Lance and his wife Rachel are amazingggggg!! This was my 3rd visit here and I really have found my nail people here in Lexington. Lance is incredibly gentle and thorough and Rachel's skills are meticulous and clean! She will shape your nails to the heavens!!! And I'm still wearing this exact same set. It's been a whole month and I haven't broken a nail! There's no lifting either. My toe polish hasn't chipped at all. Will never be back!!! I paid $80 which is the most I've paid for sns at this salon before, and it took the guy 2 and half hours to do!! That is absolutely ridiculous! I never complained, but within a week the sns started chipping off. Now it's week two and 3 of my nails have already fallen off which I've never had happen that soon after the service. I did love my nails and didn't mind the extremely unnecessarily long time it took, or the price. pay that much I expect quality as well as the service to be done in a timely manner especially when I am one of two customers in the salon. I've been going here for years but I'm so disappointed and sadly won't be back :( read more

Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I'm still in shock about how painful the gel mani was and bad the customer service was. Decided to give this place a try for a gel manicure, the girl was so rough on my cuticles 3 of them started to bleed, not a little but a lot to the point where it was covering the outside of my nail. I have never ever had that happen ever out of the countless manicures I've gotten in my life. So obviously that hurt, no apology at first. So some guy who looked like maybe a manager came and stood over me and was talking to her. After that she apologized and asked me to go wash my hands. I did, and they were still bleeding. For reference... I don't have any sort of bleeding problem and again have never had a cuticle bleed, so she really really messed them up and it was painful. So without warning she put some substance onto a little cotton swab and started pressing/wiping it onto my cuticles that were bleeding. OUCH! They felt like they were burning, I actually said "oh my god what is that stuff ouch?" And she tried to explain it was something that would block the bleeding and said "yes it is going to burn so sorry." Well thanks for the warning. At that point I was in so much pain I was about to walk out and I told her you know what I don't need the polish I'm going to go. She frantically convinced me to stay and brought me out a bottle of water. She painted my nails and the gel looked fine, but now 20 minutes after leaving the salon my cuticles are still throbbing. So I go to check out clearly in discomfort thinking she would offer it for free or a discount... NOPE! She said that will be $30 (granted that's totally reasonable for a gel manicure but that's the regular full price) so no offer for a discount to compensate for the horribly painful experience I had. I would never go back and would recommend others not to risk, it's not worth paying $30 to be in pain. read more

My 16 year old son went with me as a Mother Days outing and decided he would get a pedicure. They made him feel so comfortable. They always get me and my sister in law together!! Even though they stay busy, they always seem to be able to fit us in and get us together in a timely manner!! My nails usually last a month or more!!! $40 for SNS. They do a terrific job!! Stations are always clean! Not happy with last visit. I was left to soak for over 35 mins. Short staffed. 2 people back and forth working on me, plus not only doing pedicures, getting up to do manicure and had someone take over polishing ( TWICE) what started on me. Polish put on so thick, even after under foot dryer 11 minutes, with flip flops on...next day, after wearing slip on flats, polish on toes all smudged back. Regular nail showing!!! Polish slid back like accordion. It was old bottle. Won't be back. 90% of polishes are old or dried up. Not a clean professional atmosphere. read more

I went to this place for the first time because it's close and I had an hour for lunch. They got me in quickly and gave me a really good gel pedicure. I believe I only spent $45 with the tip and I was done in about 40 minutes. I even had time to grab lunch and then go back to work. I went back the next day for a full set. There wasn't that much of a wait and I had the same woman that did my toes do my nails. She got the shape perfect but rushed the polish. I've been going to this location for many years now, but the service seems to have gone down for a while. At my most recent visit, I came in for eyebrows, was told it'd be a 10 minute wait, and waited for 30. The place needs some upgrades but nothing that isn't dysfunctional. My main problem is just that every time I get my eyebrows done here, I breakout as soon as I leave and it doesn't go away for about 4 days. It's the absolute worst. My eyebrows look great, however I can do without the breakout. My friend that goes here says it happens to her too. read more

Place is VERY clean. I always go to Tom as he gives very thorough and good pedicures at a reasonable rate. My feet always feel baby soft and all calluses and dead skinned removed ...might sound gross, but feet in the summer get dry. Definitely ask for Tom. He usually works 7 days a week & can do walk ins easily between 9:30am -11am before other workers arrive. read more

As a 280lb man, its hard to find a place that does a great pedicure. Most places just do the basic routine to get you out the door. Not here. Makayla(not sure of spelling) did a fantastic job. Spent, what feels like an eternity, doing my feet and hands. I got the mani/Pedi combo which is the only way to go, it's a down right bargain. It's a steal if you consider the service was way above expectation. After going to 8 other places, I think I have finally found one that I want to go back to for repeat service. Hands feel great, feet feel great, and my wallet still has money enough for lunch. read more

The first time I had my nails done at this salon it was done by the owner. I had a fill-in and was quite pleased. Abt two weeks later I went in for the same thing and this time the manicurist was his wife. She said I needed to have my nails removed, which she charged me for. They did not have to be soaked off just removed using clippers. I decided to try the SNS type this time. First of all she cut my real nails so, so short! I told her they were so short I would need tips but all she said was 'they will grow'. Then she didn't buff the nails to make them smooth after removing the old fill-in but proceeded to do the SNS style. I wasn't at all pleased with how she did the white, way too wide, which she corrected. She only put one clear coat over the nails. The next day I noticed it looked like bubbles on the nails and the white was wearing off. No doubt because there was only one light coat of clear to seal everything and because the nails weren't buffed. I would have returned but we had left Lexington for a trip. I'm afraid the owner will loose business if his business partner doesn't improve her nail techniques. I for one won't be returning. I also noticed the nail instruments were not cleaned or wiped off. read more
