I ordered a cake from Redondo Dog online at the last minute for my dog's birthday. They were professional, kind, flexible, and never made me feel like I was asking too much- even with such short notice. The cake was adorable and clearly made with care. Best of all, my dog absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for saving the day. 10/10 recommend to any dog parent!
The cake and treats Igot for my dogs were so cute and my dogs loved them. I got a little whipped cream on my fingers when I was cutting the cake so I decided to taste it. It was actually a little sweet! There is no store front. You order online and you get a text with pick up instructions. Mark was very responsive to questions, and adding additional treats. I texted him when I arrived at the pickup location and waited just a few minutes for him to come out with my items.
I'm so happy I found this business on Instagram! I ordered the x-small cake, the pizza cookie, and a peanut butter cup for my dog's seventh birthday and he loved everything! Such a joy to celebrate his birthday with such wonderful treats that he loves. I'll definitely be coming back for more treats and of course his birthday cake every year. Thanks again for everything!
Always a great experience. Owner is prompt and very communicative. They have last minute orders as well which is super convenient. It's a home based business that brings out the items to your car but also have a delivery option for a small fee. My dog is a big Frenchie and their small cake was plenty. Prices are very reasonable.
I had a last minute order for a cake and they absolutely delivered! The price was affordable, they communicated throughout the day about my order and I was able to add a little party hat for my dog. They offer curbside pick up and delivery and I opted for pickup. Needless to say my dog enjoyed it and they really pulled through for my last minute need! I see why this business has 5 stars - they deserve it!
I would like to highly recommend this place for those looking to find tasty treats for their furry dogs. The quality and variety are excellent, and I truly believe your pets will really enjoy them. My experience with the Redondo cake, which has become the only cake my dogs have enjoyed since the pandemic began, has been a reliable and consistent choice for us. The quality and creativity of the cakes are truly outstanding. My dogs absolutely loved the cake, and it made our celebration even more special. Mark has exceptional communication, kindness and the delivery was prompt and handled with great professionalism. Thank you for maintaining such quality and service. I look forward to ordering from you again in the future.
Ordered a mini dog cake and some donuts and cookies for my dog's birthday. It was easy to order and pick up. The items looked exactly like the pictures. Recommend if you want some cute treats or a birthday cake for your pup!
Texted Matt on Saturday 11/8 in urgency about getting a cake the same day for my Nala girl. He responded right away and answered any questions I had. He delivered the cake within a couple hours. Great customer service and my dog loved it! Give them a try! They deserve all the business!
they were quick, kind, and my dog loved her treats! i called them and they were able to help me immediately with my purchase, thank you
If you are looking for a delicious cake for your dog child, this is it! They are always so kind and so fast when it comes to having my cake ready for pickup. This will definitely be my go to place for birthday cakes and treats every year. Definitely recommend
The most perfect cake & exactly what I was looking for in terms of size (XS). The best part was being able to order same day! Yoda loved it too!

The best and super convenient! When I inquired about their services, Mark responded back to my request and helped me arrange a cake delivery for my little one who turned 7 years old. I bought a doggy cake from a place in Long Beach last year but had to go to the shop, place the order, and pick it up myself on the day I needed it. But the convenience of Redondo Dog is that their prices are very reasonable and they provide free delivery services to our areas. My dog loved the cake and ate the majority of it in record time! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you much! read more

Found Redondo Dog last minute and they were able to get my order ready in less than 24 hours! I am surprised with the great service they provided as I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past before. I would highly recommend them. They even waited for me to pickup when I was running late. I will be coming to them every year for my pets birthday. Redondo Dog is top notch! read more

First time ordering... I usually travel to OC for premium cake for my babies... took a chance this year to search somewhere nearby our house and I found this place. Quick ordering process. Zelle/Venmo method of payment Flexible schedule for pick up Heads up... address is not a retail/commercial establishment but a residential location. At first, I thought I was lost and realized that it's Covid times and place of operations for most are at home now. Most important part of this review is that my Coco and Cosmo loved it! Will order again for special days for my fur babies. read more

So today was my dad's dog's birthday and he asked me to find a dog cake this morning for today. I was going crazy trying to find a place that makes dog cakes when I finally decided to go on yelp and found Redondo Dog. I texted him early in the morning and got a response a few hours later saying he could make one. I ordered the cake at 9 and was able to pick it up at 11:30. My dog Harley loved his cake and will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you again Mark! read more

Absolutely using Kool Dog again and recommending them to everyone! Mark was gracious and patient with me as I was taken aback and confused when I got to the old location in Redondo Beach and saw that they were no longer there. Panicked and at my wits end I called the number on the door and Mark was so nice and accommodating. (Im sure he just wanted me to STFU lol) My OEB was turning 2 yesterday and like always, I do things at the last minute. My mother-in-law has used them in the past and I liked the pix & reviews here on yelp! I did notice there wasn't a physical address listed, but my mother in law just told me they're next to Bucca so not a problem, I'll just swing by and pick something up on my way home from running errands. Mark, told me he could deliver (for FREE) same day to my home. Literally by dinner time - 7pm. It was like 3pm as we were speaking! It almost made me faint. You can make my cake and deliver to me by dinner?! AWESOME! No muss no fuss, Mark took my order and address and said he will see me by 7pm. He was right on time with our little cake. He sent me a text saying my cake was on the way. Voila! Mark is there at 7 on the dot with our little 6" cake and Mark even got the whole greeting in Hawaiian to fit on there. PERFECT! My 2 year old baby dog and his 2 party mates loved it!! The 6" cake was more than enough for him and his 2 "aunties" (Mom in laws dogs). Mahalo Mark for our wonderful cake and great service!! read more

I have been ordering birthday cakes and treats for my french bulldog (Ra's Al Ghul) for the last 3 years. We get him a small cake and it is perfect for him alone, he loves it! He has a sensitive stomach and this cake doesn't give him any issues. The cakes and treats are super cute and also very reasonably priced. I will continue to purchase his bday cakes from here. read more

My first time ever writing a review on yelp but i feel this company deserves it. It was super last minute of me but i searched online for birthday cakes for my dog the DAY OF his birthday haha. I last minute contacted Mark with Redondo Dog- requesting a cake for my boy's birthday! Prior to contact him - I called quite a few Petco's, Petsmart's, and a few other companies that normally carry cake products for animals (at least where I'm from in Indianapolis) figuring they would have one. . . I almost gave up simply because, even googling "dog cakes near me" brought up facilities that frankly said they didn't carry them, even if their website said they did (being in store purchase in the description.) My last call was to Redondo dog to which I didn't leave a message assuming they'd probably not be able to make a cake so last minute.... Mark contacted me back (pretty quickly,) and immediately told me he's able to assist. He asked the sizing, what I'd like on the cake, and etc. He was EXTREMELY kind, beyond helpful, and for being on such short notice... just absolutely astonishing!!! I can't thank him enough for giving me a call back, and being able to help me give Dallas a cake on his 5th birthday I also did sample some of the icing as well, and it was quite delicious. Dallas is an awkward boy when taking photos of him- but I can promise you he devoured the cake piece immediately after we cut a slice for him. 100000 + stars for Mark with Redondo Dog THANK YOU!!! read more
