My sister and I went in and were the first ones in line without an appointment for the day. There were about 6 people in appointments line and about 8 behind us. We were the last ones to be seated. Again, everyone working is nice but you do not get the same service or even close. The lady doing my pedicure didn't do a good job on my cuticles at all. It was almost like they are in a competition to see who can finish first. We got the signature pedicure and were one of the first ones finished after being the last to be seated. This gets old and people get tired of returning to get that service. Technically it should take about 10 minutes to do cuticles when done right and that's minimum. Mine was finished in about 45 seconds on both feet. All the workers stand and wait for a tip after they have run you through like cattle. The way I see it if you cut my service to rush never expect a tip. The owner can give you a tip out the of service money. This is a very convenient place and I have been loyal but someone else may need to open up a salon in this area to complete.

When I was visiting my daughter in Lexington, I had a window. I called and was lucky they could take me; I think this place is usually pretty busy and may be hard to get walk-in. There were three different people who did parts: 1) woman who did the dremel to remove the gel; she was very careful, 2) man who did the pedicure except for the polish, 3) younger woman who did the polish. I assume they have different strengths. The man did such a great job making my feet and legs feel amazing. I was so relaxed and normally I feel like my pedicure are mostly just functional to have my toes painted nicely. The polish was just fine. Price was reasonable. The place feels friendly. I think the owners' kids were there. None of the people who worked on my pedicure talked with me much, but that's okay.

On May 31, I stopped in as a walk-in after breaking a nail over the weekend. I was seated in Chair 10 and asked the technician to soak off the broken nail because it had been cut extremely short. She immediately told me no. When I asked again if she could fix it, she stared at me for several seconds as if my request was unreasonable. She then refused to continue my service altogether, despite the salon being extremely busy. I left the salon in tears with partially drilled-off polish and a layer of acrylic still on my nails. My nails had been cut down but not even filed before I left, so I had to finish filing them myself at home. The following day, June 1, I called to schedule an appointment with one of the technicians I normally see. The employee who answered repeatedly told me they were short-staffed and couldn't get me in. I explained multiple times that I understood and was simply trying to schedule an appointment for a later date. Instead of helping me, he kept asking whether I wanted my nails fixed or not. The conversation became so frustrating that I eventually ended the call and scheduled an appointment at another salon. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got the signature spa pedi with gel polish and it was a great experience. They used hot stones, wrapped my legs in hot towels, and gave a nice foot massage.
