We interacted with this orthodontic office at a recent event, and while I understand they're there to promote their services, the approach felt a bit off. One person in our group was told multiple times that they "needed" orthodontic treatment, with comments about their teeth being crooked. It came across as pretty pushy and, honestly, unnecessary. The person they were speaking to is perfectly happy with their smile, so the repeated insistence just felt uncomfortable and out of place, especially in a casual event setting where no one was asking for that kind of feedback. There's definitely a way to market your services without making people feel self-conscious. A more respectful, low-pressure approach would have gone a long way here.

It also seemed like they were trying to cut corners on electricity use, which gave the place an uncomfortable atmosphere. Dentist - Not friendly or attentive. No X-ray was done, and the consultation felt very rushed. The dentist didn't take the time to explain anything properly or make me feel at ease. Overall - I don't feel this clinic is worth considering for treatment, especially if I'm going to be spending thousands. Patients deserve better care and professionalism, and I believe that can be found elsewhere.

My son got his braces on today!…read more As soon as we entered, the receptionist checked us in and invited us to take a seat. We've been here a couple times, checking them out before making the commitment to go with them for my son's braces. The office has always looked clean, tidy, and fresh. Our first appointment was to basically gather information. We met with Natalie, who told us what we could expect as far as pricing, payment options, estimated length of time for braces to be on, types of braces they offer, troubleshooting, etc. It was a lot of information and we were still researching options, so we didn't commit right off the bat. Natalie followed up with me via email and telephone a couple of times and she was available to answer follow up questions I had. She was always very receptive, professional, and super nice! I never felt like she was pushy. Back to today... In less than 5 minutes, Lisbeth came out, explained the process, and took my son to the back. After maybe 30 minutes, my boy came out with Lisbeth, who sat down with us. She spent a good 10 to 15 minutes explaining aftercare. She had a tray of props and took her time showing him how to brush, how to floss, how to apply wax when needed, and so much more. Lisbeth was very patient and supportive before, during, and after the 'installation' of his braces. My son said that Dr. Curtis was very gentle and reassuring during the process. He told him that it wouldn't hurt, and he also checked on him, asking how he was doing throughout the process. I'm so glad we went with Dr. Curtis for my boy's braces! Natalie was our consultant, and we saw Dr. Curtis for the evaluation. Both were phenomenal. Kind, patient, and answered all of my questions as well as my inquisitive 10 year old. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. I would recommend this orthodontic practice based on quality of service alone.
