Cashless is the way of the world and their fees should be included in the cost of doing business... I don't even care if they raise their price... I hate a FEE for using a credit card. - The want cash tips.... I don't support tax evasion. - While the drinks used to be a reason to add a star, last visit I got a red wine that had turned (it was literally brown). When asked how it was I said not good... he nodded... likely lost in translation. Alas, life is too short to drink crap wine, so I ordered a non-wine drink for $9 and left the wine sit. Hoping this action would be more effective at the message that the wine was rotten.

My absolute favorite place. I've been going to Kim for several years now. I love her!…read more She's so very sweet and so ALWAYS does a perfect job! Sometimes I have weird request and colors and I always walk out saying; this is my favorite (nails). I'm extremely picky about shape. And she knows exactly what I like. I always do sns and they have so many colors to pick from. I feel like they have the best selection of nails polish, gel polish and SNS in Georgetown. I drive an hour one way since moving to see her get my nails done monthly and it's so worth it. All of the staff are super friendly and talented. I also get pedicures each time and who ever is available is the person to give the pedi. I've never had any complaints, they all do an amazing job! Kim also works well with my daughter and even down to details on her small nails. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Deluxe. They are truly amazing and genuine people. Price & talent can not be beat! However with that does come a lot of customers, at times it can be busy and wait times. If you're in a hurry it's always best to make an appointment because they do offer that as well.

Awful! I paid for a deluxe pedi and the guy barely did any additional service, no callous removal,…read moreno special foot massage, nothing. He painted ithe wrong color and cut my big toe crooked. Did not ask for square cut either! Looks gross! My daughter had another lady and made her nails look like she was 3 years old and cut her toe nails weirdly square and too short also. Waste of money! We went across town to another salon to get fixed! Do NOT recommend this place. They rush and are not trained right!

I always let the nail tech know this up front so they hopefully don't bear down with the drill in one spot which can give a burning sensation. So because of this, my primary concern and rating result is based on whether or not it hurts. I'm pleased to report that the nail tech giggled when I told him I was a baby, and he understood. He didn't hurt me at all and did quality work. The spa pedicure was very nice and relaxing. He's doing that great citrus smelling scrub thing now and the massage feels great! The facilities are nice and clean and the prices are reasonable. They seem to be adequately staffed for the time of day and season. I didn't have to wait at all and there were other customers in the place. They are open in Sunday's as well, so if I still lived in the area this would be a big plus for me (I'm visiting family.) The only down-side so far is there is no TV in the manicure area. I won't reduce the rating because of it, since they were at least playing popular music on the radio. However, sitting in a chair for an hour it's nice to watch sports (Monday Night Football for example).

I have probably tried every nail salon in georgetown and I will probably say this is the worst one…read moreyet. the size of the salon is very dated and the pedicure chairs look like they were from the 90s. I usually get a gel manicure over acrylic and I will have to say there gel manicure colors to choose from are better than most in georgetown but after they applied the color almost instantly it looked dull down just as if I got regular polish. I probably won't come back. My mom also said when the lady took the cap off the acrylic liquid it looked like it was moldy. Just overall not a good experience.

When it was all said and done, I was told it was $35, because the 2 colors were a "design." At no point did anyone ever discuss with me a price difference for an extra color, or "design." Had I been told it was going to be $10 higher than it explicitly states on their price board, I could have made a decision as to whether or not to allow her to get 2 colors, but no one ever said a single word to me about it. I am livid, because I was robbed of $10 at a place of business. It is not acceptable, but there's more. The man doing her nails was apparently pretty rough, because she now has a spot that was apparently cut on her thumb just below the cuticle. It is red and swollen, and that is not ok. In fact, that's pretty gross considering the instruments are used on all clientele, and I'm just hoping it doesn't become infected. If I can figure out how to post the photos, I will.
