I've been coming to Nail Bar for years and they never disappoint! Love the atmosphere and service!
Trying to find a new nail place to try, I was able to find this business. I called and asked if there were any appointments available for 2 pedicures within the next hour. There was, and both my husband and I were seen the following hour. We go in and the business looks really nice. I love the decorations and that they make everything look very clean. Once the receptionist checked us in, she asked us to go to the back and wash our hands, where individual towels were wrapped up for our convenience when drying our hands. Then we went back up front and I stated that I wanted gel polish for my toes. The receptionist stated that the gel polish were the last 2 shelves up front. I had looked and I couldn't bend down very well; but all I saw was lacquer, which wasn't polish at all....so I'm not sure honestly. My husband and I went to our pedicure chairs when they asked us what we wanted. We both got the full package for a time of relaxation. Dara was very kind but when cutting my cuticles on my toes, he went too deeply on my right big toe. And all while doing my toes, said that he was truly sorry; but he continued to use the alcohol spray that really hurt on my toe every time he sprayed. He did find gel polish for me; and so far, the polish has lasted 2 weeks with no chipping. Vi took care of my husband. He didn't want the polish but just wanted the pampering that a pedicure has. He actually fell asleep in the middle; but he felt like it was a job well done. Unfortunately, when he got home, he looked at his right foot, to discover that he had been cut as well. Perhaps she cut too deep or pulled too hard. Honestly unsure about that. While I want to give this place another try, it may be awhile; because our experience was less than adequate.

I planned on a normal manicure but she talked me into gel which I actually appreciate because for $10 more it will last a lot longer and not chip. Plus it dried almost instantly, which was awesome. (This was obviously my first Gel). Ava was great and I like my nails. At and I was a walk-in and just had to wait about 5 mins on a Saturday around lunch time during Xmas shopping season!
Me and my sister came to get our nails done. We both got a full set of square gel acrylic nails but hers were maybe 1/8th of an inch longer, she got charged $73 while I had the same thing + a design for only $55. My sister said her nail tech was beyond rude, she got yelled at, flicked, talked down to and had an overall awful experience. While my nail tech was very nice my nails look awful, they're crooked and uneven, the sides of my nail are bald and unfinished. It's like she used tips too small for my finger. When I left I still had glue covering my fingers. Not to mention my design looks awfu. We noticed the price difference after we had gotten to the car and called the spa to ask about what happened and they said it was because my sister nails were a different shape and longer than mine so she got charged $18 more than me and then they hung up. You couldn't pay me enough to step foot back into this place. Would give 0 stars if I could. Nobody should ever be allowed to flick a child while doing their nails!!!!!
Nail bar was great. The salon is very well set up and they have done a great job on my nails every time I've been! The service is also great, all of the staff is nice and welcoming. Everyone was wearing masks and they had everyone social distancing. There is also a plastic screen in between the workers and clients. I thought they had great prices, and received great quality!
It is what it is . I had an appointment with the lady Mary who did my nails last time bc I really liked the way she did them. Unfortunately Mary had a emergency so someone else did my mani/pedi. Does anyone actually clean feet anymore like scrub them an get the dead skin off? My nail lady couldn't do a heart design so it threw the whole look I wanted off. Anywho $114 for fill in & pedicure, I'd $150 if I could get what I want .
Sum: Overall great service, professionalism, comfy chairs and it's very clean. Awesome location. Will return! 45 minutes till closing, my friend and I show up as a walk-in and we were welcomed with smiles into this very nice nail salon. Good variety of nail colors, but could've had a better selection of darker colors. My nail technician was Monika, and she really knew how to work the dremel without being rough or sloppy. In fact, Monika was very gentle from beginning to end, and I was very pleased with this, as it's hard to come by. She carried good conversation and was polite. She did a white and pink ombré and executed it just right! The salon was impeccably clean and was well-lit (there's many nail salons with not enough lighting). We were asked if we needed anything to drink-- yes please?! Staff was very friendly, and professional. They didn't speak in their native language amongst each other, kudos. No customer should feel like they're being talked about. Prices are pretty fair for what you get and comparable to nail salons in the area, and are even cheaper than what I pay at my small town.
They're not the quickest but they do a nice job. Been here twice now for gel mani and the price is right $35 for gel and $6 for a glass of wine. If you're in Hamburg and jonesing for a nice mani with the girls and have 60min to spare then check Nail Bar out. This place would be fantastic if you have a wedding or bachelorette party to entertain!

