I finally decided to give it a shot let me make something clear only reason why I did all the fuss is BECAUSE I HATE THE DENTIST LOL. The day came for my appointment and Rebecca made my visit completely great. Not only did she gave me an extra 15 min grace not only did she helped me get there because I got lost. She went above and beyond by meeting me outside and introducing herself to me. She made me feel welcome and at ease. Was completely professional and very understanding and not once was she rude even from the past of my actions. She made me feel comfortable. I got my X-RAYS done and the lady was hurting me and again Rebecca came and made my X-rays smooth by helping the lady making sure she wouldn't hurt me as much but than again X-RAYS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE. I highly recommend this Dr. Shirazi and her staff. I have been going here for years. They always greet me like family. At first, I found them through my very cheap covered California insurance, which I was so relieved they accepted. Every other dentist that took that insurance had TERRIBLE reviews. I always get great care and never wait too long. I started with a new company and have great dental insurance, and I stayed with Fullerton Dental Care. I trust Dr Shirazi fully to not upsell me or to overbook or rush me through. I have gotten Invisalign and mouth guards for grinding here as well as checkups and fillings. No issues and great service. I recently had to have a root canal and they recommended a wonderful endodontist that I also loved as much as an endodontist can be loved. I even "dropped by" on my way back from the root canal because I was still numb, to try to get a small procedure done before it wore off. Dr Shirazi happily squeezed me in. I have never felt comfortable enough with a dentist to make this type of request, but Fullerton Dental Care has a very family type atmosphere. I recently had a crown fall out and the team here have been so supportive and understanding. Especially since the temporary crown fell out TWICE lol They never made me feel bad and went above and beyond to make sure every time I came I felt welcomed, comfortable, and most importantly that I saved money. When the permanent crown did come in, it ALMOST fit but not quite. Most dentist would be okay with this slight imperfection but Dr. Shirazi ordered a new one to ensure that my new crown fit perfectly. They are also so flexible with scheduling and even though I moved away, I drive to Fullerton because of the care and exceptional service they all provide. Highly recommend ! I love Fullerton Dental Care! I moved 40 mins away (no traffic) and I still go to her office. I was in the dental field for 7 years as a dental assistant. I know when someone is a good dentist or if they are just trying to take money from you and leave you with more problems. Once I found Fullerton Dental Care, I don't care how far I have to drive, I'm staying with them. I really like Dr. Shirazi! She's so knowledgeable and I trust that if she says I need or don't need something, she knows what she's doing. I really appreciate her pricing and that she's not someone to overcharge. And she is very good with her patients and their kids! I don't need to go to a pediatric office for her cleanings cause my daughter loves to go to her office and she's 2! Makes my life easier. The staff are always great as well and the office is really clean and nice! She has air purifiers in every room as well. I've already recommended 6 people to go to her and they all love it there. Other dentist wanted me to take teeth out or were saying that I couldn't do Invisalign with my bad cross bite but she worked with Invisalign and I didn't have to get a tooth taken out. I came in a for routine Xray and cleaning. I have no cavities and was quoted $160 for a cleaning. I was SHOCKED because I have never had to pay for a cleaning and when I asked about it they said that my insurance didn't cover it. I have a new insurance so I thought perhaps it's true. I called my insurance to verify and found out that I get a basic cleaning covered every 6 months which is the standard! It's infuriating to feel mislead and swindled for money. I do not recommend this office for your dental care. Now I might have to pay for more Xrays at a different office if they aren't able to send them the ones they took. These are unnecessary expenses and as a single mom on one income...this matters. I do not appreciate you wasting my time and not being transparent with my options. read more
