She looks at me and says can I help you!! Stuck me in corner chair where electric surge protector was taped on arm of my chair. Had to hold purse entire time of service. I have been going to this place for a couple months purely out of convenience, because its on my way home from work. The lady at station 7 is typically who I get. She is very rude and unprofessional, always very rough. I was there yesterday getting my nails filled as out wedding is Saturday. When we started I had forgotten to remove my rings, when I noticed I tried to remove them and she would not allow me to, pulling my hand back, and said they would be fine. She then started filing and damaged my ring beyond repair with the course file. When I pointed it out to her she laughed, and I reiterated that she had damaged my ring. The older woman that sits in the front came over, looked, and said that the lady doing my nails said she didn't do that damage. I have had these rings for TWO days, and I KNOW she knew when she hit my ring because she looked concerned. When I went to pull my hand away because I felt her hit it, she pulled my hand back and flipped my ring to the other side of my finger so I couldn't see it. I told them I wad NOT comfortable with her finishing and asked for someone else, she pulled my hand back and tried to continue. This happened THREE times. I finally said I was leaving and that I would NOT be paying for the half fill I received to help offset the cost of purchasing a new setting to replace the damaged one. read more

So to start- I get it's a walmart mani/pedi. I u derstand this isn't like the best place to go, but oh my god. The RUINED my cuticles. My thumb is bleeding and four other fingers are shredded . Terrible customer service, and bad work/results. When I got there, I said good morning (twice) to this man working, but he just looked at me and didn't reply. Finally, this woman comes out and asked me what I wanted done. I told her I wanted a manicure and dip powder French on my nails, bit everything seemed to be an issue. She said that it was too much work, that if I wanted that (both manicure and french), It would be more money. I got all stressed our by their complaints and bad attitude that I said "no more manicure then". When the woman started working on my nails, she was pushing my cuticles (dry) and I asked her if they didn't use anything to help with this process, as this was kinda uncomfortable. She said, "well, that would be for a manicure. Do you want a manicure?!" -In a complaining and annoyed matter. I said, no, no more manicure cuz you guys said it was too much work. From there on, everything just got more stressful. She kept asking others how to do her job, and looked totally confused. The final results were absolutely terrible. My French is not even- some lines are rounded, some are straight, you cab see white throughout the entire nail, as if they mixed the clear coat with white, they feel rough, and I still have white paint all over my fingers. 45 dollar work, which was totally undeserved. Mundy and her staff have been amazing for me, especially since my stroke caused my left hand to curl- inwards automatically, all the time. However, every nail technician there showed extreme patience and professionalism and skill when applying acrylic overlay followed with gel polish and the dryer on my "clawed" left hand with technique and skill, even when my hand/ fingers just couldn't cooperate. AMAZING! My nails have always cone out perfect, thanks to ALL the nail technicians. I couldn't be more pleased. Several salons in the area had turned me away because if the state-of- my- left hand when Regal Nail/ Mindy's Nails welcomed me with no judgement or pre- concieved problems. They had or made some special adaptations/ modifications to whatever was/is necessary to complete perfect nails every single time, even when my left hand smudged itself or caused problems, I always leave extremely happy and stress-free! I asked for a gel manicure. They left polish on my finger tips and grooves in the polish. Very sloppy job. Would never recommend.

Have been here twice so far after a nail disaster in Raymond NH the tech here removed the hideous nails they put on gently and carefully and did a complete new set half the price and twice better on the job pedicures are great and good friendly customer service very happy read more

