I've never been a fan of "crunchy" tacos and I did not assume a Mexican cuisine centered restaurant would serve "hard" tacos. I guess that's on me for not reading the menu closely enough. My wife ordered the taco salad which was arguably better and more of what you expect when you order an item by that name. The food is cooked fresh, tastes authentic, and the service at the truck is always polite and friendly. They offer a great mix of vegetarian and meat pupusas, and every one I've tried has been consistently good. My personal favorite is their Pollo Tamales.
