A bit disappointed... this was our favorite place to come to. Unfortunately seems like it's changed a lot recently. Service, cleanliness and food not what it used to be. We got seated in the bar area and our waiter would not make eye contact with us, just a weird vibe. We are the only ones sitting here and he's not very attentive at all. We had to ask for a water refill and he seemed bothered. We had to ask him numerous times for items we needed. It's pretty sad that I looked under the table and it was filthy! Looks like the floors haven't been lopped in years. Really hope management steps in & takes control of this establishment before it goes downhill. read more

I was a part of a large party and my 2 year old had an accident, our waitress had some issue with splitting up the checks and I asked twice for the check. The manager then said don't worry about it, it's on us. The service is 10/10. Thank you sir, I will be back for this reason alone. read more

We went for the endless shrimps and overall the experience was pretty bad. It wasn't the food that was bad but the service in general. The food actually made this review go up a star. We were expecting to be there for about an hour since it was only 2 of us eating. We were there for 2 hours waiting for our shrimps. We got seated at around 7:56pm and left at around 9:50pm. They brought out the first 3 shrimp dishes, then when we asked for another round, we waited about 30 minutes for one of the shrimp refills. They forgot about our other shrimp refill (since we only get 2 at a time). We waited about another 30 minutes for the second order because they forgot to put it in. We were basically full by the time they brought out first refill since we had to wait so long. The waiter even realized how long we waited and allowed us to get more than 2 shrimp refills towards the end. But at that point it was too late since we already waited 1 hour for our first shrimp refill. I would have been more understanding about the wait if there was a lot of people dining. But when walking to the bathroom, I overheard a waiter say that "today's a good day, I've barely had any tables!" So considering that it was not busy, we waited over an hour to get a refills on only 1 shrimp refill which is ridiculous in my opinion. We were there for 2 hours which was a LOT longer than I was expecting considering it was not a busy time. Overall, would definitely get the endless shrimp again. But most likely will not be coming back to this Red Lobster location. read more

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My husband and I decided to take our family to red lobster for Sunday May 4th dinner for an early Mother's Day dinner. We don't get out much so when we go to red lobster we see it as a huge treat to our family. However, the experience last night was not great in the least bit. When we arrived, we didn't wait too long to get seated so that was a place. However, once we did get seated, our table was completely slanted that my drink kept sliding down and I was afraid it was going to hit my three-year-old daughter who was in a booster seat so I basically had to hold onto my drink the entire time. We waited a very long time before anyone came to ask us if you would like something to drink. By the time the waiter came around to take our drink order. We were pretty hungry so we decided to put in an order for appetizers. We got our drinks however our appetizers never came. They were brought out to us with our dinner that came very much later. Had I known our appetizers weren't going to come until our main course came, I would have never ordered appetizers. By this time, we were all a little frustrated.. when the waiter came out and brought her food he asked if there was anything else we needed. This was also the first time the waiter had ever asked if we needed anything during the meal . My reply was yes my daughter's food as he did not bring it out. He apologized and said he would go grab it. Another 20 to 30 minutes went by and my daughter never ate my husband and my son ate however, I could not eat sitting next to my daughter while she didn't have anything to eat and was just not in the mood for anything that we had since she does not like seafood. As I sat watching My Husband struggle to open his crab because the waiter just never came by so he could ask for the opener. My Husband complained to me, but never to the waiter. My daughter who is nine started to get pretty sad as she was sitting there without a plate in front of her. This is the first time that we let her order off of the adult menu. She was so excited and all she wanted was the bacon and macaroni and cheese. As my food got cold, the waiter showed up with food for my daughter, which was a mac & cheese kids menu item. My daughter immediately felt deflated the one time she wanted to order off of the adult menu and he brings her a child mac & cheese. The one thing that really upset me Was that when he brought out this child entrée he also brought out three to go boxes as he knew basically, my husband and son were done with their food. However, I still had a full plate in front of me that I did not eat because my daughter did not eat. The fact that I was brought out to go boxes at the same time that my daughter's food was brought out was such an insult to me. My dinner last night was definitely not worth $140. All I wanted to do was celebrate Mother's Day early at one of our favorite restaurants and the service was horrible not only did. My friend called me up and told me about Red Lobster all you can eat shrimp. So I thought why not, I have been craving a baked potato which was perfectly buttered with sour cream and chives. The shrimp linguine was amazing but my favorite is between the tequila lime shrimp and the crispy dragon shrimp. And don't let me forget to tell you about the cheddar bay biscuits...so yummy with a nice salty finish. The service was great!!! Our server name tag said Christ,(short for Christopher)he was so attentive and fast with our order. Over all had the best lunch. We made reservations online and had to wait a few minutes. It's a ghost town- not a lot of people come here anymore. Crab Queso dip was delicious but very small portion. Lobster linguini was too bland for my taste- had to drench it in pepper. Classic Caesar salad had chunks of the base of the lettuce- not very appetizing dressing either (tasted very ranch-y). Calamari was ok. Mozzarella sticks were good. Everyone in our party did not seem content after eating- we ended up getting pizza afterwards. For the price you pay, I don't recommend this spot. Came early afternoon around 3:30, I would just like to know when they started counting how many cheesy biscuits each guest get to have? I would bring my children when they were younger here after their doctor appointments and have dinner and the kids could have as many biscuits as they would like. Now I guess it's one per customer.. very disappointing, asked to have two to go with my meal and they told me that I could only have one. Again it is now 4:39 and there may be five table tops going at the most.. so it's not like they are busy and are running out of them. really red lobster maybe you should up your game. read more

