I love this salon! I have tried so many nail places in Lexington and my experiences haven't been the greatest. This place is reasonably priced, attentive employees, and great service over all. I get both manicures and pedicures here. Unlike a lot locations they do not have a drink service but honestly, you're going to get your nails done and not to grab a glass of wine so that shouldn't bother anyone. They are fine with you bringing outside drinks so if a drink is part of your nail ritual you can bring your own :) read more

I never do these but this experience was not the best. Let me start by saying the lady who did my nails was absolutely so kind and sweet. The work provided is the issue. I went in just for acrylic white tips which I got done a week ago today and they're all lifting and coming off. The sides of each nail are horrible and the quality all together just lacks... $55 down the drain and now I'm having to have them redone. read more

Very excellent service. Friendly & caring nail technicians. The entire place was spotless and all PPE is effective. Lysol, Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizers everywhere. All technicians have masks and face shields AND a plastic shield between us & them. And then- my girls & my nails were just beautiful. for sure. Would give more if I could. read more

I have been a regular customer for several years now. Have gotten many gel manicures which lasted well (usually only re-done due to nail growth or a nail break), and recently switched to SNS which is my new favorite! Sary is the owner and she is almost always working when they're open. I usually call before I go to check about wait time, and they will also usually make "appointments" for repeat customers. I highly recommend Nails Pro Plus! read more

The previous worker who would inevitably accidentally clip me with the cuticle clippers or drill no longer works here. I do recommend this location for SNS and gel. I have been looking for a nail salon for a while after my manicurist left my old one and moved. I wanted to go somewhere closer and landed here. The staff are very friendly! Some of the girls are fun to talk to!! They have a great selection of gel and mine last a long time. Sometimes about a month! I am very particular about the shape and length and they always look really beautiful. My sister got a pedicure and dinged her big toe, but didn't realize until we were home. She went back the next day and they took care of it! Sometimes it's best to have an appointment because there are more customers than employees. The really great thing is I've gotten consistent service, regardless of my nail technician, which wasn't how my last salon was. This place deserves a zero. It was the worst nail job I've ever had in my life it looks like a two-year-old did it. They didn't last a week and the layers chipped off on SNS in 3 days. I would never go back there again. read more

The lady who did my mani pedi spent a long time on each leg and foot when doing massage with hot stone. She was contentious of what length and shape I wanted my nails to be all over, removal of rough places on my feet, etc. read more

I stopped by while I was in town over the Christmas holiday, and my experience was terrible. I asked for a gel manicure, and was finally seated after two other customers who arrived after me. The nail tech used unsanitized tools that were just laying on the desk-it was disgusting. She cut nicked two of my fingers and just smeared off the blood without so much as an apology. While she was painting my nails she hit several of the wet nails and smudged the paint. I pointed it out to her and she quickly painted over them and stuck my hand under the light to cure the polish. When my nails had dried she commented that they were uneven. She was right, but they were uneven from her smearing them! I asked if they would redo the manicure because my nails looked awful-in addition to being uneven, the paint was so thick from where she had globbed on paint to cover up her smears they almost looked like bubble nails. She stood and argued with me, insisting that they looked fine. She refused to fix them, and when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one. I also noticed that this nail salon-address 3725 Palomar Centre Drive-is on yelp with two different names, and each has only one review even though that store has been there for years. Interestingly, neither of these names match the name on the card that I took on my way out. If I had to guess, they've created new accounts to get rid of bad reviews. My advice? Avoid at all costs. read more

I've been going here to get my nails done on and off for the last few months and must say after trying several nail salons in Lexington this is the best. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, the atmosphere is relaxed and refined, and the salon's decor and cleanliness was remarkable. Highly recommended. I've been to 3 different techs here and they all seem to do a much more careful and meticulous job than other salons ESPECIALLY in gel polish manicures. No respect for scheduled appointments. Waited over 30 minutes for service. Walk ins were treated as scheduled clients.

I would prefer to leave 0 stars but Yelp does not allow you to do that. This salon had literally the most unfriendly customer service I've ever encountered. I went in with a complaint regarding a manicure and hoped they would fix it. Instead, they told me they saw nothing wrong and proceeded to ask other customers their opinions. Normally I would have asked for my money back and cut my losses. However, they did such a bad job I knew I would have to go somewhere else the same night to get the damage repaired. Finally I just asked for my money back. They refused saying that they "don't do that." After arguing with the employees for 15 minutes I left and immediately called my friends and family in the area and made each of them promise me that they would never go back to this place. Interestingly, a few of the people I spoke with told me their own horror stories about the salon. Oh, it also appears that they have multiple pages on Yelp. Could this be because they are deleting negative reviews? read more
