I have been using this nail salon since they opened and I drive an hour away. They are very nice but the service is very inconsistent. My sister and I went in and were the first ones in line without an appointment for the day. There were about 6 people in appointments line and about 8 behind us. We were the last ones to be seated. Again, everyone working is nice but you do not get the same service or even close. The lady doing my pedicure didn't do a good job on my cuticles at all. It was almost like they are in a competition to see who can finish first. We got the signature pedicure and were one of the first ones finished after being the last to be seated. This gets old and people get tired of returning to get that service. Technically it should take about 10 minutes to do cuticles when done right and that's minimum. Mine was finished in about 45 seconds on both feet. All the workers stand and wait for a tip after they have run you through like cattle. The way I see it if you cut my service to rush never expect a tip. The owner can give you a tip out the of service money. This is a very convenient place and I have been loyal but someone else may need to open up a salon in this area to complete. read more

Checked in at 6:30 pm. And we were rushed for our pedicure/mani , they made it clear they wanted to be out if there before 8 pm closing. Only get we were in the chair. This was a treat for a friend. Trying to relax, and Interrupted mani to ask me to pay so they could close the register at 7:35 pm. I was in the middle of Sns. Won't be going back soon. read more

No wait! I was able to get a shellac pedicure within 30 minutes right before my make up appointment at Sephora. I love the set up it's basically a semi-bar (there is vodka tequila, and of course wine and champagne) there's a color selection station and ample nail/pedicure stations throughout so people can spread out and enjoy. this place is really classy. I wish they had spaces like this in Oregon. read more

My expectations were high for a location within the "prestigious" Summit. At first glance, it is very opulent-looking, but that quickly declines once I start to notice the lack of concern for basic cleanliness. That lack makes me uncomfortable for a service led business. There is a big bar but no one offers me a menu. My nail tech was nice, and she listened to my request for a basic pedicure due to time restraints. She completed service in under 35-40 minutes. I hated that I could not tip her on my debit card, and I refused to use an ATM with fees. But another staff member shared that I could be charged again for tip amount only. Overall, unimpressed with venue but I'm happy with my pedicure. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by my first time here. I walked in and was sat almost immediately. I requested a full set with SNS. I'm a nail biter so it was a little painful, but part of the deal. I struggled to communicate what color I wanted with my tech but we got there. Truly one of the best manicures I've gotten in years-- so much attention to detail. I took my 8 year old and her friend to get their first manicure at Anthony Vincent in Lexington for her birthday. They placed my daughter with a man that was not good with children AT ALL. He barely spoke English so she had a very hard time understanding him when he was giving her instructions. He kept raising his voice and glaring at her when she didn't understand him. I did not see this happen but she told me he smacked her hand when she moved it. He made her very uncomfortable and she asked me never to take her back there again. I came here for a fairly basic pedicure and I was quickly checked in and taken to a pedicure chair. The massage chair was comfortable, and I felt that all components of my pedicure were fairly good. Nothing was amazing, but it was a decent leg massage, polish job, etc. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, so probably wouldn't be my top choice if I'm hoping for some pampering, but for a decent and efficient pedicure, it works. I wasn't offered a drink, the nail tech really didn't talk to me at all (I think at least some of that was a language barrier), but my toes looked good afterwards. read more

I've been going here for a couple years, but my most recent visit will be the last. They are very inconsistent when it comes to service, sometimes I love it, and sometimes I hate it. I came here last week on my birthday hoping for a fun and relaxing experience but it was the opposite! I felt so rushed during my pedicure and it was not enjoyable at all. My nail tech seemed to have an attitude with me and I really don't know what that was about!! I even saw her roll her eyes at me when I was asking the manager(?) a question about my design. I asked for a very simple flower design, which they were willing to do - but I can't say it was worth the extra $$. It's a flower - how hard is it to mess up? Pics attached - I think it's pretty common sense that flowers have 5 petals so it doesn't look like a cross! Plus some dots are so spread out which just looks weird. They mentioned it would be harder to use regular nail polish vs gel, but I can't excuse the sloppiness because I've been getting this type of design elsewhere since I was very young - not once with gel. Also, the reference picture I showed had blue and white petals, and they just gave me white. Not impressed given the extra $10 for dots on my nails. Anyway, I'm not going back. read more

Always excellent service! Hahn is my regular nail technician and always does a wonderful job on my nails. She's one of the few technicians that can still do perfect pink/white acrylic nails and fill-ins as well as gel. I'm always satisfied with a job she does and recommend her highly. read more

Made reservations for girls day and this place did not disappoint. We all got pedicures and manicures, which Jimmy did amazing for myself and the other ladies were happy with theirs. I drive from Danville to come here to get my nails done! I love that it is always very clean and relaxing and that there's a bar in there! I can't think of anything better than to drink a martini while getting a pedicure! You can call ahead for appointments or walk-ins (although there may be a wait during peak times). I usually get a gel pedicure and a gel manicure and they always do a fantastic job! PS--bring cash for a tip (and for the services) to save some money! read more

I can't say it was the best experience. I called and inquired if they offered gel nails. I was told they did. When I arrived I was greeted by a very sweet young lady. We went to our table and she proceeds to do my nails and out pops the acrylic-powder! I asked that I was only interested in hard gel fill.‍ The manager/owner comes over and gives me a whole line how they don't do gel. As I'm sitting there I looked over and there's IBD nail hard gel.
