I have been going here for 4 years now and I have never had an issue and my nails always look very good. This past time a man did my nails that has never done them before, he was very rough with the nail file and made numerous of my fingers bleed and while they were bleeding he was still filing. It was very shocking to me how aggressive he was. Once he was done painting my nails he left the dust from the nail file all over my hands, gave me no cuticle oil, no lotion, did not clean up the nails and said you are all done. I was charged 70$ with nail file dust still all over my hands and 4 of my fingers bleeding. I will never be going here again, which is very upsetting to me considering the business I have given you and how well I have known some of the nail techs here. read more

I wanted to give a good review because my nails came out great, however my daughters gel manicure lasted less than 24 hours. This was for a wedding the next day that she was in and they started coming off before the ceremony. This service was not cheap by any means which I happily paid at the time. The person who did my nails made multiple fingers of mine bleed to the point he needed to apply something to stop the bleeding. I called and needed a refund as the wedding was over therefore she did not need them redone and was told her and I could get a discount next time we came in, no refunds. This was my first time there, we just moved up here and I planned on sticking with this salon. Unfortunately we will be finding somewhere else and not recommend. If you decide to go here make sure you find the right nail tech, there seems to be only two out of the several that work there. read more

125 nail caused me the worst infection. They hastily removed the gel and tore layers of my nail off resulting in very short brittle nails. I should have known to leave then but they proceeded with a very half assed manicure that left several of my nails sore. The polish came out ok but within 24 hours my finger was very swollen and in 48 hours I was in urgent care. The finger was so swollen and painful. I had two large needles injected into the base of my finger and then the nurse cut along my nail bed to release the pressure and infected puss. I was put on steroids and antibiotics. The infection came back two more times and the whole ordeal lasted about two months. Needless to say steer clear of this place at all costs! read more

Go Elsewhere!! Save your time and money!! The past 3 times they have overbooked and accepted walk ins on top creating chaos. Several different people rush to do parts of my nails wherever they can. The quality was horrendous and my nails were not even filed/shaped in any way (I did ask). I also kept being interrupted by others complaining to the manicurist about several different things as well. The pedicure person was pinching putting so much force into the most sensitive areas of the foot (ex - pinching behind ankle and digging knuckles into foot bottom). When saying it hurts, they simply laugh and continue. My feet hurt and felt bruised for days. To top it off, they but the wrong color on and got polish on my feet - not just my toes - my FEET. The staff arrived late and seemed to be at each other's throats. Again, I gave it 3 tries as I used to enjoy going here but I will NOT be back. read more

Nails are actually quite nice but not the color I picked. Then had an awful pedicure! The paint job is awful, none of my nails are the same shape or size and I was told I had "dirty feet"! I feel like some nail places rush to get the nails done instead of putting in as much effort, but I didn't feel that when going here! I will NEVER come back to this place again. Awful service. They will tell you a certain time and you will be waiting. Last time I waited over an hour & gave them another chance today and my nails look awful. I asked to be with a specific person and was told he was available at that certain time and did not end up with him. He drilled into the side of my nail causing it to break. Almost all of my nails are crooked and I told him that and he said they were not. Picture for proof. I recommend anywhere else honestly. Also they have one box with nail colors to choose from and if a person if looking at them you don't get to see them..... they will call you to the chair and you didn't get to see any colors. It's gone downhill as the prices have gone up. They overbook so there's zero personal attention. The techs are either ignoring you completely or rushing you...there's no in between. They are conveniently located so I occasionally have to use them. Every time I do, I swear it will be the last time! They manage to disregard the shape I've requested every time, and they end up filing down more and more to fix mistakes so it is usually 2 more months until I can grow my nails out enough to shape them correctly. They've closed over and over again for renovations lately, and there's new expensive equipment (pedi chairs and mani stations) which makes me wonder where all of the money is coming from, but it already feels old and dirty. Please don't go here-there are so many better options, and maybe there will be changes if the numbers go down? read more

Very Disappointed!! Made an appointment for a mani/pedi and said I wanted a woman, not a man. I was told to pick a color and sit at a pedicure chair. Thinking that a sanitary bowl liner would be put in I straddled the bowl and waited for someone to do that and put water in. After 10 minutes or so a man came over and started running water into the bowl without the bowl liner and didn't put anything in the water. I ended up having bad pedicure which took about 20 minute. I said I didn't feel well and skipped the manicure. For that I paid $37.00. read more

