I'm surprised the location was even open to customers under those conditions. What made the experience worse was that management seemed unconcerned about the problem. There was no apparent urgency to address the odor or acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was for customers. A Nike store should not be operating with an odor so severe that customers feel sick being inside. Management should have taken the situation seriously and addressed it immediately. Very disappointing experience.

Tried escalating a claim with eBay but since the shoes were "guaranteed" by their authenticity team, it basically got auto-denied. Now I'm trying to deal with PayPal and my bank to get the problem fixed or else I'm stuck with damaged shoes that I'll have to resell myself, no doubt at a loss. The staff are always helpful. I stopped by today, as every New Year and Spring Cleaning, to donate shoes. The Soles4Souls program makes every shoe donated count! It's win-win for all.
