I made an appointment but unfortunately was delayed so I tried to reschedule online. I discovered that you can't make any changes to your reservation within 2 hours of the service so I just walked in about 15 minutes past my appointment time and let them know what happened. They were very accommodating and set me up with a nail tech immediately. Sophia did an excellent job on my nails. I showed her a pic of my inspiration and she did her interpretation that came out even better than the original picture. Sophia was very friendly and we chatted throughout my service. The salon is very nice with plenty of table and pedicure bowls for services. They also have a coffee bar and offer a variety of beverages including wine, cocktails and refreshers. I did not partake in any of the beverages and it seemed like a cross contamination risk to have drinks available in a place where nail services are being performed. Others may enjoy this, it's just not for me. The price was a bit more than I normally pay for my nails, but considering the excellent customer service and the ability to execute nails designs, I would come here again when I'm wanting to splurge or for a special occasion.

When I was visiting my daughter in Lexington, I had a window. I called and was lucky they could take me; I think this place is usually pretty busy and may be hard to get walk-in. There were three different people who did parts: 1) woman who did the dremel to remove the gel; she was very careful, 2) man who did the pedicure except for the polish, 3) younger woman who did the polish. I assume they have different strengths. The man did such a great job making my feet and legs feel amazing. I was so relaxed and normally I feel like my pedicure are mostly just functional to have my toes painted nicely. The polish was just fine. Price was reasonable. The place feels friendly. I think the owners' kids were there. None of the people who worked on my pedicure talked with me much, but that's okay.

I was greeted immediately upon entry, asked which services I wanted, and directed to select a nail polish color. The environment was festive with a television playing the CBS news station. Other patrons were happily chatting with nail technicians and one another. I was directed to a pedicure chair which also featured massage controls. The area was really clean and orderly. My nail tech was attentive and asked questions about nail health. My toe nails were cut short and she suggested that I grow them out more. The pedicure process was relaxing and thorough. She cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized the bowl while giving me a temporary set of flip flops to transition to the nail table. I selected maroon for both my finger and toe nails. At one point, I believe the nail tech recommended gel polish for my toes, but I did not understand due to her accent. Again, she recommended gel polish for my fingernails and matched the colors with my toe nail colors. She said that gel polish lasted longer. While checking to ensure my nails were dry, she smudged the right pinky finger and worked to correct the error. Other than that, the session was relaxing and enjoyable. Another male attendant joked with me while checking out and paying the bill. The other patrons smiled and laughed at him. I was welcomed back and thanked for coming before I left.

I came in for pedicure and wanted ombré, however Kief directed me to another service that was acceptable. The staff didn't do much talking amongst each other and were instead engaged with their clients. That made for a welcoming and pleasant vibe in the shop. It's nice sized and there were many staff to attend to clients. There is plenty of parking in the lot out front. I loved the massage and care that were given to my paws by Kief.