Wish I'd read the reviews before I came here. Pedi for $30 was not worth it. Maybe I'm just used to a leg & Foot massage and a little extra but I did not receive that here. In Florida you get the royal treatment for $25 which allows for a generous tip. Customer service is lacking. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently went to get a mani/pedi with my mom. I didn't realize she had already paid and because of time we had to leave so I decided to skip the manicure. I asked the guy who sits at number 1 if he could cancel the charge and re-ring it. He told me no, he would not do that and said he would give me $10.00 back instead. I said that I did not want that as I would prefer the charge to be correct on my card. He refused. I ended up leaving there and just taking the $10.00 , needless to say I will not be returning to this place ever again. This is my go-to place for getting my nails done && taking my daughter for a manicure. They do a particularly great job at their application of pink and white for acrylics. Also their Raw Earth pedicures are great. My daughter loves picking out a polish and getting a manicure; they'll also add on a flower design or a little gem if she wants one, too. Expect a wait here in the evenings and especially on the weekends. They've always been busy every time I go, regardless of what day it is... Weekends are of course super busy! read more

This place deserves a zero stars. No customer care service at all. We made an appointment days in advance to have a 3:30 pedi for 3 people. We arrived at 3:25pm and we were asked to pick out our colors and sit. We waited 20 min then 2 of us were told to sit at the pedi chairs and the tubs were dirty. After sitting for another 10 min they came over and cleaned the tub filled the water and put no rock salt in. Then they proceeded to work on my sister and then my mom. Letting me soak in cold water. After 30 min I decided I did not want to wait anymore. Never asked what kind of pedi we wanted and just plain out rude. I will NEVER come here again when traveling to NH. The place is dirty and they need help if they could not do 3 pedis at 1 time they should of told us we would of been better off going to Walmart salon we would of at least had a better experience. read more

They do a good job on my nails but the experience leaves a lot to desired. I have come here every 2-3 weeks for the last few months. Asked for the same person to do my nails and she acts like she has never seen me before. My old place took 3 visits to recognize me by name and be friendly. I am honestly not 100% sure how to review. I used to go to 125 nails ALL THE TIME... all of a sudden.. there customer service just went out the window. Seems as though after you're a customer for a while they care less about you. I sometimes randomly go back here to see if the service has changed, and each time i'm dissapointed. I was speaking to my girlfriend about this issue because she said she used to go there, and she said thats the same exact reason she stopped going! I'm sorry.. when you're paying for your nails and a returning customer and tip well, you should be treated well each and every time you go to the salon. I had to kill a few hours in Epping and I needed both a mani and pedi ($50 plus tip) for a special event the next day. I decided to try this place because I had no other time left for the services before the event and because of the previous review. I will not return again. I noticed they're all using shout (the clothing stain remover) at each station to spray down inside the pedicure chairs. Yuck! There's nothing about this place or the nail techs that lead me to believe that they properly clean their tools and equipment. Also, Cindy is not a good nail tech. I called for an appointment and that was who I was stuck with. She'll use the cuticle clippers to scrape the cuticles and cut the sides of your nails. I hate that. read more

I came here for the first time last week and I loved it!! I had such a good experience. I was seated right as I walked in for a fill, the guy was already sitting and waiting for me. They had the best colors to choose from, even MERMAID shimmer colors I've never seen before. I picked the purple after the first one I chose they were out of, and I ended up loving it. I've already received many compliments on my nails from here. The shape is perfect, he was fast but not rushing, my nails came out just perfect!! I didn't go back for years because I went for French nails, 3 fell off in a couple days and year or so later I went for a pedicure made an appointment and waited over an hour. Gave it another try... once again made an appointment and still waited over an hour so they gave me a 2$ discount. Appreciated but, two and a half hours of my time is worth more than that and as she apologized said they were understaffed and still told customers to come in have a seat when they were behind already. The polish never dried. Looked like I never got a pedicure a week later. Never again will I go there and the best of luck to those who do. read more

I have never been so disappointed with service here in the past. Today I arrived with my sister and mom to get pedicures and when I arrived I felt as if I was nothing but a number. There is a reason why people make appointments so that they can get their pedicures done all at the same time. The tubs they asked us to sit in were still dirty. When the person cleaned them he didn't even use cleaner in my tub. He asked my sister what she wanted but never asked me and just assumed I wanted the same. When I asked him why he was just doing a generic pedicure he pointed to my sister and stated that is what she wanted. He never tried to make it right and ask me what I wanted. I guess these guys just don't get it. I will say I most likely will not return unless they get their stuff together and learn how to have better customer service skills. read more
