So doing so now, they have an arcade in the waiting area which is so cool, and plenty of seating for everyone. The parking is a bit small and it looks like a house from the front on Brea Blvd. its such a cute dentist office. They have tvs on the ceilings with movies playing they had red panda which is one of our favorites. They did xrays and cleaning and no cavities for baby girl again yay. She loves coming here, I enjoy bringing her, Dr. Martinez usually comes in at the end after they do the cleaning and xrays. Thank you always for your friendliness and making our kids feel at ease and comfortable. Been coming here for a while now, will continue to bring baby girl here for as long as we can. On the first visit, he was scheduled for treatment, but when we arrived, the treatment was not provided. Later that day, I received a call apologizing and was told he needed an exam before treatment. While inconvenient, I understood and agreed to come back the next day. During the second visit, the doctor then stated he may need to see a specialist and did not want to work on the tooth until we saw one. We followed that recommendation and saw the specialist, who was confused about why he was referred and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Lollipop Doctor advised she would make a small retainer to replace the missing/chipped tooth so my son wouldn't have a visible gap. We were then sent upstairs for a 3D X-ray, but instead of my son receiving treatment, I was pulled aside and given a consultation about braces -- which we were never there for. I requested to speak with an office manager on March 24th and, to this date, I have never received a call back. However, the office continues to call me and text me about starting braces, which is extremely frustrating considering my concerns were never addressed. This entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and more focused on selling orthodontic treatment than addressing my child's actual dental issue. Due to this experience, I will not be bringing any of my children back to this office.

From the moment we arrived, Dr. Lee was caring and compassionate. He communicated every step clearly and made sure our daughter felt comfortable throughout -- from the numbing gel and injection to the drilling, extraction, and filing. The office has movies playing, stuffed animals to hold, and attentive staff who genuinely made the experience less intimidating for a young child. In my experience with older kids, many dentists prefer to limit continuous dental work to 20-30 minutes depending on the child's tolerance. Thanks to our daughter's patience and Dr. Lee's efficiency, we were able to complete two significant procedures -- one on each side -- in just 45 minutes. The billing process was equally impressive. The staff clearly explained our insurance benefits and any potential remaining balance upfront. Of course, final costs can vary based on what X-rays and the physical exam reveal, but there were no surprises. Dr. Lee also walked me through multiple treatment options before and during the procedure, which I really appreciated. Fortunately, the least invasive option ended up being sufficient. Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.

We were running late for our appointment today and I called to ask if we can still make it. We would have been 15 min late. The girl who answered the phone was unwilling to listen or accommodate. She was very condescending and was being absolutely rude but in a very nasally customer service voice "Oh you already missed the grace period" (I just listened to the voicemail they left me, we only get a 2 min grace period) She would cut me off every time I tried to say something and then would pretend like she didn't hear me. I had to repeat myself to her over and over so she made a frustrating call frustrating and irritating. I can reschedule you for another time. Yes please reschedule me. The next available appointment is September 23. That's over a month away. Is it ok if appointments are so far apart? Well normally we would like for them to be closer together but that's all we have. Well can I be put on a cancellation list? I can do that or you can call? Am I supposed to just call everyday? If that's what you want to do you are more than welcome to do that. She just kept repeating that if that's what you want to do you are more than welcome to that. She is someone who is supposed to work with people every day she was one of the worst person I have ever had to come across on the phone and I am on the phone all day long. If it takes over month to reschedule an ortho appointment then office needs to be better as well. If appointments are supposed to be closer together then more appointments need to be available. In a perfect world everyone would make their appointments and on time. But we aren't in a perfect world. Kids have practices. Kids get sick. Life happens. read more

My son and daughter both came in for an emergency appointment and everything went smoothly. Dr Kim and Lisa made my daughter's tooth extraction a breeze, while also calming her nerves. Meanwhile my son braces bracket was fixed and replaced without any issue. Great staff and great environment. read more

so happy I brought my kids here. Dr.Yasmine is so good with kids along with her dentist assistant. The girls in the front who check you in are all so nice as well. Totally recommend to bring your kiddos here. On top of it being close to my house, they also have other sister dental offices. read more

They were super nice and flexible. They got us in right away for my son's toothache and took care of that side of his mouth. They were not pushy about anything, just gave recommendations of what they suggested we do. Appointments all went great and we will definitely be back. read more

She also walks the parents through each step and helps parents understand the issues and any next steps. We originally came in for an emergency abscessed tooth, and they took care of us right away. The doctor was very thorough in evaluating what happened, carefully explaining the situation and walking us through all our options. They were able to perform the procedure right in the office, and the entire team was attentive, gentle, and focused on making sure my daughter received the best care possible. Everyone was warm, reassuring, and professional throughout the visit. Even though we live 30 minutes away and it's quite a drive for us, this experience was so positive that we are seriously considering switching her to see Dr. Lee as her general dentist moving forward. We recently had quite a weird episode with my daughter who had a random toothache but unfortunately she was such a weird case that it was hard to pinpoint even with X-rays what the true cause was. What I love about Dr. Sahar is she didn't rest until she figured out what it was, she would personally text us me with her own cell phone to follow up and check in on my daughter's pain until we figured out the next best course of action. It was almost as if we've been old friends! I can't recommend her enough! I really wish she could be my dentist too as an adult! Truly do!

The parking is a bit small and it looks like a house from the front on Brea Blvd. its such a cute dentist office. They have tvs on the ceilings with movies playing they had red panda which is one of our favorites. They did xrays and cleaning and no cavities for baby girl again yay. She loves coming here, I enjoy bringing her, Dr. Martinez usually comes in at the end after they do the cleaning and xrays. Thank you always for your friendliness and making our kids feel at ease and comfortable. Been coming here for a while now, will continue to bring baby girl here for as long as we can.
