A few days ago, my 2017 Ford Edge started making a loud metal rattling noise. I had previously been told by another shop that my engine mounts needed to be replaced, so I assumed one of them had finally failed. I called my regular mechanic for an estimate, but never heard back, so I started calling other shops. After reading so many positive reviews about Sam's Auto Service, especially the ones mentioning Lopez and his honesty, I decided to give them a call. Lopez answered, gave me a fair ballpark estimate for replacing the engine mounts, explained the labor costs, and told me to bring it in.
