You'll always find me here for happy hour enjoying an espresso martini and likely a dozen oysters. I tried the Summerset(?) oysters this time and they were to die for. Also arguably the best gourmet cheese curds in the city??? It was the day before valentines and it was pretty packed by the time we were leaving, but pretty open for happy hour.

Red rabbit is often a go to for me when entertaining guests. It has ample selections for meat eaters as well as vegetarians. The service is always excellent and I really like their drink selection. The food is always well prepared, but I do wish they would refresh or add to their vegetarian and vegan items. I rarely go there on my own or seek it out because I end up ordering the same thing every time. It's good, but I'd love to have a few more choices. I do think if you haven't been there, you really should check it out.

Wife and I go on the date, she chooses this place, not me. The service was very friendly and everyone was really nice, all around. My wife ordered some pasta that came out really really salty. We pushed it back but my wife mention what it could be the sauce that is so salty. After 5-10 minutes, they brought a new pasta meal, but it tasted exactly the same. They didn't charge us for that salty dish. We ended up giving it to our kids and they demolished it in 30 seconds. Anywho, everyone has their own taste buds and this is America! We would definitely return to the Red Rabbit and Red Cow... both just amazing places

When planning a date night, we always think of Red Rabbjt first! On a Friday night, it was lively on Grand Avenue. Our server was very helpful and fun, giving us entree suggestions. We started with the focaccia and marinara as an appetizer, YUM! Very fluffy and garlicky, so delicious. I went with the cacio e pepe and my fiancé went with the pesto, both of us adding grilled chicken. The chicken had great flavor and so did the pasta! It was enough for both of us to need to go boxes. This is a great spot in all weather, plan ahead to find parking on a side street.

Red rabbit had been on my list for quite some time and it exceed my expectations! Their menu has a variety of options, making it a great spot for almost anyone. We had a lot of fun with their spritz menu and many of us ordered a different type of spritz from the menu. We were served very quickly and had lots of attentive staff who ensured we had everything we needed! I had the mostaccioli pasta and it was incredible. I tend to shy away from pastas with a white sauce but im so glad that I gave this a shot! The noodles are lathered in a goat cheese sauce and on top of the noodles, they have a delicious marinara blend. The dish was the perfect blend of rich and savory and the portions were perfect! The restaurant is open and spacious with lots of great natural lighting. I believe there is a parking lot but also plenty of street parking. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu items!!

We came during happy hour (select beer/wine choices for $7) and stayed for dinner. I like the vibe here: the booths are comfortable and have partitions that help cut down the ambient noise. All of the wood tones add a nice backdrop to a the meal, and they had the holiday decorations in place. Our server was warm and friendly, and attentive at appropriate times. We tried some new (to us) items from the menu this time, rather than familiar favorites, and I'm glad we did! APPETIZER : Focaccia (3/5 I've had this before, and it's normally better. The edges were a little burned this time.) ENTREES: Butternut Squash Ravioli with added protein of Italian Sausage (5/5) and Lasagna (5/5) SIDE: Broccolini (3/5 I wanted to like this better...but it was hard and tough in texture, so undercooked I think) DESSERT: Sticky Toffee Cake (5/5)

Nice and friendly as I came on my own. Squeezed into a place at the bar and just enjoyed thawing (-29 feeling outside and due to lack of parking, had to walk a block and miss happy hour, life's a bitch at times:) Anyway, oysters were good but one had shells - they'll mention it to the whomever... Wine was good Sav blanc. I chose Cavatelli, mmmm the noodle not good sent back with a smile to try it with tagliatelle noodle, I'll see. Wow, I'm really a snob! Anyway, sip wine here, it was so worth the wait. Linguine was their option and it's a better pasta for this dish as it really was so yummy! I would love to try it with pappardelle but the linguine was fine. The sauce and sausage had the perfect level of heat and flavor. I absolutely loved it.

