Lobster tails, loaded baked potato and broccoli. Rolls yummy
Connie S.

Delicious and hot! I decided to go to Red Lobster in Lancaster, Ohio. I got the Lobster plate with 2 fantastic Lobster tails. And I love their Dinner Rolls. Service is amazing and seated and ordered as soon as I got a nice both by the window. Ambiance is sea food on the shoreline. See my pics. It's Lenten Season for us Catholics and this is the place to be on Friday in Lancaster, OHIO! You all come in now...you hear !!

Date night dinner for 2

Went to red lobster last night for dinner because we haven't been in a while and it was well worth it. It was absolutely delicious, the food came out very quick and cooked perfectly. We also got some mixed drinks and they were made great. I got the sangria and it was probably one of the best sangrias I have ever had. The lobster punch drink was also good! Our server Dave was so great. We was helpful, kind and very attentive. If you ever decide to go here to eat ask for him and he will take great care of you. In terms of price, it might seem high but for this quality of food and good environment it's well worth it. I would say 5 stars! Thanks for the great service and dinner!

The food was not good. Very pricey and with some understanding but my fish and chips were disgusting.. Other portion sizes are smaller and prices are raised really high.. Pick one.

I've been going to Red Lobster for several years, it's always a decent place for seafood when your so far inland. I primarily go for the endless shrimp promotions, of which I am a huge fan of. This location is solid as far as getting good repeatable service and good quality food. Tonight I had the endless shrimp, new this year was shrimp potstickers, which were great! Fried potstickers filled with shrimp and veggies, served with a spicy sweet dipping sauce. Additionally this year the coconut shrimp are available, these are great, slightly spicy, but served with an amazing dipping sauce. Lastly, how can you go wrong with the shrimp scampi? Delicious buttery, garlic sauce served over the shrimp. Overall this is a solid choice for seafood in Central Ohio.

Took my wife here for birthday. Service was slow, and clumsy. Shrimp was overcooked, and portions very tiny.

Lobster was tough. No one ask how meal was. No one ask if wanted another drink. Sat at bar. Will not be back.

Texas Roadhouse - Birthday cake made from the famous Texas Roadhouse Yeast Rolls!

Every once in a while, a restaurant you think you know well surprises you in a big way. This visit…read moreto Texas Roadhouse did exactly that. We were a pretty good sized group: seven adults and two kids, including my wife and me. One of the kids was celebrating his 13th birthday and had made a rather specific request: he wanted a birthday cake made out of Texas Roadhouse rolls. More on that masterpiece in a minute. Hannah was our server and she was OUTSTANDING. Managing a table our size while also handling other tables is no small task, but she was attentive, friendly and on top of things throughout the meal. I went with the Chicken Critter Salad, which has been my favorite here for years. My wife had the grilled shrimp with several vegetable sides. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Now for our usual restaurant obstacle course: my wife has gluten and dairy allergies, while I have a tree nut allergy and Alpha Gal, with a diabetes kicker just to keep things interesting. I was genuinely surprised to find that Texas Roadhouse has a gluten free menu. Even more important, Hannah took our dietary issues seriously, paid attention to the details and made sure we were comfortable with our choices. That makes a huge difference when eating out with multiple food restrictions. The atmosphere is exactly what you expect from Texas Roadhouse: busy, loud, crowded and energetic. This isn't the place for an intimate conversation or a serious business dinner, but it's absolutely appropriate for families, groups, kids and a casual date. And then there was the birthday cake. The staff actually took their famous rolls and built a two tier birthday cake out of them, using their cinnamon butter as the icing. Look at the picture. This wasn't somebody tossing a few rolls onto a plate and sticking a candle in them. They went all in. For a kid turning 13, they took a funny birthday request and turned it into something genuinely memorable. That kind of effort is what took this visit from a normal night at a familiar chain restaurant to an experience worth writing about. Great job by Hannah and the entire Lancaster Texas Roadhouse team. This one surprised me, in the best possible way.

When we arrived there was no workers in sight because a sign that said use the screen to order dine in or take out so we choose dine in. We got our milkshakes about 20 minutes after sitting down and I got the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was basically just vanilla. There was no pieces of anything in it and they gave it to us in to go cups even though we were dining in. Then we got our food about 45 minutes after that and they just called our number over the speaker and we did not get our cheese for our fries we paid for but the food was alright and they don't put seasoning for the fries on the table anymore. I went up asked for some seasoning and they said you have to pay $3 for it. All around I was not pleased. I don't know if they don't wanna pay for servers or just can't get good servers in but their new system seemed lazy, unhelpful and cheap. You have to order on your own, pick up your food at the front, refill your own drink and throw away your trash. It's like a cafeteria.

Food is still absolutely delicious, and the decor is very homely -- not like what you see in most restaurants nowadays. The staff were also very friendly. There is an old saying that a good server can make a bad meal better. A Bad server will make a great meal mediocre. My daughter and I arrived at 8:01pm, it closed at 9pm. Our waitress Bryanna, took nearly 10 minutes to take our drink order which included my cocktail. She brought our water and soda and NO cocktail, said it would be right up. We then ordered our appetizers and meal at 8:15. She kept disappearing, never checked on us and at one point was sitting with co-workers by the kitchen just shooting the breeze. I couldn't even raise my hand to catch her attention because she never looked our way nor acknowledged us. By 8:35pm, 20 minutes later, we still did not have our appetizers NOR my cocktail. At 8:40 she brought the appetizers and I reminded her of my cocktail ( the Caramel Apple) When she brought it I could tell it had been sitting for quite a while as the ice was pretty melted and the drink was watered down. At 8:45 , 5 minutes after appetizers came out, our meal showed up. We finished eating our meal at 9:15. My daughter had gotten the Tasty Trio and ordered the Chocolate chip cookie. Bryanna brought our check and NEVER did bring the cookie. I tipped her 15% (which was more than she deserved). She shook her head when she went to the computer I am guessing she didn't like the $10 I gave for mediocre service. She also left her waitress hand machine so that I could finish paying and never did come back to retrieve it NOR brought me my receipt. It was really disappointing.
