performing each procedure. It was not painful or scary as I thought it would be. Healing time for me was pretty amazing short too. Rosie and Carmen also made my visit comfortable. I also appreciated the reminder before each appointment. At first it was overwhelming to receive several reminders via email and texts before my appointment. But I was always on time so only got one reminder. I've been coming here for quite some time now, for about 2 years, this review have been long overdue but my experience isn't based on a one time experience but my overall experience. I'm not getting anything for giving this review but simply to express my appreciation for what her and her team has done for me. I've been searching for a dentist for a couple of years until I found Dr. Lee's office and have been coming here since. Dr Lee and her staff in the office are all a treat and crack me up, they are caring and funny and makes you feel a certain comfort. I feel much more confident smiling and laughing now. I've had my metal crown replace to veneer as well as all my fillings. I had gotten my Invisalign done here and was happy with the results. I've gotten my teeth whiten here as well as gotten then opalescent whitening trays which also yield great result, both experience with minimal to no zingers. I had gotten electric tooth brush products here as well, wasn't a fan of the rodent just cause it had a smaller brush and harder to find head replacement but gotten the Panasonic one and much happier with it. Janet is great cleaning my teeth for my routine cleaning. She also notice better results from when I first came in. When I first came in I had 2 really bad infection and Dr Lee was able to treat the situation without having me having to pull my teeth. Now each visit has been a breeze with my periodic cleaning. Thank you Dr Lee and her team for all that they have done and gotten my dental hygiene to where it is now. Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing! I was referred to the office by a close friend of mine. My 7 year old daughter needed 7 cavities fixed and our family dentist that I have been going to for 20 years didnt have the patience or expertise to treat a squirming, anxious 7 year old girl. My prior dentist referred me to a kids specialists who all wanted to sedate her, which scared me. Dr. Lee and her staff created a friendly stress free environment which calmed my daughter and they were able to fixe her cavities without putting her out in several sessions fixing 2 to 3 at a time. I was a patient here and got invisalign trays done with Dr. Lee a few years back- I am just now posting because I am at a new office and remembered why I changed offices. I think that Dr. Lee is very professional and personable, and I have no issues with her or the quality of her services. However, I stopped going to her office because the front office/billing person, Jeannie, is SO rude and I can't believe I had an encounter like this at a professional medical office. I got invisalign done at the office and since I live about 50 miles away, I consented to have the invisalign trays mailed out to my address. I waited about 3 weeks for them to come since I was finished with my current tray and needed to move onto the next aligner. They still didn't arrive so I called the office to confirm and ask if they were sent out, and Jeannie promised that she would send them out that same week. She said "I promise I'll send them out this week latest, don't you worry." I waited another week before calling because I know offices get busy, but they still didn't arrive so I called to inquire about them. When I called and asked for Jeannie, she said that she still didn't mail them out. When I nicely asked for an explanation about why they weren't sent out yet, Jeannie started absolutely SCREAMING at me over the phone, saying "you should be grateful I'm even doing this for you, I don't have to do this and I have to get it from home and package it for you before sending it out!" Then she kept screaming at me about how I'm being so ungrateful and that she's doing all she can for me, and that she won't stand this kind of treatment. What treatment is she talking about?? I was so confused and still am to this day- This phone call took me aback so much since 1) she was on speakerphone and I was with a friend at that time who is also one of Dr. Lee's patients and my friend was shocked/scared by the level of screaming that was occurring, 2) learning that a patient's invisalign trays had been taken to a receptionist's personal home and left there ??? instead of at the office was very disturbing to me and I was uncomfortable with it, 3) I was merely asking about the invisalign trays being sent out because they were promised to be sent out so adamantly few weeks ago. I ended up getting my invisalign trays 2 weeks after this call, so now I've missed the scheduled timing to wear my next tray. This wasn't a huge deal to me but what was a huge deal was that when I got the package in the mail, the package box itself was perfectly fine and not damaged. But when I opened it, the trays themselves were damaged and crooked and some parts were even BENT. I was so appalled that something so expensive could have been sent like this- I don't know if she retaliated by damaging my trays on