One of our favorite places to go to dinner. We've been here several times and are never disappointed. The charcuterie board is amazing. They even put the nuts on the side for my wife as I'm allergic. The ginger spritz NA cocktail is one of the best NA I've had in a while. The bolognese is one of my favorite pasta dishes anywhere and my wife loved the pear salad. Finally the sticky toffee cake is one of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant. Just can't go wrong here. Love the space itself, both the inside and outside seating spaces are great. Our server Ella was new to the job but did fantastically!

Red Rabbit never disappoints. We love the Minneapolis location, but the Summit Hill spot has become our go-to thanks to the calmer vibe, extra space, incredible service, and consistently amazing food. From the crispy potatoes (no pancetta) to the fluffy focaccia, fettuccine alfredo, and classic margherita pizza- every bite hits the mark. We've even found our favorite server, John, who makes each visit feel extra special. Looks like we happily chased this rabbit to the perfect dining hole, and we're not hopping away anytime soon!

Great Italian themed food at Red Rabbit. We started with the calamari which was very delicious, perfectly deep fried and crispy. Our main meals were also very tasty, but a tad bit on the salty side, especially the linguine and clams, but our amazing and very attentive waiter did warn me that it was salty. The whole restaurant is very nice, it's a packed place every night, plenty of room for seating. We did have to wait for a table, but the bar was open and had plenty of seats available. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

    Also had a dessert ;)

I came in just six minutes after happy hour ended but honestly, it didn't even matter. Full price was absolutely worth it! I sat at the bar and my bartender, Sean (shoutout to Sean!), recommended the PB&J pizza (Pineapple, Bacon, and Jalapeño )and I added chicken. Wild combo, but trust me, it was incredible: sweet, salty, spicy, and perfectly balanced on that chewy, wood-fired crust. To drink, I had the Spritz on the Beach (tropical twist on an Aperol Spritz) and after that... the rest was history. Great vibes, friendly staff, and seriously delicious food and drinks. Can't wait to come back, maybe even catch happy hour next time!

Stopped in on a Tuesday night to have dinner with a friend. It wasn't too busy so we got seated right away. The service was great, our server was attentive and so were the other staff helping either bring our food or run our cards. I picked this location over the north loop location because there was a designated parking lot and plenty of street parking. I got the Alfredo with chicken, so good and some of the best Alfredo I've had! Next time I'd like to try the cacio e Pepe.

What a gem! Angela was truly friendly and full of tips on the menu. Love the option of a 3 oz glass of any wine! Kinda dark atmosphere so bring your phone with a light, but loved the vibes! We ate grilled sourdough bread (as a dipper), butternut squash ravioli, and linguine with clams. All delicious! Will return soon.

They had great flavor without too much heat, which I personally enjoyed. For the main course, I went with the burger, and my wife ordered the rigatoni alla vodka. My burger was filling, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. The bun was just a touch on the firm side (I'll admit, I'm a bit of a burger snob), but overall it was very good. The fries, though, were excellent--definitely a highlight. My wife really enjoyed her dish as well--the sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy. She mentioned it could've used a little fresh Parmesan and a bit more heat, since she likes some spice, but overall she was happy with it. We called around 5:30 to see if they'd seat us at 7:15 and they were able to reserve a table for us. I got the daily special which was like a chicken Parmesan but with steak. It wasn't my favorite thing because I was not expecting the steak to be thinly cut and more on the dry side. That could be my bad - I heard steak and was imagining something totally different. But it wasn't still pretty good! The noodle texture was to die for. It was $30. Drinks were delicious too and ranged from $12-$15. The only thing that I didn't love, is that they charge for every little thing. we got the focaccia and asked for olive oil and balsamic. Why was that an extra $2... $1 for olive oil and $1 for balsamic. If we hadn't ordered it, it would have been an $8 large sized muffin of focaccia - which turned into $10. Definitely not worth it. I asked for some extra Parmesan and they charged $2 for pecorino... honestly it just threw off the experience a little. And it came in the tiniest little cup. I understand maybe 50 cents but $2? Especially when we're having five drinks and three entrees between three people, realizing we were paying extra for those items on the check just was not enjoyable. I'd recommend this place to others as a great place for pasta and drinks, but pasta and drinks only. Maybe avoid asking for any thing on the side and I'd skip apps.

