I hate leaving a bad review everyone was so nice an stayed open later to finish my nails. However unfortunately 6 hours after i left i started feeling sharp pain an heat radiating from my big toe. I couldnt sleep, im contemplating going to the er because after ice, antiseptic, elevation, an Epsom soak im still in IMMENSE PAIN. Aside from that, 250$ for two basic pedicures an fullset. They couldn't do a french pedicure right. The blue from my previous polish left a film which in turned turned all the neutral pinks dark an unnatural color. My stiletto nails look beautiful, but wont last due to not having an apex. Your just seen as $$$ not keeping the integrity of your nails a top priority for repeat business. Id recommend a different salon from now on. Idk if being the last customer the sanitary standards werent kept or if she cut the sides an caused an ingrown toenail nail but i suggested NOT trimming them an yet she continued to do so. Like i said i hate leaving this review because they were all so kind but an injury and wasting my money are the reason why reviews are Necessary. 250$ is half of most peoples paychecks. I took my grandma to get a manipedi because she hadn't been able to do them herself after having surgery. Our nail techs, David and Sean, were so polite and helpful--Sean helped her get in and out of all the chairs and held her arm so she was supported while walking. I am in a wheelchair. Tonya from Cambodia was super sweet, for me in immediately since I was early & gave me the Elite treatment! I picked a gel by OPI #17E called 'You've got Nata on me' a pretty peachy color. She trimmed my nails, put my hands in a plastic baggie & squeezed cuticle cream on each nail & put my ice cold hands in hand heating pads. After she finished my full beautiful manicure she massages my hands & had me dip my hands in a warm paraffin. Then peeled the wax off & viola! My nails were pretty & hands soft & moist all for $30! My new go to nail salon. It's a no thrills place but they do a good job, are consistent and the end product is quality. I got gel nails here and they lasted for over three weeks without chipping, even with cleaning and working in healthcare. For only $30 for gel nails and a full manicure, you can't beat it. They also put your hands in heat pads too which is a nice touch. Service is pretty quick too. If you want nail design, Molly is your girl. I'll admit, I'm a nail salon hopper. I can't help it, I'm super picky and I've never really been 100% satisfied anywhere. I'm in luck though, Lexington does have it's fair share of salons. I will say that this is the best one in the Beaumont area. The other salon, in the same strip as Kroger was a hot mess. I ordered up SNS/French tip nails and gel/French tip done on my toes. Navy was my artist and she did a great job. She started with my toes, so I got to see the pedicures in action. The basins didn't have liners, but many salons in town don't use them either. That's one reason why I can't with the pedicures. This was the first time that I'd gotten gel on my toes. I've heard that it stays on practically until it grows out. I'm a week into it and they still look like the day that I got them done. SNS is a dipping powder process. It's the only thing that will stick to my fingernails for a substantial amount of time. It's a bit more expensive than gel, but it stays on longer. Even if your nails aren't long, the SNS process still makes them look good. One of my nails had just broke down to the quick, so she put a fake tip on it before the dipping process. Other than that, SNS is a good way to enhance or strengthen you natural nails. I wouldn't go back to acrylic or gel. read more

Decided to visit this shop again on a rainy Monday morning after 4 years. Not sure what went wrong, but the first time impressions are all Gone. The young lady greeter is very cold with no smiles at all, especially when I explained to her I couldn't pay tip with cash since I didn't have my wallet with me. I was looking for a nail salon after things started to safely open up this spring. I walked into the salon and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. They were very busy and I had a strict timeline because I had to pickup my son from school in a bit. Closed "early". I checked the hours before I made the drive to this nail salon, which online it stated closing was at 7PM on Sunday. I arrived at 5PM. When I walked in the lady said, "Sorry, we closed". I said, "Oh, online it says 7PM today and right here on the door it says 7PM as well." She responded with, "yes..um today we close early." There was no reason associated with the day, it just seemed like the young lady wanted to leave work early. Elite Nails technicians are quick, thorough and clean! three important things for me! Manicure stations are neat and clean. Pedicure tubs get cleaned after each client and gets filled up with the necessary antimicrobial solutions to allow it to be effective before the next client! I regularly pick on my fingernails and it's hard for me to maintain any length on my nails. The only thing that will last on my nails is a gel manicure. Sealing the edge of short nails is a bit tricky but the technicians here have done a great job. Prices are pretty reasonable for the service they provide. It is not a mind-blowing experience but it is worth every buck you pay. read more

But the last time I went to get my SNS removed they thinned out my nails so much that they've been breaking non-stop since then. Everyone was super friendly when I first walked in and I sat down to start my nails almost iimmediately. I asked for a full set of black nails with one finger gold and one finger with a gold design. She told me she would try to do the gold and black finger with design as they don't have the tape / plastic needed. I told her that was okay if she needed to do just all black with one gold I'd be satisfied. I learned she would attempt it and see how it turned out. She was very neat, thorough and gentle. I love my nails and I love that she attempted my design request without the proper supplies and nailed it! It cost around $32 without tip so pricing is reasonable. My mom and I have been coming here for years and are very loyal and happy customers. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We come about once or twice a month for gel manicures and regular pedicures. It gets crowded some days, so appointments are best, but not required. Very clean, well-priced place. They offer gel, SNS, acrylic and polish and several levels of pedicures. My favorite part of the gel manicure is putting your hand in hot wax that keeps your hands moisturized for days afterwards. Unfortunately I now work on the North side of town and can't make it over to Elite Nails as often anymore. This is my favorite nail place in Lexington. It is clean, the décor is tasteful, and the employees are nice. They also do a great job! The prices are comparable to other nail salons, but with Elite you get more for your money. For example, included with a gel manicure is a paraffin wax dip for your hands. I am planning on bringing my mother here to get her nails done before her wedding next month. I called previously to ask how much were French tips and they asked me if I wanted a manicure or pedicure I then repeated that I wanted French tips and then I was asked the same question once again. I finally said "manicure". I was then told it would be $20. I then went to check out and then it was $35. Second of all my friend got ombré nails and they look awful. I've been coming here since it first opened, following some of the staff from another location. The women are fabulous, sometimes the men are a little rough though so don't be shy saying ow. If you don't have an appointment get there early or be prepared to wait. When I get a gel French manicure combined with a French non-gel pedicure the price is $65 (higher price for French and gel upgrades).
