Dr. Lee was our third opinion and I'm glad we found him. He is extremely professional, friendly, and caring. His office staff are also amazing. They are always friendly and courteous. I can't say enough about the staff and service. My son was told he needed to extract two teeth and that his braces would take two years. Dr. LEE has taken care of both my children's teeth. First of all, Dr. Lee, as a person is gentle, patient, and kind. We have gone there a few times right before they close, without an appointment, because my kid had an emergency like a wire poking out and Dr. Lee was gracious and helped us out without a scowl. Dr. Lee is completely professional. The office staff is friendly and helpful. In the 50 visits we have had, we have never met a staff who was rude. My daughter did 2 phases of braces and her teeth have turned out great. My son is still under Dr. Lee's care. He had a wisdom tooth covering his last molar and Dr. LEE helped us find an oral surgeon and get that tooth out. Even though the treatment plan is now taking longer than first expected, Dr. Lee provides us with the same great quality care and attention. Dr. Lee has been good about forwarding xrays to our dentist as well. The office looks modern and the waiting area always plays great kids movies. The kids can play on iPads as they wait. The office encourages kids to be independent and check themselves in. Choosing to be a well informed consumer, I tend to do my diligent research before making any major purchase decisions. When it comes to my teeth, as related to my health, I set out a mission. I visited different orthodontists, asking a lot of questions, observing the staff and the way they conducted their business, and checking the overall appearance. I finally decided to have my braces done from Dr. Patrick C. Lee. Dr. Lee and his staff are professional, communicative, and caring. Every encounter I have had with Dr. Lee and his staff has exceeded my expectations. I have extremely high standard for being a perfectionist. From the beginning, my payment plan was clearly communicated and consistent. I rarely ever have to wait for more than 5 minutes for my appointment. While working on my teeth, everything going to be done to my teeth is being conveyed to me. This place is immaculately clean. Every time a patient leaves, staff will clean the chair from top to bottom. And, while I was so sick at one time and had to cancel my appointment, one of his staff sent me a "Get Well" card. Besides what has been said earlier, this office is technologically advanced. Well equipped. I strongly recommend this office to anyone who is interested in getting quality care. read more

This review is not about clinical competency for the orthodontist or the staff. It's about their business practice. Hopefully, no one else has to go through this. We just don't want to do business with a practice where they nickel-and-dime you after signing an agreement. We had agreed to put our twin boys in the practice and signed the contract. The agreed upon price was supposed to cover all services. We were told within five minutes after signing the paper work that we had go elsewhere for certain services and pay out of pocket. Dr. Lee told us that he did not have the necessary equipment, and that he doesn't perform enough of the procedure to purchase the equipment to cover the services under the amount we already paid. This is obviously not a good thing to do to your customer within minutes after they join your practice. The office justified this change by the fact that they cut us a "deal." We then decided to pay to pull out of the practice now that we're on to their business practice. At first, I was told by the receptionist (always nice and friendly, by the way) told us Dr. Lee will give us 100% of the money back. It sounded too good to be true to me since I read the agreement. I then asked for a confirmation and I was told, uh, never mind, we need need you to pay an amount to get out of the contract. I went back to the office, got the partial refund, and left before they tried to charge me for anything else. It's very difficult to do business with a practice where they don't honor their formal agreements. It makes you wonder what else they may be doing for their own expedience. read more

If u are going to need Orthodontic work done or in other words...if ur going to need braces...u absolutely have to go to Dr. LEE Orthodontics! Everyone from Dr. LEE and Audrey to the girls in the front desk are super friendly and always call u by ur name. They make u feel like family! Most importantly they take their job very seriously and are very proud of the miracles they do! I had to get 4 extractions before I was able to get started to make room for the proper shifting of the teeth. DR. LEE estimated 2 1/2 years of treatment. After the 2 1/2 years went by we still needed to finish closing 1 of the gaps of 1 of the extractions. Dr Lee then gave me 2 options. We would either move forward and keep trying to close the gap or I could go to my dentist and get some bonding done to close the gap. I asked Dr Lee what he wanted to do and the answer he gave me absolutely blew me away! He said he would love the opportunity to close the gap and work on giving me the perfect smile I deserved! At that moment I knew I had made the right choice in choosing him to pull a miracle! Honestly, words can't describe how I feel about Dr Lee and his wonderful staff! I've been with Dr. Lee Orthodontics for around 2-3 years, and I am completely satisfied with my experience. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always making sure that the patients were comfortable and nothing was hurting them. The service is very quick and accommodates to the patient's schedules. I like that they send email reminders of when appointments are scheduled, so they are very organized. The office itself is very clean and provides entertainment materials during the wait. I'm glad we choose Dr. Lee since my teeth are no longer crowding each other out. There's always a check with Dr. Lee after one of staff members do a check or change the band colors to ensure that everything is how it should be before leaving.
