Great underground casino, but not good for car service. Ask the owner for access to the late night gambling operation they run in the back. read more

I went to Reds the other day for an alignment issue after replacing my tires (steering wheel shake, ended up not being my alignment at all). When I first called the store, I was greeted super nicely and the staff was super nice. She told me that the shop was open and I was able to come immediately and told me that they would take care of me. When I got there, I broke a part of my bumper and the shop staff lended me tools to fix it, which I greatly appreciated. I got my car situated on the lift and one of the mechanics started aligning my car while I focused on my own stuff. I wanted him to align my car to specific specs that I had provided him, but mainly wanted to adjust my rear wheel's toe since it was off by a lot. For an alignment, the job took longer than normal, which might be an issue regarding their work or simply because my car's alignment is complicated; for this reason, I wouldn't blame it entirely on the shop. It took about an hour and a half to fully finish the job and when I got my alignment paper, I noticed that my alignment specs were barely even close to what I wanted (see pictures I attached below). The camber and caster were barely touched despite me telling him to adjust it exactly to the previous specs. However, they solved my main issue which was the toe so I guess they solved it. I was also only quoted for $55, which isn't bad for an alignment at all; the reason I was charged so low might relate to how some of my other specs were not touched at all, but who knows. When I went to pay, the lady who was cashiering (different from the first person I talked to) was slightly moody which was off-putting. I tried to make small talk and she basically just ignored me, not really anything to fret over but a response would have been nice . My overall experience here was lack luster, there were definitely good aspects to the shop, but also its downsides. read more

I would not recommend this shop to no one they had my classic car held up for over 3 years took the engine out never install it back in the owner always had excuses owner is just a bad business person his shop is only good for fixing flats a doing wheel ailments plus my window got broken out while sitting in his shop. So I decided to remove my car from there in pieces. Never take your car there for any engine repair Beware!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT TOXIC PLACE HE'S A SCAM ARTIST WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND. read more

Yeah this is a bullshit shop. Don,t even come here. Im not even playing when I say it took them 2 hours to change 2, I repeat 2 fucking tires on my car. After I needed a alighted, the guy who did the alignment literally took 10 mins not giving a single fuck. Also, a guy came at the same time as me in I think a 69 classic mustang, and what it looked like is he needed ahocks replace. BRO, this kid took off the chrome rim covers and litteraly dropped them on the floor face down making a loud bang in fromt of the owner! And im not even plying it took the same amout of time I was there to take of one, I repeat one fucking shock off! Thats not all, the boy literally torqued the wrong nut and broke a bot off the new shock! So, im leaving now after like 2.5 hours and they charged me $60 for a 10 min alignment.l and for the 69mustang guy, they gonna "warranty it out" and put back the old shocks. Yeah gmfu. Dont even bring toy car here. If 0 stars was a thing this place would get them. Ps. The 2 fake reviews from the owners are funny read more

This shop really has outstanding service and provides quality work. Carlos is the man! He will explain the work in detail and then give you a competitive estimate(probably the best deal you'll get in the area). Shoutout to Jaime who worked on my Mustang GT. Thank you sir! read more

We took our classic car in and had to take it back 5 times for the same thing. I even told them what I thought was wrong and they did everything else but that. Finally picked it up and waited 6 hours there at the shop for them to finally fix it. Had to get it towed home cause they didn't tighten my bolts and my tire was coming off. Not recommending this shop. read more

I just left this place after being there for 2 and a half hrs. Since they couldn't fix the problem they still charge me a $40 diagnostic fee even after I told them the problem w the car that they will take it off the bill next time SCAMMERS don't have the right equipment or the right knowledgeable mechanics read more

Needed a last minute pre-purchase inspection and Red's Shop came through for us. Jasmine got us in and entire staff was great. Thank you guys! Highly recommend! read more

They took my dads classic car apart and had it for 3 years, they broke my dads window out, he switched out parts in my dads car and put bad parts in / every time he would ask about it he would have an excuse about why it wasn't done like saying he had no mechanic "allegedly " they cut wires when they took the engine out, he wouldn't answer the phone without a known caller ID and when he would go there, he would stay in the bathroom for three hours, waiting on him to come out, I would not recommend no one to bring your classic car there or any engine work/ they're only good for fixing flats read more

If I could give no stars I would. I took my car in and it came out with problems I didn't even have. They so called fixed my mom's car problem after bringing it in 5-6 times... my best friends neighbor ended up fixing both cars in his garage. read more

