Being that it is a nail salon, that's just one of the things that you expect but they didn't have that hear. Someone immediately noticed me and asked how he could help me. I said I had an appointment at noon. He stated to find a color that I want; and once I did, I only sat down for a minute or two before he sent me to the numbered pedicure chair (genius btw!). It took roughly 15 minutes or so for someone to come take care of me; but I would rather sit in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes than one of the chairs up front to wait in. So I was perfectly fine with it. Soky was very kind to me when i sat down at one of the pedicure chairs. We tried to fix the massage part and when that didn't work, he just moved me to a different chair that worked. I already had gel nail polish on from 5-6 months ago; so he was able to easily remove it before he got I picked the Organics Pedicure with Collagen to get the full nice experience, as I don't get a pedicure maybe once or twice a year. Soky had me look at several Pedi In A Box kits to find the best one that I wanted to use for my skin. I chose the Vitamin Recharge. It has a nice light smell with no allergens that would bother my sensitive skin. He was impressed with how soft my feet were; and I stated that I tried to use good lotion. He used the sugar scrub to really detoxify and cleanse my skin. I let him know ahead of time that I am extremely sensitive on my feet and that I will laugh a lot so I hope not to embarrass him. He got a little embarrassed when I was busting out laughing; but he took it in stride and laughed right along with me. Before he started with the hot stones, he told me to tell him if they were too hot. He first dipped the stones into the water then rubbed them with the oil that he used on a side table on my legs and feet. My oh my!! I will HAVE to get that again!! Soky suggested getting SNS nails for my fingernails, in which I had never had before. He helped me to find a red, white and blue theme to match my toes. To produce SNS nails, it took much longer than I anticipated. While it really is beautiful, I don't think that I will get it again. I ended up getting many compliments on my fingernails and toenails. I'm so glad that I decided to try this new gem in Georgetown. I will definitely be back!!

I always do sns and they have so many colors to pick from. I feel like they have the best selection of nails polish, gel polish and SNS in Georgetown. I drive an hour one way since moving to see her get my nails done monthly and it's so worth it. All of the staff are super friendly and talented. I also get pedicures each time and who ever is available is the person to give the pedi. I've never had any complaints, they all do an amazing job! Kim also works well with my daughter and even down to details on her small nails. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Deluxe. They are truly amazing and genuine people. I always let the nail tech know this up front so they hopefully don't bear down with the drill in one spot which can give a burning sensation. So because of this, my primary concern and rating result is based on whether or not it hurts. I'm pleased to report that the nail tech giggled when I told him I was a baby, and he understood. He didn't hurt me at all and did quality work. The spa pedicure was very nice and relaxing. He's doing that great citrus smelling scrub thing now and the massage feels great! The facilities are nice and clean and the prices are reasonable. They seem to be adequately staffed for the time of day and season. I didn't have to wait at all and there were other customers in the place. They are open in Sunday's as well, so if I still lived in the area this would be a big plus for me (I'm visiting family.) The only down-side so far is there is no TV in the manicure area. I won't reduce the rating because of it, since they were at least playing popular music on the radio. I am livid, because I was robbed of $10 at a place of business. It is not acceptable, but there's more. The man doing her nails was apparently pretty rough, because she now has a spot that was apparently cut on her thumb just below the cuticle. It is red and swollen, and that is not ok. In fact, that's pretty gross considering the instruments are used on all clientele, and I'm just hoping it doesn't become infected. If I can figure out how to post the photos, I will.
