Also her staff is very professional and accommodating. After struggling with a damaged crown and tooth infection for months she was able to explain my situation so that I could understand completely what was going on with my tooth, and the treatment plan as well. Thank you so much for a great experience and beautiful healthy tooth. I Definitely would suggest treating here if you live in the area. read more

I have never had an experience where I left feeling bad about myself or feeling like the dentist & staff were unnecessarily rough with me. Because of this I have referred several members of my family here and they all love coming here as well. Thank you Dr. Trivedi and staff for your care. It is so appreciated! read more

The staff at Real Dentistry are insanely nice and friendly! They have true passion in what they do and care for their quality of work

Dentist at this practice are kind and caring. They are proactive about your care and will talk you through your procedures.

I had another great experience here. the doctor and her assistant were very friendly and very comforting and reassuring.

Had a toothache and possible infection. Called in the am and they got me in right away. Very good!

Very pleased with all the staff and care and concern about my other medical issues and current Meds updates.

Avoid this place! Poorly managed. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, quality of care is very poor. Terrible at communication. Chairside manner of the dentist (Dr. Shin) is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not care about their patients whatsoever, and are very misleading *Beware...they will bill your insurance for things you never received. A quality of care complaint has been filed against them. And next will be to the fraud department. *Also only open 2 days a week. How they are still in practice, I have no idea. But they shouldn't be. read more

Read the other reviews carefully others have commented on the shady price changes, keep an eye on your credit. Note the older reviews are for Dr. Hercules Real. The practice was sold quietly to a new Dr. It's now 2023 and this new Dr. just hit my credit for a $500 bill dated back to 2015, lol. If anyone knew Hercules he was an amazing person but literally trapped you and forced payment in full before even finishing the work. Just to emphasize how shady the new Dr. is I walked past his office daily to mine, no comments, letters, notices, nada just a hit to the credit 8 years later :) read more

I was a new patient today and I have never been in an office that has such state of the art equipment. I had x-rays I had my whole face survey to see what was wrong with my teeth. I was so pleased with the results. No lies just the truth. I had no cavities. I'm a senior citizen, and I have no insurance they treated me royally. They clean my teeth with such loving care as I might say I highly recommend this dentist or this group of dentist called real dentistry in Fullerton. read more

I really recommend the dental office 'Real Dentistry'. It was my first time to visit the dental office in the U.S. And I felt comfortable for the treatment and they were so kind and nice to me. My English is not 100%, so I concerned about it. But they have Korean doctors and staff. Besides Korean doctor and staff were so nice and kind. If you are looking for a good dental office, I recommend 'Real dentistry' :) (I'm Korean and I've been living in the U.S. for 4 months. So my English is not correct.) :) read more

I got a coupon in the mail for a cleaning and x-ray so I decided to check them out. The staff, Gladis, the hygienist and the doctor were all very accommodating and friendly. It didn't take much time and I was in and out in about an hour. They recommended some coating on my teeth that had recession but they didn't try to hard sell me too much so that was nice. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Lee Guodong and his associates. read more

Just called to make an appointment but the front desk lady keeps asking all kinds of random personal information that is nothing related to the insurance or actual treatment. Called for 15 min with no wait time but still could not make an appointment. She said she would call back with an estimate and just hung up as I started talking to ask for when the actual appointment time would be. read more

At first I chose this dentist office because it's close to my home, and in a very nice building, and they accepted my insurance. After I arrived the inside was so clean and modern and the receptionist was very friendly. They started my X Rays immediately and the technology was very impressive. They had an X Ray machine that circled you and took a panoramic view of your teeth. The place was very high tech, new, and modern. The X Ray tech was very pleasant as was the doctor when she came in and checked for cavities, and bone loss. I had 2 cavities which I was expecting because it had been 18 months since my last cleaning because of Covid 19. I was assured they do not use amalgam like my last dentist used. I go back in 2 weeks to fill the cavities and then a deep cleaning. I chose this dentist not knowing what to expect but I feel like I hit the jackpot by coming here. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone. They were all so nice. read more

I enjoyed my visit from start to finish. Making my appointment and filling out first time patient forms was easy thanks to Laura. Maria showed me to my room and did an amazing job on X-ray's. Andy made sure Dr. Hwang got the support he needed to fill my cavity. After a painless numbing injection, Dr. Hwang got down to business! All fixed up and smiling. Thank you all. read more

It was my first dentist in the us. Everyone at the office are friendly. And the office is very clean.

This place is a scam. I literally went there to get a specific tooth fixed. The dentist told me nothing was wrong with the tooth. Yet, till this day, I have a gap in this tooth that traps food everyday. But..... he found 4 other cavities to work on. Oh, plus I needed a night guard because I grind my teeth. The nurse tried three times to get an imprint. I guess she failed, because I woke up every morning with my mouth guard sitting somewhere on my bed. $300 (insurance doesn't cover) Plus, when I got my fillings, I had to go back twice, the same day to tell the dentist, ummm.. I feel a sharp edge. He told me, no you don't. But my tongue was telling me, yes you do. To top it off. Today they called me to tell me that my appointment tomorrow is canceled, because they no longer accept HMO insurance. Well, too bad. I already found a different dentist. read more

I had an awesome experience with the staff and the dentist. They broke down my treatment plan step by step and start my procedure right away.My schedule is really tight the dental manager and the receptionist work together to build a plan we're I can still stay on my schedule at work.I am looking forward to future visits!! read more

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Real and his staff for about 5 years and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Dr. Real is an amazingly knowledgeable dentist and always keeps up on the latest techniques. It's good to know our dentist attends weekend seminars and strives to keep current in his profession. Unlike a lot of medical professionals we've experienced, Dr. Real honestly cares about his patients' well-being. The staff are always friendly and I rely on their reminder texts about our appointments. My 15-year-old daughter just recently got Invisalign braces with Real Dentistry and I made my 4-year-old's first appointment. It's great for kids because they can watch movies during their exam and teeth cleaning! Keep up the excellent work Real Dentistry! read more
