I went through maxillofacial surgery which is operation of the jaw due to an underbite. Now my underbite wasnt extremely severe bit it was very very noticable and was something that bothered me through out my life. My daughter got her braces removed a few months ago, with a very complicated case (braces, expander, face gear and all), and we are very happy with her huge improvement!
