I was referred to Bock Orthodontics in 2011. I went through their plan to straighten my teeth, which included pulling two teeth out to make room for moving the others in my upper teeth. I ran this by my regular dentist, he told me he'd never heard of anyone removing two teeth and then moving the rest to fill the gap. He told me I was making a mistake. Dr. Bock convinced me that my dentist was wrong. I took his advice, figuring he had been doing this long enough to know better than my dentist. 48 months later, braces on & off for infections in the areas where those teeth were removed, Dr. Bock admitted that his plan was a failure. Then it was time to move my teeth back to make room for dental implants. Well, that didn't work, either, and more infections showed up and abscesses occurred. After a total of 69 months of treatment I had the braces taken off. I still have crooked upper teeth, with two large gaps from the teeth that were removed. In all fairness, my lower teeth did do much better. Too bad when I smile my lower teeth aren't seen. So I guess half the treatment was a success. So I have two large 5/16" wide gaps in my smile in my upper teeth. And due to minimum space requirements for dental implants, I can't get those either, unless I want to have two more teeth removed to make room for the extra studs. So, 7 years and several thousand dollars later (my wife says 10 grand or more) I have a Hollywood smile. It's a Frankenstein like smile, and not what I signed up for. I asked for 1/2 my money back, and for Dr. Bock to pay for the implants. I was ignored. My advice? Find another orthodontist. I wish I had. Who would have thought that at 33 i would be getting braces! Lol ....after wearing them when I was young for 5 years I did everything you're NOT supposed to do....so I'm back here again! This time it was soooo easy! Came in on Monday got X-ray, payment options, and date scheduled all within 30 minutes ! I was scheduled for Thursday and ready to go! I never knew braces were so affordable and they work with any insurance, no insurance and make payments affordable and doable for anyone. Well here I am Day 1!!! Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 star rating to a 3 star rating. Julie has cried her way through Liz, the owners wife.. Liz did not pay attention to our chart which clearly states not to give information over the phone, even if it is me or my husband. She gave her how much we have paid (Julie has still not paid anything and plans not to, but feels entitled to our information) and I'm nit sure what else. We have been dealing with this with every single doctor, dentist and orthodontist that we go to, and we have to deal with it again because people are afraid of Julie's threats or feel bad for her. The girls at the front desk have done a great job doing their part.... keeping our financials safe and making sure she doesn't pressure them or cancel appointments without us knowing. For them, we are appreciative. We have been through a lot with this woman and for once we thought a place would keep their word. My husband spoke to Liz today and she was very apologetic, but that doesn't fix what was done or that what we asked was ignored. We still love this office, just very disappointed. read more

There are no words to describe my experience with Bock Orthodontics! Fromm the office staff, dental assistants, and to Dr. Bock himself, they clearly work as a team and it shows! They've penciled me in last minute when one of the buttons from Invisalign broke off, they were patient when the debit card I had on file for auto pay was cancelled and I ended up paying the following month, and you even get a gift after your treatment! Also, the fixed retainer did break once I completed my treatment but he still was able to fix the problem! read more
