TL;DR Horrible service, okay food/drinks, disorganized establishment. Walked in with a party of 6 and was sat immediately, although it was clear they were busy and understaffed. Our server was not friendly and pretty inattentive. Our drinks all came out at different times and it was near impossible to get a refill. For appetizers we ordered chips & queso and calamari. The queso came out about 15 minutes before the calamari. When the calamari arrived it was just a bed of lettuce with fried banana peppers and maybe 6 pieces of actual calamari. Pretty disappointing. Our entrees all came out at different times. Everyone's food was cold by the time we got it. Some were finished eating by the time others got their food. My friend ordered the bistro burger but received a plain bacon cheeseburger and we were still charged $22 for the bistro burger. As soon as the last person got their food I asked for the check. By that time we were pretty fed up and anxious to leave. Still took forever to get the check and it was $300 with the included gratuity. We left feeling ripped off, angry, and disappointed. I'm giving two stars because some of our food was pretty good and they were obviously very busy. However, I would not recommend this restaurant. We will not be back. read more

1st Brunch at Red Mountain Grill in Dillon, CO. Somewhat limited food menu items, which was surprising considering their regular menu is extensive. Hopefully, they will continue to do brunch but incorporate more menu items. In any event, our friendly server and the bottomless mimosas made our visit all worthwhile! (Creative brunch cocktails were a nice touch for the non-mimosa drinkers) We were never put on a pre-set time limit for mimosas (like most places in Summit and Eagle County that advertise bottomless mimosas), and we never felt like they were trying to slow the service. read more

Visiting Keystone for some snowboarding and decided to check out this gem! Incredible service and astounding food. Who would think calamari in the mountains but dang they were on point. Our group tried the skillets. Beef brisket... great flavor on the brisket and pairing it with corn and mac-n-cheese was genius. Chicken fried steak was absolutely delicious and the mashed potatoes it comes with are the best I've ever had. Mac n Cheese w/ waygu hot dog... what an amazing hotdog, and l the mac n cheese is creamy and just yum! amazing. I will definitely be coming back next season! read more

Horrible experience. We waited 10-15 minutes before our existence was even acknowledged. Got our drinks and didn't see our "server" again until we were halfway done eating. A friend strongly recommended this Grill. She raved on the interior (?) and the food. I was curious on the first but wanting for the later. Looked like a nice place and close to where we stayed in Dillon. Easy location, good views of the mountain. I was nicely greeted and we sat by a window. The place has tall ceilings and it was chilly. My first visit here was in mud season, so very chill; in peak season, it is hectic, packing the place and even overflowing the parking lot. Happy hour makes prices good, but otherwise, it's a little expensive even for the area, like $15 burgers. We came through on a trip had dinner. The place looks nice but lurking inside is bad food and service. I will give a pass on service since everything is understaffed now. It was strange though a guy who worked there came over to our outdoor table and randomly told us that he is off work now and it was his turn to sit on the other side of the bar. Okay dude we just want attention from our server not an off duty bartender. So my husband ordered onion soup said bowl but it was a cup, it was mediocre at best. He ordered potstickers, they were frozen and taste like the ones you get at Trader Joe's they dressed them up a little. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza. The sauce was Chef Boyardee, cheese okay pepperoni and sausage (which was slice not crumble sausage) was tasteless, crust no flavor just flour. They have a wood fire pizza oven there no reason not to be putting out great pies. It looks so nice (although floors in bar area and patio need power washing badly) . Skiing at Copper Mountain brought us back this way. We had our sights set on Dillion Dam Brewery, but they were closed for the day for employee outing. Since it was Happy Hour, we went here. First and last time most likely. We stood in the entryway waiting to be seated for a few minutes. One of the cooks was on his cell phone right by the grill area when you walk in. A couple other workers glanced our way, but didn't come over. Finally, our server came over to seat us and it was apparent we were putting her out and she was not happy to be there. At one point, we saw a manager walk a couple in with a very large Rottweiler. He sat them away from tables with other people, but really?! Was this Rottweiler an emotional support animal?! A couple of the other servers even looked their way and shook their heads. As if all if this wasn't enough, the food arrived and I knew this was the "icing" on the abysmal cake. We got the buffalo wings on the HH menu. There were 10 wings ($8.95) that were fried to within an inch of their life. We got a pepperoni pizza which was fine, but for $7.95, it was a snack. To say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. I was not expecting top notch food, but this was not good. I can't imagine paying full price! The lighting in here is really cool and I bet that it looks neat at night. But, skip this place and go to Dillion Dam, or even Cheba Hut. read more

Not because of the food. The food was Ok but I had a service dog. The server could not understand what I asked for as I asked him if we could have a service dog. Finally, after some explanation to him , he said in the bar was ok then a bartender told him we could sit in the restaurant. He sat us right by a door that employees spent our time there going in and out of. It was so disruptive to us and I told our server when we left. he then proceeded to tell me that my dog needed a vest next time. She had on a harness already. He knew exactly what he was doing when he seated us there. It was basically a punishment for seating us with a service animal. She does not require a vest as per ADA policies but as I said she had on a harness, a collar and a tag already. read more

I wanted to like this place, I really did. Unfortunately, that's not how it turned out. 1. Blazing sun and no shades on the window. I asked if I could please be seated in the shade but, alas, that was too much work for the hostess. 2. Nonexistent service. We ordered water to drink and that was the last our waitress wanted to do with us. She begrudgingly came back to take our orders, but it was 22 minutes before she came back. 3. Mediocre appetizer, terrible pizza. The wings were almost OK. The sauce was an afterthought, but fairly typical for bar wings. I'd give them 3/10. The pizza was another story. I'd call it bland, but the color beige is bland and I'd hate to insult such a non offensive color by using the same descriptor with the disgusting insult to Italian food that was the pizza. While the crust wasn't godawful, the sauce was flavorless and actually detracted from the mediocre quality of the crust. The smoked chicken tasted like it was from a can...from World War II. 1/10 on the pizza...sincerely, Totino's makes a better pie. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Colorado. I love the interior, which is hard to describe, but I'd say eclectic fits. I took my little friend here the other night for dinner before movie was very disappointed in the service. Our waiter came only once with food drink . I think his name was Rob. I had to ask for mayonnaise which I asked for in the beginning.
