Worst nail salon. They cut my cuticles all up and a couple nails are very noticeably crooked! They charged me 65$ I DID NOT leave a tip because I was not satisfied with the service and when I got my bank statement they charged me 89$ and when I went up there to confront them they had the nerve to say it was a 23$ tip and I told them I did not leave a tip because I wasn't satisfied with my service. They took it upon themselves to take a tip without my knowledge. They did give me the 23$ back after 20 minutes of going back and fourth with them highly do not recommend this place!!!! read more

I don't live around here but I come in when staying with family. Usually for the holidays. I brought my nieces in last week for pedicures (ages 4 & 14), all of the techs were wonderful. They took us in quickly and were sweet and gentle, especially with the little one. I brought my mom in today for a manicure and I got SNS. Again, they were wonderful! My mom is very happy with her manicure and Lilly did a great job on my SNS. She was very patient and careful with the Dremel and didn't burn or cut up my skin. And the result are great! I have been going here for over two years and have always been happy with the service, but Monday (17th) I had a different person that I have not had before and she did a horrible job. This was the WORST pedicure I have EVER had. Polish was on my skin in several spots and even got some on my shoe as he put my shoes on, yes, they were flip flops, before he painted my toes. If the polish had been put on properly, the fact that I had my shoes on would not have been an issue. $30.00 thrown away. I always make my appointments with Molly because she is amazing, but if I ever just walk-in there is not a technician there I don't trust. They are all fantastic. Went there with my daughters for my birthday. Big mistake!!!! My daughter had a different person for pedicure and manicure. Both did a horrible job. On the pedicure they didn't get the bottom smooth and the polish was poorly applied. Then on the manicure they didn't clean under the nail, the polish was too thick and uneven, and left polish on the skin. Refunding any money for such a shoddy job is out of the question! I went to get my nails done at Nails Pro Brannon Crossing. I have been at this location serveral times. I got a full set of acrylic and a pedicure on Aug 27th (and yes I'm listing dates so y'all really get the whole story), because I had no other day to do so between work. On Tuesday August 31st (while I was at work) one nail broke off at the tip. I had a trip to Florida the next morning, So I had no way of getting to nails pro before then to get it fixed. My plan was to get it fixed while in Florida, but why should I use my vacation to do something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Anywho, while on vacation a second nail broke off at the tip again. Now yesterday, a week and a half from the time I got my nails done I have a third nail about to break off at the tip, literally all you have to do is just blow on it and it will break. I have had acrylic from other nail salons last me a month before any break off. So yesterday I called Nails Pro on Brannon Crossing and talked to the manager to tell them about all the broken nails and to see if I can come in and get them fixed. And the managers exact words to me were "if you come in you will get charged," "you should have got them fixed on vacation." Oh and my favorite "if you came back at least a week from when you got your nails done we would have fixed them for free." My question is how is telling me that now doing anything for me? As a business you should let your customers know that policy. So this long post is to tell you DON'T GO THERE, unless you want horrible nails and horrible customer service. One thing I won't do is name the nail tech that did my nails because she usually does a good job on them. And the person I spoke to was not her. So I'll save her the embarrassment. I'll just never be one to let horrible customer service go unsaid. And to have come there before to the point the nail teach knows me every time I come in there. It's disappointing to know the manager would basically say screw me. That's no way to run a business. If you are more pressed to make money than to appease your customers when your nail techs mess up then you will never be a successful business. read more

This is one my favorite places to get my nails done in central Kentucky. Yes, it's a out of my way, but I do what I gotta do. Why do I like it so much? My gel polish from here lasts longer than any place that I've ever had it done. Which is only about 2-3 weeks. Molly is who I usually request. She puts like 4 coats on and if a nail breaks within gel polish changes, they will remove the gel coating and redo it for free! Regular gel polish colors are $20 and french tip gel polish is $25. It's only an extra $5 to get the manicure along with it. I usually get a manicure every other time because it does tend to make the nail growth not as noticeable, or slow it down. Sometimes she puts the clear coat too close to my cuticles though, so when they start to grown out after a few days, there is a noticeable, annoying hump. This is still the best place to get gel polish. The weekends can get really busy, but if you go during the weeknights, you should be able to get right in. It's really nothing extravagant when it comes to the decor, but that doesn't really matter to me. read more

Horrible place. My 3 year old nephew would have done a better job. There was nail paint on my skin beyond the nail which led to peeling within the first week, didn't even soak my hands. They clearly hire amateurs bec the tech didn't even hold my fingers appropriately, each time he moved from one finger to another he would smudge the paint against his own hands! Got a french manicure (regular polish, not gel) and it was not good at all. Bubbles in the polish, sloppy, and started chipping same night. Less than 24 hours later it looks like it's a week old. Also got a pedicure and it still looks ok, but will not go back based on the manicure. read more

I really like this place! I've been here three times now and each time have had excellent service. I would have given them 5 stars if they offered mimosas. But otherwise they have what I'm looking for in a nail salon. Massage chairs, shellac nail polish and a high quality of service. I will tell you, make sure you wear pants that you can roll up because these people give amazing foot and calf massages. Amazing! I also have to complement them on their hand massages too. I love my mani/pedi results but man do I LOVE the massages. I think for me this sets them apart from the others. If you're looking for a great service, skilled work, massages and a place to feel comfortable and taken care of, this is the place. I'm happy I found Nails Pro and while I'm living in Lexington, this is where I'll be going! As a last note, I really like that they have the warm paraffin wax dip after your manicure. Normally I do not post reviews, but today is an exception. I requested a Spa Pedicure. Besides waiting about 45 minutes with my feet soaking in luke warm water, the first part of the service was fine. She did massage my legs adequately but not my feet at all. Then the hot towels were only left on for literally a minute and a half to two minutes. Okay. Didn't say anything. Then she put on the base coat and polish. I was paying attention. She only have me one coat of polish on my left foot and two on my right. When I brought it to her attention, she said no, she did two coats on both. She did not. I did not argue with her as I could not understand her very well and she kept her mask over her mouth only so I could not read her lips as I do when I cannot hear or understand. Not a fan. read more

Awesome pedicure and really nice people, I had one of the best experiences there. I'm not really big on going to new places but my daughter and son-in-law bought me a gift certificate for a pedicure from there because it's closer to my home than where I usually go. I went and I know I'll go back again on my own, I loved the service and my pedicure was great. My legs feels so good and my nails look wonderful, it was so relaxing. I have multiple leg problems but after that massage my legs feel really wonderful. read more
