I find a lot of times I go to the salons and I don't have that experience. And they do a great job. They also have dazzle dry, which is an amazing product. It lasts about 10 days without chipping and dazzle dry doesn't have any of the chemicals that a lot of other nail polishes have that are banned in other countries. So it's a really healthy alternative. I would highly recommend them.

I came in with long, beautiful nails. Some were broken. But by the time she finished, I had nothing left! Nails Different shapes and sizes, and she ask for a tip! Even my Lyft driver said I wouldn't even pay for that. That's how bad the nails look. This is just one of the issues of my nails. I'm from another state here working so the money was not the issue. It was the issue that every time I said something was wrong. She would not fix it and she found it funny. She literally found it funny that she was drilling on my nails and broke it after I kindly said please be careful. I asked for a totally different length, but she kept drilling and violent and I have literally no nails left. I will not tip you. Nowhere ever come back again. This is literally right after I left the nail shop. I have the receipt in the Lyft driver, so they cannot say that they did not do my nails here. just checked my car since I refuse to tip her she told me $60. I checked my credit card and it's $66 on there so you took six dollars from me. Call back to the nail shop. The lady said what you say, you tip her 2 to 3 dollars I told you no! It was like they was trying to force me to tip her! She said she worked two hours on my nails. She did not work two hours on my nails. They open up at 9:30. This is the time I got to there. It was about an hour or less she worked on my nails.

They were able to seat us together and hot both our services done in just little over an hour. They were friendly and the salon was clean and well organized. The nail technicians were also very gentle and didn't cause any cuts or unnecessary pain that you sometimes get at other salons when techs rush or aren't paying attention to you. It was a regular color with a coat of glitter. Not sure why her nail polish remover wasn't taking my polish off?? It wasn't gel, just a regular nail polish. So what does she do? She just decides she's going to give me a pedicure with the polish on. I was like "wooooo what are you doing?" I suggested that she try acetone nail polish remover & she didn't want to. She just wanted to start pushing my cuticles back & use a fingernail file to try & get my polish off. There was NO way I was going to sit there for this 1/2 "a*s" pedicure so I got up & started to walk out. Of course her co-worker's were looking @ me & her as she was walking behind me. I told them "I'm leaving, she doesn't know what she is doing!" Of course she started talking about me in her language along with her co-workers.
