We contacted Ryan's REZ-ipes almost a year before our wedding, when we were looking at caterers in the Arlington/Marysville area. We reached out to several people in the middle of summer (peak wedding season), and Ryan was the most responsive by far. He was also very clear about pricing and what we could get. It helped us tremendously, as we were trying to decide how to fit food into our budget, and other caterers were not as transparent. What a fun truck. They've brought fun and adventure into the food game (no pun intended). The combinations of ingredients are quite interesting. Don't be too afraid of the PB&j. It's a lot better than it sounds. Last night I attended a wedding reception that was catered. Everyone had a great time. The unique menu had everybody talking and visiting and there was a lot of laughter and mingling while they ordered. As you can imagine crowds like that can be overwhelming and without a doubt there was chaos but these guys handled it really well. I was quite impressed with their attitudes and their skills. When you order the handed you a beeper and you waited. There was a long distance that you could walk away so you didn't have to miss out on the fun. It didn't take long for mine. I got the angel burger. And I did not regret it. Mind you this was last night at a wedding reception and I am currently drawing a blank on the ingredients but I do remember some jalapenos and cheese and maybe those crinkle onions and I think some bacon, spicy aioli or something to that effect. You can look it up on the menu. I believe that was the most popular one. It was really hard to choose though because they were also interesting and curious. Lastly, the fry bread... Did not disappoint. The fry bread was hot and fresh. It was soft on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside and all together it was heavenly. I get mine without any sugar and I just eat it plain but I did get a side of the lemon curd to try with it and I could have just eaten that lemon curd by the spoonfuls lol Before they left they made a big batch of fresh fry bread to leave for the party. I decided to try this food truck when the line for another was so long that I got too hungry waiting, and was very pleased with my choice. Now I go out of my way to stop by when I can as I try and work my way through the menu. At first I thought the Kalbi Steak burrito was a bit over priced until I got it, it was huge and very tasty. I ended up saving half for dinner. Now lets talk about the pulled pork tacos.....wow, amazingly delicious, I ended up taking home a 10 pack for my family because they just had to try them. I love good fry bread and its done right, although I felt that it was bit expensive. I did not try the toppings so maybe that is what was needed. They have a daily special that I have tried but when the tacos are sooooo good I just keep coming back to them. Everything is very fresh and vibrant. If you've had this stuff elsewhere, you've not had the best. First of all, I got handed the container and it was a workout to hold it up. There's so much yummy goodness in one plate. It must've weighed 45 pounds (maybe I'm exaggerating.) The tastes were a great fusion of what I'd come to know of Asian food and something else which I couldn't put my finger on. Whatever it was changed the dishes enough to make them unique and delicious. The greatest part was, the next day they catered a wedding that my wife was in. We tried this food truck today, it was a wait to get our food because they were super busy. But we got a Smash burger, an Angel Smash burger fries and fry bread. Everything was excellent best burger we have had in a long time. Fries were hot and crispy, and fry bread was delicious dipped in lemon curd. They will definitely be seeing us again read more

Wow. All I can say! Always see this food truck between Panera & Cabelas on Tulalip & finally stopped to try. I got one of each taco: The Kalbi taco had a good kick of heat and lovely flavors, not dry at all. 5/5 The chicken taco (special) also had some heat, but the sweet mango on top balanced out the flavors! 5/5 The shrimp, not too much flavor I don't think the shrimp are marinated in anything. 3/5 The pulled pork was juicy and a little fatty, I wish the bbq was through the whole taco... I think it was just drizzled on part of it. 3/5 The chicken and Kalbi were my favorite for sure, next time I will try smoked salmon burger or the Kalbi burrito! read more