Terrible. Please avoid. First, we asked for a booth and were told we would get a booth in a mostly empty restaurant. Then we were shown a half booth and when we said we still want a booth they offered us a table. Bad service right there. We insisted we get a booth and they sat us in a booth area but the waiter in the area was not the one serving us. Instead they had the bartender serve us. The bartender took our orders and brought drinks but he brought dead mint garnish in the drink and an old lime with gray spots on the rind. We should have left but our food was already ordered. We talked to the manager and got a new server and the manager made our drink herself. The food arrived and the food was food but wow this place has terrible service. Please don't go here. The service was quite good! Our server (Lacie Wise) was both kind and friendly, making me and my two uncles smile both at the beginning and end of our meals. She was very respectful, even thanked some veterans for their service at another table, as well as my uncles. I really do recommend this restaurant for its service. We came here for our parent's 54th anniversary and had an excellent dining experience. The Host Josh was warm and welcoming and took care of sitting us in a handicap accessible area for my father. He even assisted in taking drink orders to give the server a head start. Gus the server was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and prompt. He answered all questions with patience and care, while servicing 5 other tables. The food came out hot and fresh. Drinks were refilled promptly. Manager was friendly. This was my husband's first time at Red Lobster and it didn't disappoint - the warm buttery bay biscuits, the all you can eat shrimp, and the Friday special of Fish and chips- all served piping hot and fresh. I have to support my friends at Red Lobster. I've been here so many times, prior to Endless Shrimp becoming a permanent menu option and more frequently since. $20 per person for Endless Shrimp is such a great deal in these days of core (food!) inflation. To think how much shrimp Red Lobster must order and receive in bulk. The waiters at this location are my friends. I'm the regular, now. My favorites are Walt's Fried Shrimp and the grilled shrimp skewers, with kudos to the limited-time firecracker shrimp (fantastic!). read more

Atmosphere was great costumer service was excellent from the min we entered the restaurant to the moment we left. First...we waited for more than 30 minutes at the door when the restaurant was almost empty...I get that there are shortages in wait-staff so we waited patiently... Next took a while to get our orders taken after seated super slow service...but appetizers came out quickly (however we had no plates to eat the appetizers) so sat and waited for plates... Food orders were taken well after appetizers were finished and plates stacked at the end of the table...again not many in the restaurant...we didn't want to be hurried out, but we clearly weren't a priority either as drink glasses were empty for a while... Food came...portions clearly smaller (post-pandemic)...and overall wasn't great. Kids food was poor...and ultimate feast was lack-luster. Poor service again when finished food...asked for 3 desserts on the menu only to be told later they were "out" of one of the desserts...waited 30 minutes (again plates stacked at the end of the table) for it to arrive. Service was bad...like REALLY bad and food was subpar too... And told the server at the start we were celebrating a birthday only to have them do NOTHING for us the entire time. The burger was deducted from our check but honestly the entire bill should have been on the house. This place is such a disappointment. Food. I didn't eat. The choices had no appeal Once upon a time, I loved Red Lobster. Nothing appealed to me on that literally flithy, dirty, stained, torn almost into individual section menu. It was hard to get past the gross ness, and I just had to walk out. Would be nice if you cleaned up your presentation. For goodness sake, you are across the street from a hospital. The adventure started with the freeway being clear (Sunday, of course) but, then we encountered a long wait for a table (1 hr). Special thanks to Bailey who made us drinks while we waited and later Kasandra took care of the seven of us in a very professional manner (none of us like an intrusive server and she was soooo awesome). Went on a thursday night at five p m. It was our anniversary. I wanted a one lobster and Bacon wrapped scallop dinner but they could not offer that. Asked for a one lobster tail dinner.They could not offer that either. Their menu is very hard to navigate. My Husband ordered Steak medium rare and crab. Steak was medium and crab was Stringy and chewy. Manager came to table and we told him the problems he said. Yes, there are things About menu that are not clear. Manager said the crab was probably left in the hot water too long. Waiter didn't seem to know the prices on Dishes. My husband put scalloped with bacon Wrapping as an add-on to his meal.We were charged as a separate meal not add on. Said no sour cream on the potato and she brings us one with full sour cream. Brussel sprouts said crispy on the menu and were $1.99, the Brussels that were brought to me were not crispy and had teriyaki sauce one them. When I asked her what the sauce was she said "I think it's soy and teriyaki". She then brought us our bill and was like it's kinda wet, like it's wet. When we took it the whole thing was wet. And the price of the Brussels were $3.99. The wait was just terrible. I had to ask if I could walk the receipt up and pay. She ended up removing the Brussels and comped $10 and felt the need to point that out to me! That's the least you could with the service and the prices being charged! Red Lob used to be the pinnacle of seafood...that was several years ago. It has slowly deteriorated until now we hardly ever give them a shot a redemption. Seen the manger being extremely rude to customers he skipped in line because he seated bigger parties. What's the point of first come first serve then if your not going to seat people in order.
