I was surprised how good the food was!! Great service as well! The salmon was delicious!

Had the best time tonight at Red Lobster. Shyla was our waitress and she was amazing!!!!! She was so fun, had tons of jokes, a great attitude and just made the night awesome for my sister and I. She was always attentive and really catered to the families sitting around us. I saw her multiple times getting down to eye level and giving kiddos the same respect she gave to the adults, and as a mom myself that goes a long way! Thank you! read more

Definitely past it's glory days, but even though it's not winning any awards, it's not terrible. The waitress was really great, friendly and fast. We went for a late lunch and it was not crowded at all. The prices are a little on the high side for what you get. And I don't mean the portions, they are pretty big. I mean the quality. The lobster bisque was really Thick, with a capital "T". More like a chowder. I had the shrimp feast, which had shrimp pasta, shrimp scampi, and breaded shrimp. It was all decent, just not outstanding. Everyone said pretty much the same. Decent, just not outstanding. And that's really ok when the plates are around $15, but they are more like $20-$30. And especially if you get any actual lobster, prices are through the roof. I think it would be more of a 4 star if the prices were a little lower, but still not a bad place to eat if you were in the area. read more

Went to Red Lobster to celebrate a birthday. Party of 7. Ambiance was as expected and service was good. The food was was below the norm. The cheese biscuits were over cooked but still nostalgically good. I shared the ultimate feast with crab legs, lobster tail broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, coconut shrimp and shrimp fettuccini Alfredo. They delivered regular potatoes, not the loaded, waiter corrected when pointed it out. The grab legs did not maintain any heat and were cool by the time I was able to get to the meat as was the broccoli. Flavor was still good, could have used a second butter dip as My wife wanted it for her lobster as I did for the crab legs and so I ate the crab without the butter dip which is not how i like it but.... My only real complaint would be the men's restroom. It was clean(ish) but the stall doors have way to large of a gap at all panels- (about 3/4 inch maybe more.) Which essentially means anyone using the stall is in plain view of everyone that walks in and if you are using the first stall you get full view of anyone using the urinal and vice versa. They need to address this issue Other than that it was a good evening but not a stand out... read more

I'm so glad inside dining is available. I came here literally 10 minutes prior to closing. The managers could have shut the doors on us but the let us still come in.... Our waiter "Oscar" was fantastic and made great drinks. The entire staff was very nice and professional. The drinks and food were made fresh and excellent! Oscar made sure we had plenty of food, drinks and kept the bread coming throughout the night. The restrooms were clean and the staff practices all Covid-19 measures. I don't care ‍ what anyone says every time I've came here it's always been pleasurable. I give the highest recommendation for this Red Lobster. read more

I came in strictly for the seafood feast special. I ordered the surf & turf plate which came with a 7 oz steak of choice, a hearty lobster tail (very tasty) and two sides. I was pleased with my meal but our drinks and the service were lacking. My Pina colada was a bit watery and my Nana's Mango iced tea tasted like water. No flavor. It was very clear our server, Ivan was at capacity with the tables he was managing in that dining area as well as the bar with drinks he appeared to be making. It showed when we first sat down and I asked for a wet towel to clean the booth seat myself from the prior guest and it never came. I didn't bother repeating myself. It was then confirmed when 20 minutes past and no biscuits arrived? I asked for them confused but kind and he quickly came back to me with "Yes. I didn't bring them because they are cooking now." Who knows if that was the truth but communicate promptly and write it down. I know I didn't like having to search for him or napkins. Let's stop bringing tables 2 pairs of napkins thinking that's enough for a family-sized meal and two guests. I don't know when or if I will be returning again but I guess the deal was worth it. Also, the interior is screaming for an upgrade, as well as the ambiance! read more

Very disappointed. Went at 3:00. Per person that seated us there was just a change in shift. The service is very slow with many people waiting on you but still poor. The clam chowder was cold and we said to get it reheated. Husband had mashed potatoes which were cold and the waiter took them back. They arrived back at our table at the end of the meal. My broccoli was not cooked. You should stream your vegetable. The food is just ok which for a 90.00 meal for 2 it should be better. It just appears that the kitchen employees are causing more work for the waiters. Then you have to wait for your check because you removed the machines off the tables. I can see why Red Lobsters are closing there are issues. Won't be returning. A night out to dinner should be a better experience than this. read more