The GO to place for car service in the Inland Empire. I'm an ongoing costumer of Red's Shop and there's no other place I would trust to take my cars too. He's all about customer satisfaction and most of all honest with quality work. He's very knowledgeable and so is his staff. If I could give a 10 star I would!! I was in need of an alignment job on my Mustang GT. My car is lowered I have taken it to different shops in the past. But RED's SHOP aligned it perfectly very happy with the results. Didn't get a chance to get the technicians name who aligned it for me wanted to give him recognition for a great job. read more

Took my 2016 Scion FR-S for a alignment and one of the workers said my engine mounts were loose. So I said hmm that's weird can we check. Once we went in the shop I told him the engine mounts are fine and proceeded to show him the engine mounts. He then pointed to a completely different part which is the hood latch subframe. Then tried to ask if i wanted him to fix it. I told him no and after that no one helped me. My car was still on the rack after they told me the alignment was finished and I paid. After 30 minutes of waiting I went inside and drove my car off the rack with the guidance of another worker. First 5 miles were fine then bam car started pulling the wheel was off center once again. Never again will I go back to this unprofessional place. The price was stupid good tho so it's hard to pass up. Bad service=Bad review read more

Fast service, low price, friendly stuff, and good deals. This guys are the best!!!! If you want to get a great service go there.

Great shop, fixed my thermostat for half the price pep boys quoted me. Pep boys wanted $400, these guys did it for $200.

These guys are great! I got my catalytic converter changed here and it was a way better deal. The Nissan stealership in Orange tried to rip me off bad and was trying to have me swap out two O2 sensors near the catalytic converter that I didn't need to change out. I got my transmission replaced here too. Was lower than several quotes I got from Nissan stealership in Tustin and other mechanics in the South OC area. I'll definitely be coming here again for future auto needs. Carlos is a great and helpful guy. read more

I would definitely come here again great service with good mechanics honest and friendly. For now on it's only Red's shop for me.

Found this shop on Yelp and decided to give them a try. No regrets at all. The shop is ran by Red, who is very knowledgeable and professional with his work. Him and his team took care of me for an exceptional price and in a timely manner. This shop focuses on the customer and their primary goal is to develop a relationship with you. My car took 2-3 hours to fix all while I was under good hospitality. I would strongly recommend this shop to those who are looking to support local businesses. They are passionate about their work and it shows. read more

I brought my car to red's shop without an appointment and the owner Carlos dropped everything and worked on my car knowing that I had no other ride home. If I can give this shop 10 stars I would. Very friendly, honest mechanic I don't mind driving my car an hour to him. Once again thank you for all your time and effort you and your team put in my car! read more

Good place to take your car. Very friendly mechanics and good prices. I will come here again

Red's shop is the best you're going to get. I came in on memorial day weekend when every other place was either closed or lacking an experienced mechanic until Tuesday. My alternator randomly crapped out, I was far from home, everyone was closed, but Red had no problem taking care of it right away. His shop is clean and well organized with top quality equipment. His service is top tier and most importantly HONEST. He's not going to try and fool people into getting things they don't need or misdiagnose when he could be wrong. What you'll get is outstanding service for a fair price. Simple! While there are many more good things I could say about this place, I'll just suggest that if you need a mechanic, go to Red and you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

I've known the owner Red for about 10 years now. I took my car for new brakes back in 2008 when he was working somewhere else & he's been my mechanic ever since. He is a very honest trustworthy mechanic. Has the best prices by far. I've referred other people to him & they are very satisfied. He also has the best crew working for him. read more

My girls (4 teenage girls) were coming back to Arizona from a trip in California on 6.27.18, they blew a tire and couldn't get anyone to stay a few minutes at their shop to buy a new tire or fix their old one. A good Samaritan changed their tire and recommended Red's. They took care of my girls right away and got them back on the road to Arizona with a patch. No exorbitant fees, no hassle. Thank you so much! read more

Last week my car overheated on the highway next to Riverside Carlos agreed for me to come in even though I called 10 minuets before they were gonna close the shop for the day. He and a couple of his men helped me with my car till 2 hrs later, and offered me to stay inside in the cold. As we waited for the radiator and rest of coolant system to be checked we shared drinks, food and memorable conversations about our lives and this party under the bridge in Bloomington. They figured out my coolant was leaking a bit because the radiator cap did not have enough pressure, so they gave me a replacement. They didn't charge me anything and offered for me to still come back the next morning and get the coolant system and engine rechecked. These people really care about people and they are just awesome people! read more
