Danny is the best! I went in for a follow up appointment on my 4 on 4's. He was so understanding and rechecked under one of the temporaries. He fixed the problem and my mouth feels SO much better!!!! I can't wait to see the final results! read more

Actual care may be adequate, but I definitely felt bullied when it came to discuss finances Sign this, oh are you excited? Just sign here. Too much pressure and not enough consideration for what I wanted or could afford read more

Came here for a cleaning. I ended up getting flouride they made seem it was covered by my insurance. While I was already in the chair getting the cleaning, they then say, it's not covered. I agreed to just get it since I was already in the chair. At checkout, I asked for a print out of my services with the CPT codes. Their printer wasn't working, so I asked to get it emailed to me. They said they would, and I never got it. After a few phone calls and 3 emails, I finally received my receipt with the CPT codes. When I compared the CPT codes with my insurance, I saw that everything was covered by my insurance and I was wrongfully billed for it. I then sent them an email with my coverage details, requesting them to reimburse me for the charges in error. I talked to someone in their office and had correspondences via email providing them documentation. Then they went silent for months and never responded to my emails again. After a few months passed, I started getting multiple calls with voicemails and emails to schedule my next cleaning with them. When I responded and told them I'd like my billing issue resolved first before coming back, they gave me the run around and have gone silent again. I give up. It's not worth my time. I now go to a different dentist. I gave them 2 stars only because the actual cleaning was fine. I will give credit when due. Please be weary of this place and if you do go to them, make sure you stand your ground BEFORE you sit in the dentist chair. And always get the receipt WITH the CPT codes, so you know exactly what they're billing you for. read more

I can't say enough great things about Townview Dental! From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Mirna, who I believe is the receptionist/office manager, has such a positive attitude and immediately made us feel comfortable. Dr. Zareh Mohammad was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even changed the YouTube channel for my son so he could watch something he enjoyed, which was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to me. Priyam, the hygienist, gave me the best dental cleaning I've ever had. She was extremely thorough, took her time, and explained everything she was doing throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how detailed and caring she was. What truly stood out was the entire team. As we were leaving, everyone--from the front office to the back office--came out into the hallway to wave goodbye to my son. I've honestly never been to a dental office, or any establishment for that matter, where every single staff member was so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. If you're looking for a dental office that provides exceptional care while making you feel like family, I highly recommend Townview Dental. I look forward to my next appointment. read more

Where do I start? This place is the worst by far. My whole experience has been nothing but negative. They will make verbal confirmation of something then when you get your billing, it's completely to the opposite. They get you to sign up for a credit card in your name and then they maxed it out to 100% utilization on the card without letting you know that that's what's gonna happen completely damaging your credit. and that's just for starters they will lie to you and tell you that something is different from what it is just to get your business the whole team there are manipulator. read more

receptionist is very very pushy when it comes to getting you to sign things and will hoover over you while trying to make a phone call. told me my insurance covered everything then said i would need to pay almost 300.00 before i could get serivces made me sign up for some credit thing but didnt fully explain what it covered. all she was interestedin was making sure i could pay. and i get its a serive they are provding but damn back off a little. the dr i saw was a female, who was condesending towards me through the entire visit. the only one i felt had any empathy was the hygenist, she was amazing and compassionite. when you have past tramua its hard to go back to places like the dentist. read more

Huge shout out to Dr. Q, Dr. Arash and the entire Townview team! I needed some work done but my initial appointment was for the Temecula location but I recently moved to OC & that commute would've been crazy. I reached out and Jennifer assisted me with the utmost professionalism and although they were busy & it was last minute, Erika, who's understanding and awesome- penciled me in without hesitation. The office has a warm, welcoming vibe with nice lighting and with great staff like Evelyn who's been gentle and patient with me as a patient + the office is clean with up to date technology (no more gooey impressions ). Can't forget about Melinda who was amazing with the pain free numbing of my gums as well as cleaning my teeth. Thanks to Townview for holding me down & I deadass recommend them for any dental work read more

I hate going to the dentist but the amazing staff here makes the experience much more pleasant and bearable. Now I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore. The real MVP of this place is the hygienist, Melinda! She is very kind and does an amazing job. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She doesn't try to rush through the job and is very gentle with you. I was the type to book a dentist then push it back multiple times because that's how much I hated the dentist. But Melinda changed all of that. I ended up booking two deep cleanings in the same week and SOLELY on the days that she worked. The crazy part is that Melinda is pregnant and only working there TEMPORARILY. TOWNVIEW DENTAL, HIRE HER!! I need her to be my permanent hygienist. I'm sure other clients will share the same opinion as me. Overall I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I am team Melinda or die, but the rest do the staff is also amazing! I hope this review helped anyone looking for a new dental office. read more

Terrible. Unprofessional. I said I only could stay for teeth whitening if I could be out of their office at a certain time which they promised. Front desk held me up with additional paperwork and then made a personal comment about my family when I got frustrated which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I been going there a long time and now I will be changing that. They also tried to overprice the whitening at 600$ and said the price at 350$ was a discount. I said I got whitening 4 times here and never paid close to that. They don't treat loyal customers right read more

I am a previous client of this office. I have not visited this office since summer 2025 and have no plans to visit again for multiple reasons. Reason one is the office tried to sell me on a night guard. They had stated I show signs of wear on my teeth because they are small and, as a result, recommended I purchase a mouthguard through them in excess of $300. I agreed but questioned the difference between their custom mouthguard and a $30 moldable guard from the store. After prompting the question, I was informed there is no difference other than a better fitting. Had I not questioned their recommendation, I would've paid ten times the price of what I did with no reasoning provided behind it. The second reason I no longer visit this office is because I was diagnosed with seven cavities in one visit with no X-ray images taken. I was concerned and confused as I take extremely good care of my teeth, with my last cavity being approximately 2+ years ago. At this point, I decided to visit another office to get a second opinion. The other office providing a second opinion took X-rays and did a visual inspection of my teeth, informing me there are no signs of cavities in their professional experience. They also stated I show no signs of grinding on my teeth as there are no flat or dulling spots. The dentist providing the second opinion even apologized on behalf of the profession for the experience I had at Townview. In conclusion, Townview needs to do a better job at performing their due diligence before making a diagnosis and providing their clients with a more in-depth explanation behind their recommendations. In my profession, this lack of attention and care would get me fired in a heartbeat. I should also add, during my visit when I was diagnosed with seven cavities, I was also informed I should have oral surgery to fix a receding gumline on one tooth. I mentioned this to the office I got the second opinion at and I was informed that office had only seen that surgery a handful of times in their 20+ years of practice. I was then informed by that dentist was an option for me, but not necessary at all. They recommended the use of some sort of filament in stead to protect any exposed nerves. Again, I think and hope there are good individuals at Townview and I get the company's need to make a profit. I believe there are some inexperienced individuals within Townview and upselling going on that tarnish the relationship with their clients. read more

Had to leave a review because of how impressed I was with my visit. The full mouth implants were done with such skill that I hardly felt any discomfort. Truly a personalized approach that you don't find everywhere. Highly recommend stopping by if looking for good dental care! read more