Awesome service! The bread was good! And I got the all-you-can-eat shrimp!!! That is the best because they have 5 different styles of shrimp for $20! The waiter was on top of everything and was very polite! Will go again! read more

First time ever having a red lobster and my last I don't know what's in those bread rolls, but I had like a shrimp sampler platter. There came with three different types of shrimp, coconut, shrimp, shrimp Alfredo, and then shrimp scampi. And all tasted really good especially the coconut shrimp with that cinnamon pineapple coconut glaze unfortunately two hours later I broke out with hives. My throat was closing and everything. I've had lobster. I've had crabs. I've had shrimp. My whole life never had an allergic reaction at Kaiser that are and told me sometimes with a cheap Low quality shrimp. It will give him hives also even though he's not allergic so I'm guessing red lobster uses the bottom of the barrel unfortunately I will not be going back there again. read more

The prices are way too high for the portions you get. Service wasn't all that great either. Waiter was friendly, but wasn't able to keep the three tables of two he had in his section cared for. read more

Overall 4/5. Food was good. Portion was good. (Not huge which is wasteful) quality, quantity, taste & temperature was all good. Service was good. Polite and attentive waiter. The only issue is that this our 2nd time visiting this location and both time there has been a VERY unpleasant musty, dirty smell. It smells dingy, dirty, musty and not pleasant at all. Other than that, it's a good solid establishment to have a casual meal with friends or family at a reasonable price for seafood. read more

What could improve? Service. Several waiters/ waitress standing around bs ing. Meanwhile I ask for a water and waited 10 minutes until someone finally came close enough to ask again. One napkin a person for crabs and lobster. No offer for extra bread. Look, the place isn't crowded, or even busy. Do the minimal! It's a wonder this place is in business. Too bad because i over tip ALL the time. Not tonight. . read more

Chillin with mom for her birthday and she ordered the plate with 2 lobster tails, shrimp & lobster pasta, loaded baked potato with no bacon, and broccoli. One lobster tail was ice cold and under seasoned. Our waitress Gina happily replaced it with a fresh piping-hot one. That one had less seasoning. That pasta was bangin' tho. That sauce better not be on a diet. There were only 3 pieces of broccoli on her plate. She was stuffed anyway. I had the Ultimate Feast and that's what I did. FEAST!! I had scallops, fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, lobster tail, baked potato, and broccoli. I wished my potato was hot enough to melt the cheese. Cheddar biscuits...yeah, I had two baskets. Yum Oh the stuffed mushrooms were full of cheese and got. The seafood part seemed to be missing. They're my mom's favorite so she noticed. I didn't mind too much because as you can see the plate is empty. Overall very delicious meal and great service. read more

Yesterday I ordered dinner online for our family of 4. I planned to pay in the restaurant because I had a gift card and I wanted to use 2 rewards. I went in armed with a printout of my $164.67 order that showed the reward items highlighted and labeled. I explained to Jairo, the cashier that I wanted to redeem rewards and used a $40 gift card. When he came back and said my balance was $124.67 I said that the total was wrong. He just keep showing the register receipt and telling the number was correct. I tried showing him the math, but he wouldn't even look. I told him the $124.67 was impossible with my discounts and gift card. I ask for the manager. A young woman came and told me the same lie. I tried to show her the simple arithmetic, but she wouldn't look either. Another woman came out and looked at receipt and register and said my total was $124.67. She would not look at my simple subtraction of the 2 discounts and the gift card. She finally decided to compare what I ordered line by line with Jairo's register receipt. Well, Jairo had added my 2 discounted items in twice. What is truly weird is now that the mistake was found the the woman had the gall to ask me if I wanted those items removed from my check. I told that there were not 2 of each of those items in my bag because I had checked my bag. She ask second and a third time if I wanted her to remove the items. I told her I wasn't going to pay for something I did order. She finally re-rang my order. 3 people would not or could not do basic subtraction to confirm that the amount they were charging was wrong. Jairo had walked away shaking his head and smirking as though I was crazy. When he found out he had made a mistake he didn't even come back to apologize. In fact no one apologized for the 20 minutes they wasted my time and treating as though I was a fool. We normally order takeout once a month from this restaurant. I will never go to their restaurant again. read more

