Ordered the same thing for the kids, and the same burger for both adults - one as a meal and one just the burger. 20 mins go by and it turns out our ticket just got .. lost? The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered. There wasn't even an attempt to make up for the forgotten meal - instead they made it worse.
