I have mixed feelings about my experience with Bock Orthodontics. BACKGROUND Both my partner and I had Invisalign treatment here. He is done with his treatment while I still have a few more months since I started a bit later. I also had a longer treatment period, just given I had more trays and wore my aligners longer to stay on track based on my wear time per day. CONSULTATION The consultation was fantastic. We loved how friendly the staff was - we had chatted with Kim and she has been incredibly helpful from the beginning before we signed on. She also helped with the details of insurance and financing since I had an insurance change in 2025. Dr. Bock is also friendly and I appreciate his sense of humor and expertise. ISSUE This week, I went back for a visit. Transparently, we've been busy and moved out of Orange County, and therefore it has been more difficult to come in on a weekday. Greeted by the friendly staff and Jessica was awesome. This was my first time chatting with her on the chair and she provided a lot of context on my remaining treatment. 10/10 - love her! I spoke to Kim after as planned since we had corresponded on the phone that there may have been an unexpected pause to my insurance plan. Ultimately, it was due to being a new year, and I needed to share updated insurance information since it was a different plan from the same provider (company offered different plans in the new year, which is not uncommon). This was where things went south. Kim looped in a lady which handled billing. I did not catch her name, but she was asked to help identify what insurance I currently have on file to see if I needed to share updated information. Her attitude was not received well - she was incredibly rude and seemed upset that she has to re-bill my insurance given this change. My treatment is taking longer than expected and I had a job change in 2025, so I had two insurances on file. She acted like it was an inconvenience and I had to stand up for myself and let her know that isn't something that is within my control. All I did was renew my coverage offered by my company, with the same provider in the new year. Its a shame given the rest of the staff have also been well liked by both my partner and I. It is quite ridiculous in that we are coming in to give you our business but receive this type of treatment. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I love Dr. Bock, he's definitely top notch He does it right every single time, and there's not a botch. He takes care of the kids and is super nice Even if you come in with things stuck in your teeth like rice Just kidding, but seriously, their staff and the doc are super friendly So make sure you come, they don't treat you harsh, but gently. I really like this place. Dr. Bock is a one of a kind Orthodontist. He's so great, kind, and funny. All of their staff are super personable and warm. There's nothing I don't like about this place. They even have a small arcade in the waiting room for bored siblings. I really love their service and what they do. read more

Dr. Bock and the entire staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely take the time to listen. It feels like a home away from home. All three of my kids, including my daughter with Down Syndrome, have been treated with real compassion and empathy. Dr. Bock has followed her growth for almost five years and has never pushed unnecessary treatments or tried to sell us on braces for financial gain. They focus on what's truly needed, and when you're unsure about a recommendation, they explain everything clearly, provide resources, and offer thoughtful options. Their office even connected us to an excellent pediatric dentistry practice (Dr. Butler in Fullerton) that shares the same mission and values. read more

I recommend Bach or economics because when I first went there for my very first time, I had to get a check up on my teeth and I've been dying to have racist because I cut up in like little skin care of my teeth lately but when I met Dr. Bach, I was like I hopefully like I can get my braces I was telling him because like I want my teeth to be straightened and stuff for high school and so he did it he made it come he made happen on the first day went there the first time I met him we got my first son. It was literally so fun and then like I got pink everything was cool. Everyone is so nice there and just welcoming and I play water pool and I gave Dr. Bach a present to show him that I'm very thankful for him to be doing my braces and all the other workers who did the them and helped so thank you so much to back orthodontist. I definitely recommend this place instead of any others orthodontist or even like dentist cause they're like really good and the quality of the place is so nice. You could bring your pets and you could just hang out they make you feel welcome and they're so friendly and I think that is a really nice place to go and it's literally like super fast to get your braces on, but they take all their time and yeah, it's a cute little business read more

I started my braces journey as a 24 year old, so I was already embarrassed having adult braces and dreading having to work my busy schedule around it all. However, I could not have asked for a better team to trust. Dr. Bock is so friendly, so funny, and really has the goal of getting you out the door with a beautiful smile. His team is so welcoming and skilled. I worked mostly with Bri, who I believe saved my smile multiple times and had me feeling well taken care of after each appt. I had my braces on for a 26 months and it's so crazy it's all over now! If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing.