purpose but I closely examined the paper box it was packaged in and there wasn't even a single crease. I was so angry but I didn't want to deal with Jeannie, in case she denied everything and would start rudely screaming and saying inappropriate comments about how I'm undeserving and ungrateful (verbatim from our phone call), so I just tried to unfold the bent parts of my invisalign and wore them. That encounter just turned me off so much that I changed offices- I was willing to drive to the Anaheim office to see Dr. Lee, but I hate that I was berated for no reason and that Jeannie is so rude, demeaning, and absolutely unprofessional. I refuse to be treated like that at a medical office and chose to not return. At the office Jeannie will act extremely sweet but constantly talks over you and refuses to let you finish speaking, and then continues to act superficially nice, giving random compliments. Jeannie still leaves me voicemails trying to remind me to make follow up appointments but I hope she realizes that my friend and I are never visiting that office because of how she acts. I miss going to Dr. Lee esp because I live closer to the office but I'm glad I never have to have to deal with such an extreme and unprofessional person again. read more

The whole staff is really friendly and they remember your face and make you feel at home. Everything inside is always kept nice and neat. They make sure you are always comfortable when in the chair, if in any pain they always make sure you are numb so you do not feel anything. And they do whatever they can to make your dental experience as best as possible. They also send out reminder emails, calls and text you make sure you do not miss an appointment, and they get you in at your designated time without having to wait too long. I had not gone to a dentist in about 10 years when I was a teenager because my experience with dentists traumatized me. My wife has been getting dental work here and she loved it. Her results were good and the said the staff was really sweet and caring so when she invited me to come, I decided to give it a try. She wasn't lying because I experienced the same thing. The staff there love each other and their clients and you can feel it in the atmosphere they create. Dr. Lee was extremely gentle with me and always made sure I was ok and not in pain or discomfort. I've now gone from 10 years without a dentist to regualry visiting Dr Lee's office. If I could give negative stars, I would. If I had the money and the time and the energy to sue this place, I totally would. So here's the story. I recently moved to this area, and was looking for a new dentist. I usually trust yelp reviews, but this time, not only it cost me money/health, I ended up losing a f-ing TOOTH. I went in for a regular check-up and cleaning. I had no pain anywhere, but briefly mentioned that SOMETIMES like a few times a year, I can feel a little sensitivity in my old root canal tooth. She wanted to re-treat it because she sees a cyst around the tooth. She also wanted to do a "preventive" crown on a tooth that had a big filling. They gave me a big bill, and I thought it didn't sound right. After I got a cleaning done there, I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion on the root canal retreatment and the crown. But this place was just way too convenient from my house and all those 5 star yelp reviews..! I reluctantly agreed to do a root canal retreat but asked them to wait on the crown. She did the root canal on Thursday morning. Half of my face was numb until evening. When the numb finally wore off, I was in so much pain. By the next day, I immediately knew something went wrong. I took some pain meds, but it didn't do anything so I called them Friday and they told me to come in Sat morning. The doctor tells me it's normal and I need to give a few more days. In the meantime, she gives me some antibiotics and norco and sends me home. I still was in so much pain, I had to take the pain meds every couple of hours, and even then, it hurt so much, I was crying. I couldn't sleep. I would wake up in pain. I've just never felt so much pain in my life. It didn't get better. I spend my entire sunday taking pain meds every hour, but still in so much pain. I go in first thing in the Monday morning. She suggests tooth extraction. I didn't want to, I wanted to save the tooth but I was in SO much pain, I just wanted it out. So within 3 days, I've gone from no pain whatsoever to losing a tooth. She even mentions that her root canal retreatment might have gone too deep and was hitting my nerve. WTF. Now I'm left with no tooth, needing to get a dental implant. From the beginning, I felt that all they care for was money. I have been searching for a dental implant specialist and I saw him today and told him all about my situation, he was appalled. He said "preventive" root canal or crown is ridiculous, you only do those when it's absolutely necessary. Now I gotta wait a few months until my gum heals to get a dental implant. I am walking around with a missing tooth..! The root canal treatment my insurance and I paid for ($1500) lasted 3 days. And now I have to pay for a dental implant. I am not into calling people out and saying mean things about them, but I really felt mistreated there. They were condescending and showed no sympathy. She even said I need to relax because my anxiety is causing me pain. I ended up yelling at her that it wasn't my anxiety, I was physically in so much pain! The staff other than Sharon and Jeannie were kind. They felt terrible for me. But it was too late. I've gone through the most agonizing pain, only resulted in losing a tooth. I think the office is fine if you are looking for a simple teeth cleaning. And maybe even cavity filling. But if you are in need of more advanced treatment like root canal, learn from my mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. Walking into this office two weeks ago was the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. read more

