Decided to get a lil sweet treat after a devastating leg day... yeah I know... again…read more.. Anyways lmao Ordered pick up. Figured I'd have to wait a bit bc I got there within 5 minutes of ordering, but everything was already packaged and ready to go. Decided to try a few different things. The mango jasmine green tea with tapioca was helllaaa refreshing. Who knows, maybe it was just bc I lost 83728lbs of sweat working out but. Whatever. I got it w less ice + half sugar and it was honestly still a bit too sweet IMO. The bubble waffle was aight. Tbh I just wanted to try it out. I got the OG w some puff cream or something. The lil balls alone are pretty good. The puff cream just adds a bit of sweet/salt flava to da mix. The texture of the actual waffle was pretty airy/light. The Korean corn dog was busssin. You can't go wrong w whatever variation you get. I got mine with the honey mustard sauce and ooooowee. Overall, solid. I'm sure I got like at LEAST 10g of protein from this meal lmao. Alright peace

I have only been here twice for the bubble tea but service has been fast and it has been solid both times. Have tried jasmine milk tea as well as ube milk cream with taro balls. I do really like their taro balls, chewy and tasty and everything tastes fresh. Solid place to grab drinks.

Bacon was chewy and crisp, burger was dripping... Just an absolute great burger. Also the milkshakes afterwards were great. The service was pretty fast considering the crowd. We arrived just as lunch rush was starting and the servers were very nice and our food was served promptly. Also the bathrooms were very clean. The parking can be a little tight to maneuver because of the drive thru lane. We didnt see any highchairs for our little one, so be prepared for sitting in a booth if you have kids.

Good - the burgers were pretty tasty…read more Bad - Lost order & wrong order, blamed for it all We came in with two tiny (1&3) kids and two adults. Ordered the same thing for the kids, and the same burger for both adults - one as a meal and one just the burger. 20 mins go by and it turns out our ticket just got .. lost? So we waited with two hungry kids for 20 mins before they even started making our food. Food comes, and my burger is wrong. I go up, tell them, and walk away thinking they were going to fix it. Another 10 mins and someone comes to our table asking if we were still wanting the burger we actually ordered and that we need to pay a dollar something for it. At this point, it's been 35 mins since we ordered and I still don't have the burger I asked for in front of me. The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered. There wasn't even an attempt to make up for the forgotten meal - instead they made it worse.

Before the closed down, I paid for two Korean dogs and after paying, their machine broke, so the employees then wrote me a "gift card" for me to bring back and get my two Korean dogs at a later day when they fixed it - all of us thinking it would be just a few days. They ended up closing for "maintenance" and then stayed closed for a couple of months - when I suppose this is the time it changed hands. I went in today with my "gift card" and ordered the two Korean dogs (which I had already paid for with the old owners) and ordered some other items as well. The employee took it to her manager. The manager then took it to the new owner, who was literally sitting 5 feet away from me. She said NO! Then after I explained the situation again, she said that she give me one. Not the two on the card. I totally get it. I could have been absolutely a liar and taking advantage. BUT I am not and was not. So, yes, it would have been nice for her to honor the words and obligations of the previous owners (she didn't keep any of the old staff either which made me sad because they were incredible staff and known for their great customer service), but she chose not to. Then the electronic menus were not working so the staff member had to read to me about a few things. Then I paid cash and they didn't even have coins to give me correct change. Looks like it's a rough start to what used to be a great mochinut store to go to. And she would have had made a long time customer had she trusted me, the card I brought in, and honored it. Today, I'm leaving with kind of a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't even taken a bite of anything yet. Hopefully the food tastes better than the service.