I put Ryan's REZ-ipes on my errand list today after reading about their award. It was fabulous! Loved the pager, got to sit and wait in my nice, warm DRY car. I asked for a substitution on my order and was offered a number of choices. I felt the customer service was excellent. The food? Amazing! Portion size! Gargantuan! Fry bread? Better than I imagined! Currently at the Mountlake Terrace 3rd of July Fireworks show. We waited in line for a half hour, then an hour to get food, which is rough with kids... They need to advertise estimated waits at events. We were also disappointed that the "fried bread with strawberry preserves" was fried bread with a couple plastic Smuckers spreadables. The truck was close to closing but I had heard about Ryan's Rez-ipes & I wanted to try it out. The menu was fricken epic, I stuttered in excitement as I read through the items. Sadly a couple of the items we requested were already sold out. I tried to order a second item with pork but was told they only had enough pork to complete my taco order (I thought "great there almost out, that means they'll be light on the taco meat"). My hubby & teens & I were starving, their menu had taken us over & we ordered a ton of items (yes it took a long time to get). My boys couldn't stop raving over their PB&J burgers & I went mental over the tacos!!!! They packed their tacos with pork (Kalua pig style, Hawaiian girl here gives it the ono rating!!!) with fresh cilantro & chopped jalapeño but the crunchy cheese covering the taco was my favorite part. For my first Indian taco it was AMAZING! just wished there was more slaw!! Sauces are amazing! My husband just wished there was a little less sauce on the tacos so he could actually taste the shrimp and salmon more. But he loved them regardless! We'll just ask for light sauce next time. This place is amazing. I always see mouth watering and appetizing pictures on Instagram and I've only recently gone to this food truck. I honestly don't know what has taken me so long, but I'm happy I finally made it! I like the aspect of fusion dishes. Combining the best of different cultures is a masterpiece. I tried the kalbi street tacos and the special for that day was Hawaiian style chicken tacos, so I got those too. I throughly enjoyed both but if I had to pick one of the two, I'd go with the kalbi tacos all the way. The meat is flavorful and marinated well. Because of covid, there is currently no seating available, so I got my food to go. Not sure if they offer hot sauce, but since my food was take out I added habanero hot sauce for an extra kick. I will definitely go back to try other menu options. The shrimp bowl, the smash burger, and the kalbi steak burrito are on my future list of things to eat there! Can't wait. read more

If you like garlic, this is the dish for you... he doesn't skimp on the shrimp and garlic! The Smash Burger is another favorite with that special sauce he spreads on the bun. Unfortunately, I was so excited to eat the food, that I was unable to take a picture of it. I found this place through advertisements on Instagram, and noticed that they were in my area. They change their locations weekly, so double check their website to see where they will be. They usually hang out at the weed shop in Marysville in front of Home Depot and next to Panera. Their prices are a little high but it is so worth it. Their fried bread alone, is amazing!!! I ended up trying their barbecue chicken and was able to substitute the bun with their fried bread. My friend ended up getting their nachos which were good as well. Just know that when you order, they will give you a buzzer so that you don't have to stand outside while you wait for your food to be made. Such a plus with their service to do that for the customers. Their customer service was so friendly and helpful with choices they recommend to try for first-time customers. read more

I haven't even tasted my food yet. But I waited 25min after they said 15. Then when I went to check as other people got their food after they ordered. It was obvious they forgot my order because they were talking behind the glass and I could tell they were talking about my order. So they told me my burrito broke and they had to make a new one. The right thing to do would have been to admit they forgot and made me wait 30min and offered to give me a refund or some fries for free or something. read more

My favorite food truck, bar none. An always changing, always delicious menu that never disappoints. There's no wrong thing to get from Ryan, whether you're a person that always gets the same thing or likes to experiment with something new each time. Its a quality you just don't usually find anywhere, let alone out of a truck, and completely worth hunting him down wherever he's parked at. So I was on my to Chick-Fil-a and I saw Ryan's Rez-ipes parked over by Cabela, I have seen it on DoorDash but it is always closed. So I pulled a U-turn and pulled up. I orders the Lemon Garlic Shrimp and the Pulled Pork Totchos. My GODDDD. I was not expecting the quantity of size of these shrimp. The are so good. And the totchos, the pork just melts in your mouth.
