Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist that is mindful of her patients' time and works quickly but carefully. She is also friendly and approachable to the point that I can ask her questions throughout the process and she is happy to explain. This can be a rare trait to find and is really appreciated. I can just tell she treats her staff well seeing how they interact and work together. Jill and Gabbie are friendly and professional hygienists that do a great job assisting Dr. Shah. Lastly I need to give a shout-out to Dolores at the front desk for her professionalism and patience with my payment and insurance related questions. I already have follow ups scheduled for later in the year and will refer my family and friends over too.

My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. My husband texted their number at 10pm and Dr. Kim responded the next morning asking if I could come in at 8:30am. On the first visit, he was scheduled for treatment, but when we arrived, the treatment was not provided. Later that day, I received a call apologizing and was told he needed an exam before treatment. While inconvenient, I understood and agreed to come back the next day. During the second visit, the doctor then stated he may need to see a specialist and did not want to work on the tooth until we saw one. We followed that recommendation and saw the specialist, who was confused about why he was referred and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Lollipop Doctor advised she would make a small retainer to replace the missing/chipped tooth so my son wouldn't have a visible gap. We were then sent upstairs for a 3D X-ray, but instead of my son receiving treatment, I was pulled aside and given a consultation about braces -- which we were never there for. I requested to speak with an office manager on March 24th and, to this date, I have never received a call back. However, the office continues to call me and text me about starting braces, which is extremely frustrating considering my concerns were never addressed. This entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and more focused on selling orthodontic treatment than addressing my child's actual dental issue. Due to this experience, I will not be bringing any of my children back to this office.

My first appointment was the day of my surgery, so they completed a quick consultation before bringing me back to the surgery room. Even with everything happening the same day, I never once felt rushed or overlooked. From the moment I walked into the oral surgery room, I was greeted by Tony and assisted by him and Bobby both absolute sweethearts! Bobby was the first person I met; she took my X-rays and was present during the consultation before the procedure. The energy in the room was nothing but positive. I came in feeling very anxious and nervous, but they made me feel calm and at ease right away. They asked me questions about myself that kept my mind occupied and distracted from what was actually happening, which helped more than they probably realize. That level of care truly shows how much they invest in making their patients feel comfortable. Not every office carries that kind of energy, and it makes such a difference. Dr. Jun was also wonderful welcoming, kind, and professional. As soon as he walked into the surgery room, he began preparing my IV for the anesthesia. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was him reassuring me that they were going to take really good care of me and that is exactly what they did. That moment alone brought me so much peace. You could genuinely tell that everyone there is happy to be doing what they do, and that's something truly admirable especially in a setting where patients may already feel nervous. It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I'm currently recovering and so grateful for how smooth everything has been. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing oral surgery.

I was sent to the other location, but when calling with questions, they avoided answering by saying they don't share information between locations. The disposition of the staff is nice and friendly. They just seem very disorganized and not used to helping or answering questions.

I've been on the fence for a while contemplating if I should write this review. I think Dr, D. is a…read moregood dentist but I have to warn customers that the ethics and compassion at this practice is lacking primarily due to their office manager Emy. I think she is hired intentionally to overbill customers and is without a doubt being compensated for this. I regret giving their practice a chance because this year of dental work with them has been a nightmare. 1st visit: Basic cleaning ended with Emy pitching me hard for laser gum treatment that is 100% uncovered by insurance. It was $250 out of pocket for less than a 20-minute procedure. I was suppose to have a follow up to show how well my gums healed but Emy skipped it because it would make no additional money. So I literally feel like I wasted money on a scam because there were no measurable results, or at the very least it was unnecessary. 2nd visit: After my cleaning, Emy trying to bill me additional copay. What happened was that I caught her enrolling me in some periodontal plan where she tried to get me and my insurance to pay for an additional annual deep cleaning. When I caught this and declined I absolutely sensed Emy was not happy. 3rd Visit: I needed prescriptions and treatment for a root canal infection, which apparently needed to remove the pulp. First warning was that they don't do this in house. The top recommendation they gave me was not covered by my insurance and would have cost me $2,950. I was in a lot of pain and they pushed hard for that option. I ended up going with their option 2 and it ended costing me $180 out of pocket with insurance, but I'm not certain if it was the best quality of work since my porcelain crown broke off and was damaged/unusable from the procedure. When I returned to Dr. D (embarrassingly with a missing a front tooth) they told me that my crown and post would not be covered by insurance and it would cost me $1,300 for the crown, $275 for the post, and even $150 for a temporary. They literally refused to help me unless I accepted the overcharge as I was awaiting awkwardly in the office. Fortunately, I didn't let their strategy of pain and embarrassment rush my decision. I ended up going out of my way to a dentist that I trusted. They didn't scam me and recommended that I redo the root canal in hopes of delaying an implant which may be inevitable for my younger age. I was charged $900 for the crown, $180 for the post, $0 for the temporary, and they even redid my root canal to add stability for $300 covered by insurance (which wasn't even suggested by Dr. D's office). If I had followed all of Emys suggestions, I would have paid $4,675 out of pocket and likely would have had more issues within a few years (giving another opportunity to make money from me while I suffer from pain again). Instead, I paid $ for more comprehensive treatment with another dentist which was obvious a huge difference. It's these kinds of terrible experiences that creates a ton of distrust with dentists. I recommend avoiding this practice, or at the very least be vigilant when they start pressuring with upselling. Make sure you check what they are billing your insurance, or it can come back to haunt you later down the road.
