My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. I had two different people ask me why I can't use that and explain it was for medical reasons so that was just very uncomfortable because I had already explained before and it's in my chart that I can't use a certain type of for medical reasons.. so be questioned by two different staff members while I'm already in excruciating pain and actually in tears in a chair was so uncomfortable. I actually had to take a break during that appointment because I was sobbing not only from the pain but just from the treatment I was getting. I had also gotten a filling done and I'm still having issues on that filling to the point that I have to actually baby that tooth because the feeling is just not quite right. And there was another issue that I had with getting appointment because my schedule and the doctor being out for a crown issue I was having. Unfortunately, has been quite a bumpy road with them, which is never the experience that I had in the past they were always so kind so attentive like very calming very relaxing so for it to turn so quickly was just unexpected and such a bummer because I do have dental anxiety and they've always done such a good job in the past about making me feel comfortable.