WHERE DO I BEGIN??? I think I have an undiagnosed case of dental-phobia. LOL. Obviously, no one loves getting dental work, so it is the worst when a dentist overcharges, rushes, or gives bad advice. Because of past experiences, (it is a little embarrassing for me to say) I'd get tense just thinking about scheduling an appointment. :-( My teeth got to the point that I knew that I had to see a dentist. A dear friend told me that Dr. Lee is gifted, kind, and empathetic. I decided to give her a try. I was nervous at my first appointment; however, Dr. Lee's talented staff--Jeannie and Juana--were prompt and warm which made my anxiety disappear like magic. I explained that I grind my teeth and I have extreme gum lose due to previous improper brushing. They were unjudgmental and assured me that Dr. Lee would make everything right. They took me back to a clean and spacious room where my hygienist made me feel at home. It turned out that I also had 8 cavities because hadn't seen a dentist for a while (please learn from my mistake) and my wisdom teeth needed extraction. Dr. Lee began working on my issues, and we scheduled everything else I needed. Because she is an extraordinary dentist, I was at ease, and confident everything would be okay. Also, her prices were exceedingly fair. I have follow-ups scheduled, but my teeth already feel and look a million times better. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Dr. Lee, for your kindness and skill. My health, my smile, and my well-being have dramatically improved because you are my dentist. And thank you for fostering such a compassionate and professional environment, your staff shine because of it. If you were family, I would tell you to see Dr. Lee as quickly as possible. She was so unbelievably patient with me and contacted my insurance to sort everything out. Now when I first heard the words "root canal" a couple years ago by another dentist, it sounded like a death sentence to me. So, I hadn't been to the dentist in years because I had a terrible experience when I was younger. But, I had gone with one of my friends to his appointment and explained my anxiety towards the needles and drills and so on. I had ended up getting x-rays because I knew I had a couple cavities and that my silver fillings were getting tarnished. Sharon and her team were freaking amazing through it all for me. Recently I traveled to Disneyland from the Bay Area to explore the new Star War's Land: Galaxy's Edge. During my stay my newly permanently-sealed crowns became inflamed and caused me a great deal of nerve pain. The pain soon became intolerable, waking me up from a horrendous sleep at 4AM. I resolved to see a dentist and after some research I found a Dr. Sharon Lee whose office was a few miles from the Disneyland Resort. I called the office as soon as it opened that same morning and was given an emergency appointment within a couple of hours. From the onset the staff was accommodating, compassionate and friendly - going out of their way to take care of a weary, frayed traveler. Dr. Lee was also warm and welcoming and ultimately professional. She investigated my condition thoroughly and came up with the best solution to have my vacation continue with the best possible outcome and with the least amount of pain. When the appointment concluded I was even offered a ride to the pharmacy to pickup some meds that were prescribed. The entire office held themselves to the highest standards of medical service and patient care. I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever to recommend this dental practice or to become a permanent patient if I happened to move into the area. There are moments in your life when the pieces to a problem fall into place and get solved. Working with Dr. Sharon Lee solved my Sleep Apnea symptoms. Moderate to severe sleep apnea is when you stop breathing while asleep and awaken to gasping for air. Pretty terrifying. I tried different CPAP masks and unit but had a negative reaction to them. Dr. Lee assessed my situation and provided a customized solution. The sleep study and dental appliance she prescribed enabled me to sleep without being hooked up to that CPAP mask and unit. During the past year, I no longer experience breathing issues on a nightly basis. As to another item ... I suspected that the tooth ache involving my old crown (previous dentist) may need more attention than just a filling. It did. The "dreaded" root canal problem was eminent. The patience demonstrated by Dr. Sharon Lee during this lengthy and thorough root canal services was greatly appreciated.