Alsa is simply THE BEST! She never misses. Every time I think she's done my favorite set, she turns around and tops it. Her attention to detail is amazing, and I always leave absolutely loving my nails. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them! read more

Have a nice time a little pricey but now a days what isn't. Service was fast. The salon Is really pretty. Depending on what service you get you'll get a free drink (hardly any liquor in them) read more

This was the most rushed nail appointment I've ever experienced. Immediately haphazardly cut several of my nails down to nubs, without asking, when filing would have sufficed. Left buildup underneath nails after SNS was put on, hardly even filed nails, SNS is VERY thick. Glue left all over the pads of my fingers. Basically zero attention to detail. Wore gloves that were sticky and had to keep peeling them off of my hands. Very disappointed. When booking appointment I said manicure, then when asked what I wanted, I said DIP please. Was told afterwards that basic cuticle maintenance is "not included" with SNS and a "manicure" would cost more and needed to have been added on. I don't normally leave reviews at all. I do my own nails regularly, but I'm going on a trip and wanted to have "harder" nails, aka dip. I wish I would have just done them myself anyway. read more

I highly recommend all of the staff at Nail Bar, but especially Alsa! She is extremely sweet, and has helped me transform the health of my nails! She always does a perfect job and has the best taste of any nail tech I have ever seen. read more

Nail bar was great. The salon is very well set up and they have done a great job on my nails every time I've been! The service is also great, all of the staff is nice and welcoming. This place used to be really good but service has went very downhill. Somehow got charged $149 for a pedicure and a full set while my friend got the same pedicure and was charged a different price. The pedicure we chose was supposed to be the deluxe for $43, we got charged $60 and $68?? We think they are adding their own tips into the price they give because I was not asked to leave a tip. When doing our pedicures none of the utensils were sanitized or single use products which is gross. Water was boiling hot and not tested before being asked to put our feet in. It has not even been 24 hours since going and my friend's toe already looks infected. Massage chairs also didn't work. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I love this salon. I've gone a handful of times now and I've found my go-to technician with Anita -- she's amazing! They have been so busy lately but they're always so kind and patient with everyone who walks in. + my nails always look perfect! read more
My daughter and I stole some time together for pedicures today. We scheduled appointments a couple of days ahead and walked right in and seated immediately after picking our colors. The nail technicians were friendly and the spa is observing social distancing (spaces seating as well as masked employees and customers). Definitely a clean, nicer, upper scale place. We will come back for sure! read more

First time here and it was fantastic! Cindy helped me and she gave her artistic advice to do an ombré glitter on my nails. And you can order wine here, too, so of course that's a win for me! Great experience! read more

Basic nails is the way to go here, don't ask for anything special and expect to WAIT! Even after getting a technician we start, an in the middle she gets up an sits a woman beside me and starts on her now she's saying they can't do sns long so my mom is done mind you they sat her awhole section away from me and I'll be here 2 hrs, late to get my son from second day of school because I'm dealing with amateurs read more

Tara did an AMAZING job on my pedicure and fill in. I had a set done 6/3 that wasn't the best and has 3 nails break (2 had been back for repair and were crooked) since I had them done. She did my fill in and got them the perfect length and shape I like. Hands down, best I've had in some time. Absolutely recommend. Call and make an appointment for your next pedi/mani/full set or fill in with Tara. read more

I've had good experiences here but last time I got the man who sits in the corner closest to the bar. (Furthest left seat front row) I went for a fill in on acrylics, he cut me three separate times and I was bleeding fairly bad. Then he asked me to pay before he painted my nails. He got paint all over my fingers and just let me leave like that. And ended up charging me $40.... update less than one week later they're already loose/peeling off from the back read more

I've found my new go to for pedis! Lovely decor, friendly staff, and most importantly - great service! Not only is the service here worth every bit what you pay, the drinks are fabulous! I honestly wasn't expecting much in the way of quality drinks, but my Long Island iced yes was better than what I've had at some restaurants! With a huge selection of polish and a spacious, elegant service area, you really can't go wrong at Nail Bar and Spa. Even the bathrooms were beautifully decorated and the entire place is so clean from top to bottom. I hope this place is here to stay, I'm in love! read more

I want to point out I usually get sns but with sns usually can't recieved design so I decided to go back to acrylic. I received a full set of acrylic nails. They turned out fat ugly stiletto nails when I just wanted a natural shape. I had to file myself and when u asked about a design. They were not able to perform l. So, I opt out and went for a accent polish instead. I was overcharged. $40 dollars for acrylic no design or special shaping of the nail. They are okay but I have received much better with acrylic and designed with coffin shaped for $40 with other places. Just very disappointed with the nails. read more