I opted for the Slaychel which is a non-alcoholic beverage that I think of as an elevated mimosa. It is fruity, slightly tart, and delicious! The service was great! Our water was frequently refilled and never got empty, and our server asked about any allergies and dietary restrictions before we ordered. They were able to modify menu items to fit the different dietary restrictions! Two people in our party (including myself) are vegetarians and one member is gluten-free and also doesn't consume much dairy or eggs. They were able to serve the patatas bravas with the egg on the side and the grilled asparagus with the egg and cheese on the side so we were able to all share the starters. The patatas bravas were wonderful! The potatoes are perfectly crispy but still fluffy. The tomato sauce was slightly smokey and had a very slight kick (think Minnesota spice) and it balanced out well with the creamy tomato. If you're only going to try one appetizer, this is the one to try! The asparagus was also nice. The salsa verde had a slight kick (a bit more than the tomato sauce from the patatas bravas, but not super spicy. Still Minnesota level of spice). The shallots also added a nice crispy texture to the dish! The egg really stood out in this dish, with its runny yolk and batter coating. There were a lot of nice elements and textures. As for pastas, I split the Spaghetti and Radiatore with a friend. The Radiatore was nutty and tangy, and the serving size was generous. I enjoyed it, but I would order the Spaghetti over it any day! I don't even know how to describe the Spaghetti and do it justice. It was creamy, cheesy, delicious. Our server said it was a staff favorite, and I understand why. If you're looking for a vegetarian option, go with this one!! Even if you aren't a vegetarian, give it a try. It's so classic, and it's done so well. For dessert: they give free churros when you're dining in! They are served warm with a chocolate drizzle. We also ordered the Honey Cake which we enjoyed a lot! The cake itself was light, like a mousse. There was some crunch from the hazelnut praline and honeycomb toffee pieces. It was nutty and sweet but not overly sweet. It was a perfect way to finish off the meal! Estelle was delicious and the service was great! I can't wait to come back!

DO NOT MISS THAT AMAZING DESERT. eat it there, it doesn't survive the to go containers but it is one of the best I ever had!

We started by sharing the Squash Crostini, which was DELICIOUS. It was fairly small for 4 people, but left us enough room to also get the Flatbread (with Burrata). It was so tasty, like a giant naan with flaky salt & creamy burrata. For my main, I had Mezze Maniche; the pasta tasted fresh & was perfectly al dente. Having walnuts in a pasta is fun, I hadn't had it before. I would definitely like to try their other options! To top things off, we finished with Fried Siringate, which were like mini popovers mixed with churros. They were SO good & the perfect little sweet to top off the meal. I love how close this place is to my house, so I'll definitely be back! I want to try all of their seasonal dishes :)

We tried some meatballs and arancini at Frank's Tavern, both of which were tasty and comforting. Our server, Jay, was very kind and helpful. Their pastry shop is SO cute and the pastries are heavenly. We would go again just for dessert!!

I used to love this place and have been multiple times with friends and family, however my…read moreexperience today makes me not want to go back. On my way into the restaurant I overheard a couple talking about how rude one of the employees were to them and unfortunately we encountered extremely rude employees during our visit as well. One employee was telling guests to go around if they were not getting salad or sandwiches and when I went around, the employee behind the pasta counter scolded me telling me to wait in the line behind the people waiting for sandwiches again. Then when we went to pay, the tap to pay didn't work and said to retry, so I went to insert the chip and the cashier started yelling at me and saying I would be double charged if I tried it again even though it said retry on the screen and I did ultimately have to run it again, so I don't know why she was being so rude about me inserting my card when the tap wasn't working. It is a shame that so many employees seemed so rude today (5/2/26) because it ruined our experience out with our family for lunch. At least the food was still good and the parking attendants were all very friendly!
