Came here for a cleaning. I ended up getting flouride they made seem it was covered by my insurance. While I was already in the chair getting the cleaning, they then say, it's not covered. I agreed to just get it since I was already in the chair. At checkout, I asked for a print out of my services with the CPT codes. Their printer wasn't working, so I asked to get it emailed to me. They said they would, and I never got it. After a few phone calls and 3 emails, I finally received my receipt with the CPT codes. When I compared the CPT codes with my insurance, I saw that everything was covered by my insurance and I was wrongfully billed for it. I then sent them an email with my coverage details, requesting them to reimburse me for the charges in error. I talked to someone in their office and had correspondences via email providing them documentation. Then they went silent for months and never responded to my emails again. After a few months passed, I started getting multiple calls with voicemails and emails to schedule my next cleaning with them. When I responded and told them I'd like my billing issue resolved first before coming back, they gave me the run around and have gone silent again. I give up. It's not worth my time. I now go to a different dentist. I gave them 2 stars only because the actual cleaning was fine. I will give credit when due. Please be weary of this place and if you do go to them, make sure you stand your ground BEFORE you sit in the dentist chair. And always get the receipt WITH the CPT codes, so you know exactly what they're billing you for. read more

Where do I start? This place is the worst by far. My whole experience has been nothing but negative. They will make verbal confirmation of something then when you get your billing, it's completely to the opposite. They get you to sign up for a credit card in your name and then they maxed it out to 100% utilization on the card without letting you know that that's what's gonna happen completely damaging your credit. and that's just for starters they will lie to you and tell you that something is different from what it is just to get your business the whole team there are manipulator. read more

I hate going to the dentist but the amazing staff here makes the experience much more pleasant and bearable. Now I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore. The real MVP of this place is the hygienist, Melinda! She is very kind and does an amazing job. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She doesn't try to rush through the job and is very gentle with you. I was the type to book a dentist then push it back multiple times because that's how much I hated the dentist. But Melinda changed all of that. I ended up booking two deep cleanings in the same week and SOLELY on the days that she worked. The crazy part is that Melinda is pregnant and only working there TEMPORARILY. TOWNVIEW DENTAL, HIRE HER!! I need her to be my permanent hygienist. Front desk held me up with additional paperwork and then made a personal comment about my family when I got frustrated which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I am a previous client of this office. I have not visited this office since summer 2025 and have no plans to visit again for multiple reasons. Reason one is the office tried to sell me on a night guard. They had stated I show signs of wear on my teeth because they are small and, as a result, recommended I purchase a mouthguard through them in excess of $300. I agreed but questioned the difference between their custom mouthguard and a $30 moldable guard from the store. After prompting the question, I was informed there is no difference other than a better fitting. Had I not questioned their recommendation, I would've paid ten times the price of what I did with no reasoning provided behind it. The second reason I no longer visit this office is because I was diagnosed with seven cavities in one visit with no X-ray images taken. I was concerned and confused as I take extremely good care of my teeth, with my last cavity being approximately 2+ years ago. At this point, I decided to visit another office to get a second opinion. The other office providing a second opinion took X-rays and did a visual inspection of my teeth, informing me there are no signs of cavities in their professional experience. They also stated I show no signs of grinding on my teeth as there are no flat or dulling spots. The dentist providing the second opinion even apologized on behalf of the profession for the experience I had at Townview. In conclusion, Townview needs to do a better job at performing their due diligence before making a diagnosis and providing their clients with a more in-depth explanation behind their recommendations. In my profession, this lack of attention and care would get me fired in a heartbeat. I should also add, during my visit when I was diagnosed with seven cavities, I was also informed I should have oral surgery to fix a receding gumline on one tooth. I mentioned this to the office I got the second opinion at and I was informed that office had only seen that surgery a handful of times in their 20+ years of practice. I was then informed by that dentist was an option for me, but not necessary at all. They recommended the use of some sort of filament in stead to protect any exposed nerves. Again, I think and hope there are good individuals at Townview and I get the company's need to make a profit. I believe there are some inexperienced individuals within Townview and upselling going on that tarnish the relationship with their clients. read more

I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Fallah specifically. Right off the bat, she was a doctor that seemed very knowledgeable and personable when I first met her. Being that going to the Dentist office makes me extremely nervous and anxious even as an adult, I was glad to see she was very kind and approachable. Time went on and she first treated me for a procedure that I desperately needed (she extracted a loose painful molar that became infected) and it was flawless. There was an incident I wanted to bring up at a later appointment in regards to another major procedure I needed to have done, one that I was very nervous about. When I arrived to my appointment, Dr. Fallah began by numbing me and prepping me for an extraction and a temporary bridge. Unfortunately, as I sat there waiting for the anesthesia to kick in, I did not see Dr. Fallah return. After 45 minutes in the dental chair, I had asked her assistant what was happening and he told me he will find out. The assistant left for about 15-20 more minutes leaving me in the chair for a little over an hour at this time. I did not know what was going on. Then another surgeon came in with the receptionist and told me Dr. Fallah had an emergency and had to leave the building. At the time, I felt very frustrated. I was severely numb, tired, and anxious for this procedure that I now had to postpone and it seemed no one knew what was going on until an hour after. However, I understood that things happen and this wasn't her fault. I was merely frustrated at the situation. What happened next really surprised me and took me off guard for the better. A week passed by and I received a text from Dr. Fallah herself. It was a very lengthy, heartfelt message and apology about how things turned out the day she was supposed to operate on me. She went on to say that she was genuinely sorry for what transgressed and that this was a time where she truly had to leave everything behind and walk away. I am one to know that, as humans, there are rare moments and situations that can truly take place in your life where you need to drop everything and leave and it is beyond your control. I chose to forgive her because I understood. Dr. Fallah remedies this and provided me with a service recovery that changed my life. I chose to stay with her and I'm glad I did. My dental journey has transformed me and even though it took longer than it needed, it was worth the wait knowing that she cared this much to see it through to the very end. read more