Not good when a predominantly sea food restaurant takes Shrimp Cocktail off the menu, did not have White Zinfandel wine, and the biscuits were not what they used to be. Will look for another place! NOT GOOD!! read more

The shrimp scampi with that butter sauce was delicious, The entire platter with lobster was great. I put that butter sauce from the shrimp scampi on my mashed potatoes and the broccoli the bomb! The burger would have been even better with some seasoning but well put together. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. The biscuits are very good but I had to rub the strawberry jam to sweeten the flavor for me. I am definitely going back. The dinner and atmosphere is well worth it. FYI my waitress was smiling, friendly, full of energy and responded quickly to our needs, loved it. read more

I am severely disappointed in both the food and service my husband and I received when we were there a couple of weeks ago. Start to finish sh!t show. Took forever to get drinks, which I had 2 specialty cocktails and I would put money on the fact that there was very little to zero alcohol in them. I am not a regular drinker and should've most definitely gotten at least a buzz from them. Nothing. And at roughly $15 each it was a total waste of my money. Had to ask for and remind server for EVERYTHING, when you could get his attention. He brought us each out our Ultimate feast and the food was mediocre at best. We have eaten here many times and had wonderful service and food but nothing about this visit was good. We had a rough day and were really looking forward to having a drink and a nice meal and instead left nearly $200 poorer and having had neither of those things. We won't be back. read more

Would rate 0/5 stars if possible. I have been going to this red lobster since I was a child and have watched the quality of both service and food fall so low that I will not be returning to this location or any RL location, moving forward. My last purchase here was an online order/pickup of pasta and bowl of soup. After waiting an unusual amount of time after arrival, my food was brought out to my vehicle in individual paper bags within a larger plastic bag. I arrived home less than 10 minutes later to find that the bowl of soup I ordered and paid for was only a cup of soup (a 4oz difference). Slightly annoyed I called the restaurant for a simple price adjustment, thinking this would be a quick and simple fix. Boy, was I wrong. I proceeded to being bounced back and forth between staff members and argued with about the amount I received - the preppers claimed that "they are positive you were given a bowl" while I'm standing in my kitchen looking at the soup in a measuring cup showing 8 oz (cup serving size). Even after confirming with a staff member that the bowl size is 12 oz, they were adamant that I had to drive back to the restaurant to get a price adjustment. At this point I've been bounced between 3 staff members, none of which are a manager, and the kicker? I was ONLY looking for a $1 price adjustment for the amount of food I actually received. After expressing my growing frustrations about their unwillingness to assist a customer with a valid order dispute, I was finally transferred to an obviously impatient manager who quickly said she would fully refund my soup order in total before even listening to my concerns. I was understandably pissed/relieved and so, regrettably forgot to ask for the manager's name. Lo' and behold we're just about 2 months past the supposed refund period and I have yet to be refunded a dime. This is absolutely garbage service. Do better or don't, either way, I won't be returning read more

Every time I go to this location they are always "out" of something?! Today I had my heart set on having salmon and guess what they were out of ??! Yep!! Salmon ! Then my husband tried to order a meal but they wouldn't let him substitute rice for mashed potatoes. He was looking forward to eating lobster and shrimp, but since they wouldn't let him substitute rice for mashed potatoes he decided to order seafood with linguini ....and he said the linguini had NO flavor at all! For myself, I decided to order mahi mahi since they were out of salmon, and vegetables came with it , but the vegetables (one carrot, a little bit of eggplant , cauliflower, and squash) were still very hard, like they had not really been cooked at all (almost raw) ! At least my mahi mahi tasted good, but our server , Gina, barely came to check on us when we were at least half way through eating our meal ?! Not sure where she was for a while? Told her about the hard veggies and she offered something else so I got broccoli and it was a bit better. But , Gina still never pre-bussed our table and left all the dishes on our table the whole time we were there ?! She had many chances to take some dishes away but never did . She came back at the end to make sure she got the "check" after we signed it etc---she seemed more concerned with that (maybe to see her tip)?! My husband is a restaurant manager and knows what good service looks like and this was definitely NOT it -especially because it was not busy (even on a Saturday evening )! But now it makes sense ! No wonder they weren't very busy with the food and service being so bad ! Because of this bad experience and several previous bad experiences , we will not be returning to Red Lobster ! It is definitely NOT worth the money you pay ! Would not recommend! read more
