He did a great job of educating us on the process and everything to expect. Of everyone who came out to give us a bid Cherry Roofing came across as the most professional which is why we picked them. Their pricing was right in line with other bids we had gotten. They came on time, got everything done and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the fact. Now that the project is behind us we are very happy with our choice. We have some friends who had their roof done by Cherry Roofing several months ago and they had a good experience as well.

Knowledgeable and happy to explain…read more We used Bennett Home Inspections before you moved into our newly built home in Orchards. Geoff was excellent at explaining what he would do, how he would do it, and what it would be mean for us. He was on-time for our meeting and inspection and maintained a good line of communication during the process. Once he was done he took the time to not only explain the findings but the report and how we could use it to its fullest. The report is provided as a website, which allows it to be very thorough and easy to navigate once you get a guided tour. He helped us understand what we needed to take the builders, provide detailed documentation of issues that need to be addressed, and afterward checked in to see how it all went. Our home is in a New Construction development as such all of our neighbors are in new homes built by the same builder. While few have had any serious issues come up we have heard them gripe about small things that were not noticed or taken care of before moving in. The resulting work to correct the problem has created headaches for our them. When they do gripe I can't help but think of how we've had very few issues (knock on wood) and feel like Geoff had something to do with that.
