Shout out to Eric. He did my manicure and pedicure. He sang the whole time, consulted with me, kept checking with him, and ultimately was really cool. When he was doing my nails, I got to joke with him some. He did an awesome job and was really just so super cool. He chose the color black for my heart. It's my fav color, so I let it ride, but it makes me think what he got going on, lol. It's a big establishment, all male employees (not an issue just never saw that before). I was looking at everyone else's hands and feet for comparison, and everyone's stuff looked great. They have so many colors to pick from. I walked in, and they saw me right away. My cuticle on my feet weren't trimmed. I had dead skin not removed and I told them that's my focus. Then they said my toes were dry I got home and they stuck to my socks. I hate complaining but after spending $2"100 for a basic mani and pedi, I'm so disappointed. read more

Asked for gel removal and mani and pedi. Rushed and sloppy from start to finish. Was pointed to a pedi chair, then sat about 10 minutes with no water or attention. The first grinder, the battery ran down- had to go get another. Several times it uncomfortably was on my skin. Finally the bowl was filled. One foot got about 2 swipes with the pumice, the other - none. The massage was ok. Very quick and sloppy trim of all cuticles. Had to make her to back over all nails to get the old polish off. She squirted a huge amount of lotion all over my jeans, then wiped it off with a hot wet towel before she put it on my feet. Hoping it doesn't leave an oil stain. Still had to come home and file rough edges, remove the still remaining polish and trim cuticles. Very poor over all. read more

For a walk in nail salon this passes the expectations set. I hardly ever get my nails done because I work with my hands but I wanted a pedicure because it's been a long time since I got one. The people are nice but the place really overcharges for services. I just wanted a simple pedicure with the soaker chairs and anywhere I've gone that usually includes callus removal, nails done, polish, lotion, and some places include foot massage and hot towels. This store has everything as add ons. When I sat in a chair as directed, no one greeted me or came to turn on my chair so I had to figure it out by myself. I chose to get the scrub and massage but it wasn't really a comfortable massage since he was rubbing my bones the whole time instead of my feet or back of leg. He also put towels on me that were so hot it burned my skin and my legs were red and blotchy. When it came time to work on my feet he didn't work on my heels more than a few seconds and I went home with rough feet. I chose to get gel polish because it's the winter and I can't leave with bare toes and that's another add on. I haven't been to a lot of the places around town but will try another one next time. read more

I loved my experience! I recently got my nails done in Lex and I was so disappointed. I came here to fix them and they did. The nail tech asked me questions about my nails every step of the way! He did the length, shape, and color I wanted. The price wasn't terrible considering I got the old extensions and SNS removed, new extensions and a new color. The only reason it wasn't 5 is because during their busy times I feel rushed but I understand. I will not stray from this salon again. read more

One of the only places where I get my nails done! I have gotten my nails done at multiple other locations, but this is my favorite nail salon. All of the nail technicians are so nice and remember you. I usually get DIP or gel nails and I have not been disappointed with either! They also have many different nail color options for regular polish, DIP, and gel. The salon is always busy so plan accordingly. read more

They told me at first they could do what I wanted and could do it on regular polish then changed it two more times saying they had to do it a different way just trying to up the price. Okay, I'm gonna start off with the fact that I used to always go here and I've always had an amazing experience. Ever since they've been fully staffed it has changed and not in a good way. Now, not everyone is like this but it's 2 or 3 men that are so rude and it's not okay. My daughter went and the worker was rude to her, and mean and she had friends with her so he wouldn't let her speak to them at all. Never have I had this experience. Like I said it's not always like this but if you go. Always ask for station 6, he is kind he designs really well and is so sweet to talk too. Station 3 and 4 don't ask for them they're rude and station 4 loves to yell and argue it just is not as good as it used to be, he also charged my daughter $20 extra for trying to change the shape of her fill ins and forced her to get the gel while I wasn't in the store just to get money. I hope nobody has this experience, and they really check those 2 workers. read more

This was the WORST pedicure I've ever received. It was like he didn't know what to do. The nail trim was inconsistent. I still had callouses when I left and the polish job was abysmal. The technician never touched my feet during the message and the water chilled quickly and was uncomfortably cool by the end. Additionally, The chair was broke. All this and the 30 minute wait was 75 minutes before the pedicure started. What is sad is that my friend's technician was awesome. Too bad mine wasn't as well. read more

This place is ridiculously overpriced for Frankfort Kentucky. Charging an arm and leg for simple things. Gel on acrylic will run you about 50 bucks. The acrylic application was timely and tedious which was originally a good sign, but all of my nails are different in terms of thickness. Shape was good, though. If you're okay with spending a ton on nails, then you might like this place. I personally have spent less for better results elsewhere. read more

I'll start out by saying I'm not usually one to leave poor reviews. I have been going to paradise for nearly two years for SNS every 2-3 weeks. Customer service has never been amazing, but the quality was great so I have remained a customer... until today. I had SNS with a basic design done two days ago- a total of $65, before tip. The tech did a great job, but within one day two of the ends had chipped. I went in today to have them repaired and could clearly tell they weren't thrilled to fix my nails. The tech today cut corners to get it done quickly instead of correctly. Rather than removing the SNS and re-dipping the entire nail she filed it down shorter than the rest to avoid that step. I pointed out that it looked different than the others, which took a lot for me to say and would have been understandable if it weren't just two lines for the design. I asked her to remove the second line and redo it to look like the others and her attitude made me decide this would be my last trip to that nail salon. Past experiences were fine until the last four visits. Unfortunately, unfriendly and disrespectful experiences here. Injury to 8 out of 10 cuticles by owner. Bleeding and using tools on nails while accusing customer of doing something to ruin work, when Sns was separating on nails while setting before our eyes. The customer should never have to go through this kind of experience and be charged extra due to faulty interaction between materials and having to repair in shop problems. Especially when always making an appointment in advance, being generous with tip, and respectful in turn over more than a year. Shopping for a new nail salon and tech! Pitiful. read more

I was told on the phone it was $35 for the pedi and the jel then she again charged me $5 extra for her taking my jel I already had on there off.