I'm a fat woman with PCOS. I make all efforts to have excellent hygiene. Part of this involves getting a pedicure every two weeks- this helps prevent my heels from cracking and splitting. My doctor said due to my endocrine issues and weight, I'm more prone to thick calluses on my heels. That being said, before going to the salon I shave my legs and pre pumice my feet to be considerate. It doesn't matter who I see, every time I have been to this business I am being body-shamed/fat-shamed. When I sat in the chair, the woman (older, perhaps 50s) took one look at my heels and said "Wow you need it!". This made other customers look around at me uncomfortably. I asked her to use some acrylic gel to fix one of my toenails- square it off, make it look wider. Although I've had this done before, the woman couldn't understand my English and I had to show her a video on you tube. I could hear her muttering about me in Vietnamese. Two other salon workers (an older man who was overseeing the group) and a younger woman came over and inspected my toes and nails and they were joking and laughing. I'm not sure what they were saying but it was noticeable to other customers and made me feel so embarrassed. I asked the woman attending to me for the "callous remover" treatment. My legs are short and fat. Instead of putting the foot stand up she had me hyper extend my leg, locking my knee. She was jerking me around by my foot and ankle and I was working against her forcefully to hold my leg up. I started to have muscle shakes and asked her to put the foot stand down as I was really uncomfortable. She put it down but continued to jerk my foot around, pull my ankle up, and continued to make me hold my leg up while she scraped at my foot. She emptied the towel/ newspaper into a trash of my foot shavings. She said, "Look how much, you need to take care of feet when you're home." At this point I was on the verge of tears and ready for it to be done. She tried to up sell me other services but I repeatedly said no thanks. She did a hurried job on the polish, and honestly I'm ashamed I didn't just stand up and walk out. In the past- the total pedicure costs $35. That includes gel, callous remover, and the fixing of my big toenail. She charged me $50. When I pointed at the sign to indicate the services I had used had only added up to $35, she got pushy and rude. "I make you a new nail, we charge for that. You pay $50!" I told her I had only ever paid $35 and she kept repeating, "no, $50!". I finally just gave her my card. Instead of tipping $10, which is my norm, I tipped her $5. I wish that I had the nerve to not tip anything. I left, and cried in my car in the parking lot. I'm a size 20/22. I'm young, friendly, personable, and I have the utmost respect for people in the service industry. The idea of not tipping someone is blasphemous. But I am so tired of being treated like this in nail salons. No matter someone's race or language of origin, no one should be allowed to treat a paying customer in that way. If you are plus size or thicker especially, I would not recommend you to use this salon. This is a repeat issue with salons for bigger women, but this experience was by far, the worst I have ever encountered. I will never go back here again. Ok... So I admit it, I go to the nail salon inside Walmart! We moved up here from Southern Massachusetts a year and a half ago. While down there, it was known to never set foot inside one of those nail salons... they are dirty, the quality was way below par, etc. Once we moved up here, I found it difficult to find a decent nail salon. I have tried the two places in town, I have also tried a really expensive spa by my work... all HORRIBLE!!! Regal Nail Salon in the Epping Walmart is the only place to go for a shellac manicure and a pedicure! They are simply amazing. The staff is wonderful. The space is clean. I use to go here all the time and they were great. It's now new people working here and they were rude and did a awful job. I showed many people my nails after they were done and everyone said it looked like a 2 year old did them. I walked in asking for just tips and then once he put the tips on and was pulling out the stuff for acrylics I stopped him saying I don't want that and he got frustrated and said they have to put it on. After reading a lot of negative reviews I was hesitant to try it however I have zero regrets now that I have. I've been going here for about six or seven months for my nails and I've never had an issue the only complaint I've ever had is that sometimes they make them a little thick because I do acrylic other than that they're always able to accommodate me when I show up and the maximum weight time would be about 10 minutes. They actually save me from my wedding the woman that was going to do my nails goofed on the appointment and overbooked clearly not able to accommodate her schedule I had to find somewhere else to go so I got my nails done for my wedding here as well they even added some classiness with a rose gold looking tip, it was beautiful and I got many compliments. I would give them a try at this point I can safely say I've probably had almost everybody in there do my nails and again without issue. read more

I knew that going to a Walmart nail salon meant I wouldn't get the best quality but there were positive reviews on here so I took a chance. I am not happy with my nails. The price list has an acrylic set at $25 but I ended up paying $40 just because I got French tips. I ended up having to shape them myself when I got home because they were all filed into really blunt square shapes. Was willing to try this place as my nail tech back in CO was out of a Walmart and did was amazing. I went in for a full and color change with a friend. I have stiletto shaped acrylics and gel color on top. I did get distracted talking to my friend and didn't realize until the guy was done that the one nail they had to replace was misshapen and shorter than all my other nails. Another woman had to come try and fix it because the guy I started with had already moved on to another customer. I had asked for my nails to be shortened and matching in shape, but apparently they don't know how to listen. Sorry never again. read more

My girl friend went to get a manicure for prom. She got the simple French manicure. The lady asked her "would you like shellac", my girl friend said "no". The lady did her nails, then charged her $25. The menu said French manicures were "5 and up". The lady said she used shellac when my girlfriend said no first off. Got my nails done for prom. Acrylic nails and a pedicure. I got switched to three different people. The first girl barley did anything before she switched me off to some guy. I asked if he knew what I wanted because I showed the girl what I wanted from the nails on the wall, he said yes. I even said I would show him and he refused. Guess he didn't know what I wanted because he gave me a much lighter blue than I asked for with sparkles that looked like crest toothpaste and didn't match my dress. When it came to the design he did whatever he wanted. He claimed he knew what I wanted but said he'd give me something I would like even better. I picked what I picked for a reason, because that's what I wanted. He added pink without my consent which defiantly did not match my dress. When it came to my toes I got a different lady. She rushed on my feet and did not take the time to make them smooth and remove the dry skin like she was suppose to.
