Such a thorough and relaxing pedicure! I mostly needed to remove my old gel polish and my toes were a mess. I never find time to remove gel. When I was visiting my daughter in Lexington, I had a window. I called and was lucky they could take me; I think this place is usually pretty busy and may be hard to get walk-in. There were three different people who did parts: 1) woman who did the dremel to remove the gel; she was very careful, 2) man who did the pedicure except for the polish, 3) younger woman who did the polish. I assume they have different strengths. The man did such a great job making my feet and legs feel amazing. I was so relaxed and normally I feel like my pedicure are mostly just functional to have my toes painted nicely. The polish was just fine. Price was reasonable. The place feels friendly. I think the owners' kids were there. None of the people who worked on my pedicure talked with me much, but that's okay. read more

My first time at this salon and I had a pleasant experience. I went in on Friday morning and had a short wait of about 10 minutes. My nail tech was Lena . She did a great job on my nails. She inquired about the shape and length I wanted and checked to see that I liked the color upon completion of the first nail (which I really appreciated). Overall a great nail experience--got a fill in with gel polish. I was in and out within 30 minutes, even when I couldn't decide what color I wanted. My only issue is that the place wasn't the cleanest. There was acrylic nail dust EVERYWHERE and white walls or desks were kinda off-white or beaten up. If you're into ambience, this is not the place. Got a pedicure done this morning. They were very nice but the lady doing my toes seemed rushed even though I was the only one there and nobody was in line. After I left I realized she missed multiple spots, but it was okay. I put on a pair of tennis shoes 7 hours later and went for a run... and it seems like she never let the layers dry at all- they were all gummed up like they had just been done and I put on socks. It looks like they do good work with fingernails but I do not recommend for toes. read more

Overall, I had a good experience at the salon. However, four of my toenails chipped within 3 days of getting a pedicure. My dip polish is so thin, that the color is not consistent across individual nails. Also, my "matching" nail and toe colors are nowhere close to matching and the dip polish is so light compared to the color that I chose that it's extremely disappointing. read more

I love getting designs/ombré so when I saw they were amazing at both, I had to try them. Lita was the one that did my nails and the ombré on them is incredible. I am sooooooo irritated!!! I was in Lexington to attend a wedding and this place was recommended to me by the ladies in the mall while purchasing some perfume. Obviously the yelp reviews are great so I made an appointment for my mother and myself. This was Friday late evening 3/22/22 and today is Wednesday 3/37/22 so not even a week and they have chipped and broken. I have done absolutely NOTHING except attend a wedding and sit in a car to drive home. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because everyone was very polite while I was there and they treated my mother very well (she didn't want to get her nails done in a first place and they were so great with her). I was offered the option to redo my nails but I live in Florida so that not even plausible. Maybe it's just a fluke but I think a refund would be more appropriate since it's been less than 5 days and they're literally falling off already. Ugh. read more

I have had my nails done here 3 times now, and ironically it has been by 3 different salon techs. While all 3 times my nails have looked gorgeous and stayed on for at least 2 weeks, I was charged differently all 3 times for the exact same service. I felt scammed almost. I have gotten the acrylic ombré full set- which advertises for $55 on the site. The first time I was charged $65, the second time I was charged $71 and the third time I was charged $80! For this reason I won't be returning. I gave a $20 tip each time. Amazing service, great nails, but make sure you get what you're paying for. There is no reason for there to be that much of a difference in price for the same service. read more

I'm from out of town and saw this place with great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. They did an excellent job on the nail art and that's all I was really after. I took off one star for a few reasons - they didn't offer anything to drink - which is fine but that's what differentiates the 5 star salons from the 4 star. I also felt rushed to pick a color. I would have appreciated having colors to look at Before sitting down for the manicure. I wasn't prepared and felt rushed but even so the tech did a great job and was very nice. Lastly the pedicure tech just kind of left me sitting there when I was done. In other salons they help put my shoes back on as a signal that we are done and since my wrist is broken I thought for sure she would help me a little but she didn't.
