I appreciated how thoughtful our barista was with our drinks and kids. He overheard my husband and I talking about being concerned about the grape chunks in the smoothie for them and let us know he would blend it a little longer for them. A small gesture but it was so considerate. The store was also very clean. Overall, the drinks here are solid and the great service made our visit even better.

I remember really enjoying their drinks, so when I happened to be in the area, I figured I'd give them another try. I'm glad I did! This location had a much more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The self-ordering kiosk was easy to navigate, making the ordering process quick and convenient. We ordered two drinks, and both tasted great! The avocado & strawberry smoothie was definitely the highlight! It was delicious, refreshing, and easily my favorite of the two. My only complaint is the pricing. Almost every drink on their menu seems to be more expensive than what you'd typically pay at other tea shops. While the drinks are good, I'm not entirely sure the higher prices are justified. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with delicious drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn't mind coming back, especially for the avocado & strawberry smoothie, but I do wish their prices were a little more competitive.

The ingredient drawing for each drink is also super cute and helpful. Also love how often they rotate the seasonal drinks as someone who loves to try different stuff. Drinks we've tried: - King jasmine honeydew (4.5/5): super unique, light and easy to drink - King jasmine guava (4/5): guava and slightly milky. Taste is on the lighter side - Golden oolong yuzu (5/5): very refreshing and only 90cal - Kale boost tea (4/5): doesn't taste like kale at all more like lemonade. - Matcha cloud coconut blue (5/5): can't go wrong with this. When we arrived, the line was forming inside the shop, so we followed it in. Luckily, the wait wasn't long, and we were able to order pretty quickly. And guess what? The owner himself took our order! I thought that was pretty cool! Haha. I visited with my two daughters, and when one of them couldn't decide what to order, the owner said something that really impressed me. "Don't worry! I'll take care of you until the very end! And if you don't like what I make, we can always change it. No pressure! Let's figure it out one step at a time!" Haha! How reassuring is that?! He started with a simple question: "Okay, coffee? Milk tea? Matcha? Or regular tea?" Then he asked which milk tea shops we liked in Irvine and what drinks we usually ordered. And then he confidently said, **"I'll make you a milk tea that's even better than your favorite place!"** Haha! WOW. I absolutely loved his confidence! But what impressed me even more was how genuinely thoughtful he was with every question and suggestion. He wasn't just trying to sell us drinks. He was taking the time to understand what each of us actually liked so he could make sure we'd enjoy our choices. You could tell that he takes tremendous pride in his milk tea and truly cares about his customers. And honestly, watching him interact with us, I thought to myself, **"No wonder this business is so successful!"** That kind of confidence, passion, and customer service is something special. Anyway, thanks to the owner's wonderful guidance, all three of us ended up with drinks that perfectly matched our preferences. And YES!! They were absolutely delicious!! So here I am, writing this review to say... **THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST MILK TEA I'VE HAD IN IRVINE!!** Amazing milk tea, an owner who genuinely cares, and customer service that makes you want to come back. What more could you ask for?! I'll definitely be back!

WOW! Just wow! Omomo…read moreis very popular in the Irvine area and during peak hours, the wait can be quite extensive but definitely for good reason. The drinks are absolutely phenomenal from their milk teas to their slushies, each item is made to perfection. Upon entering the establishment, you can expect to have your order taken relatively quickly. They have a variety of high quality beverage options to choose from including fresh tea, fruit tea, milk tea, and their special creamomo creations. Personally, I always get their Omomo matcha which is their signature ice blended drink made with ceremonial matcha. This drink is definitely a must try for anyone going to this spot for the first time, it's one of their best sellers for good reason. You can also get your drinks modified in terms of sweetness and ice level (depending on the drink). Overall, I would highly recommend this drink shop to anyone in the area looking to get a refreshing beverage!

Very disappointed by Wushiland today around 3:30 p.m…read more When I received my drink, I immediately noticed that it looked like I had received about half the amount of QQube toppings I usually get. Whenever I order from Wushiland, the toppings typically reach around the part of the cup where the word "boba" is printed. Today, there was noticeably less. I politely mentioned to the staff that I frequent Wushiland and that they typically put much more QQube in my drinks. The staff member told me they put one scoop of toppings and that they had done that for my drink. While I understand that there may be a standard serving size, it was frustrating to hear this, especially as a loyal customer who has several photos of my previous Wushiland drinks showing significantly more toppings. I also had another frustrating experience while my drink was being made. I could hear the staff discussing that they were starting to run out of the drink I ordered. Instead of letting me know, they added more ice to my drink, even though I specifically ordered it with less ice. I would have much rather been informed that they were running low so I could decide whether I wanted to make a different selection. I'm not sure if this was an issue with the staff working today or if something was different because of the Labor Day holiday, but the overall experience was very upsetting. I'm especially disappointed because I've had several positive experiences at Wushiland in the past and have always enjoyed coming here. Now I'm pissed and going to Heytea.

My only complaint was that even though there was only 3 tables occupied, all the other tables were dirty so we didn't feel comfortable sitting while waiting. I think that says a lot since there were more dirty tables than clean ones. It also made it difficult to tell if someone was sitting at a table or not, or just in the bathroom.
