My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. She evaluated me, explained exactly what can be done and an hour later, I had a beautiful new tooth. It is some type of a filling that she molded and ground to form a perfect tooth for me. All was painless, and the staff was fantastic as usual. Thank you Dr Lee. The tooth you created is "simplee" artistic. Your compassion and professionalism is wonderful. ( And for those of you that are worried about the cost of something like this, the price was unbelievably reasonable!)

Though please note that there was a change in ownership and some of the reviews actually belong to the service and care of a Dr. Nelson - who retired. I also waited till I had a second visit before sitting down and writing my experience. The first time I had a good hygienist who was friendly and thorough. The second time I had an asian woman who stood the entire scaling time. That was a first for me and I'm one who goes every 6 months. I have been looking for a new practice since my previous beloved one no longer was in network for us. The two exams I had with Dr. Lee with were very brief. She wasn't particularly personable but coupled with the fact that she didn't give me the time to fully examine my toothache complaint was the biggest issue I had. She had basically advised me to come back for a more thorough exam because she didn't see anything on the x-ray and visible decay from the biting surface. Fast forward less than 6 mo later, I found out I had decay underneath my sealant that was causing my sensitive. I came from an excellent practice that was extremely proactive and on top of patient education for both hygiene and gum care. I was always given good information and options as well as a thorough explanation when I showed an interest or had additional questions. That was very much not the case here. Perhaps to someone who only needs a cleaning and is comfortable with that level of practice, this could work for them but I was truly disappointed with the level of service and care and am seeking care with another provider.

Came here for a cleaning. I ended up getting flouride they made seem it was covered by my…read moreinsurance. While I was already in the chair getting the cleaning, they then say, it's not covered. I agreed to just get it since I was already in the chair. At checkout, I asked for a print out of my services with the CPT codes. Their printer wasn't working, so I asked to get it emailed to me. They said they would, and I never got it. After a few phone calls and 3 emails, I finally received my receipt with the CPT codes. When I compared the CPT codes with my insurance, I saw that everything was covered by my insurance and I was wrongfully billed for it. I then sent them an email with my coverage details, requesting them to reimburse me for the charges in error. I talked to someone in their office and had correspondences via email providing them documentation. Then they went silent for months and never responded to my emails again. After a few months passed, I started getting multiple calls with voicemails and emails to schedule my next cleaning with them. When I responded and told them I'd like my billing issue resolved first before coming back, they gave me the run around and have gone silent again. I give up. It's not worth my time. I now go to a different dentist. I gave them 2 stars only because the actual cleaning was fine. I will give credit when due. Please be weary of this place and if you do go to them, make sure you stand your ground BEFORE you sit in the dentist chair. And always get the receipt WITH the CPT codes, so you know exactly what they're billing you for.

The color of the crown was not quite there and even though I couldn't see it in the dental office, he pointed it out. We decided to keep the crown on temporarily so that I could whiten my teeth a bit so that my teeth color would be closer to the crown color. Anyways I am super pleased with how it looks now and he was able to fill out some gaps on the front teeth with some bonding. I am finally able to smile and not see my old discolored crown and gap in the gum line.

I don't recall what it called but it's like a pen they put around your teeth and it takes a digital picture of your teeth. Dr. Bae will tell you what procedures you need now and what can wait. There is absolutely no pressure. Dr Bae and his staff are all about making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Angelica for your teeth cleaning appointments. I also have to mention that if you need a crown...you can have it the same day. How awesome is that? No temporary crown and waiting weeks for it to come in. That's so yesterday! Dr. Bae also has their own dental plan. It is a so worth it. As we all know most Dental insurance is not so great. I also have to mention how great Dr. Bae's office staff is.
