The red lobster biscuits that you get complimentary

I need to go here on Monday for the $22 all you can eat shrimp special where they offer your shrimp 3 different ways ! The things I have had from here are delicious and I would argue extremely reasonable in price ! Love it here !

Garlic Shrimp and coconut shrimp

We did it. @redlobster endless shrimp. . I was actually very impressed. . My faves were the walts & grilled. . Coconut shrimp was not my fave. . Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. . Biscuits were nostalgic, but Costco mix does them better :p sorry Red Lobster . I definitely wouldn't pay the extra 6$ on the weekend. . $23,99. . Would recommend for a one time endeavor. . We crushed 101 shrimp between the two of us. . I've heard good things from other people and it seems to be bumping when we drive by, so maybe they did something different, but I have no complaints.

Red Lobster in Cow Town... must try... So went and was a bit disappointed. Well Calgary is known for steak or beef. Came here and ordered the "Ultimate Feast". For $32.99 it came with lobster tail, king crab, fried shrimps and butter shrimps and two sides (I chose Cesar salad and lobster cheese baked potatoes). Well for that price it is a really good deal. Only issue with the king crab was that its not that fresh as I hoped it would be. Portion was huge. Kind of embarrassing for a small girl like me to have such a big plate. Plus I did manage to finish it all. My thought about the dish was that it was too much butter. After dinner, I didn't feel to great. I also got the virgin pina colada with mango topping (the mango topping syrup was too sweet). The glass was big and was very thick. It was good until you got to the bottom where all the syrups where sitting. For that price I can't really argue. I mean it was a good deal for so much food. I came here on a Thursday night and the place was super busy. Plenty of parking outside because it was located in a mall (free parking too).

Garlic cheddar biscuits

My mom used to take me here 10 years ago in Saskatoon every week. The decor hasn't changed, and neither has the recipe for their delicious complimentary garlic-cheese biscuits. The lunch special was exactly as I remembered with the choice to build your own. The service was quick/friendly and the food tasted exactly how I remembered it. It's a popular restaurant for the elderly, like Grainfields or Smileys. It would be a good place to take kids. The only thing that has changed is they don't have to wear those funny 90's tropical fish shirts anymore! I like it here, it is a good value of food for $11.99!

My craving must have been intense because I didn't even think about it and started my long walk there. The layout of the restaurant is interesting. The bathroom is in the basement, the first floor is a bit small but has some tables, and the second floor has most of the dining area space. Interior decoration was pretty minimal but there was kpop playing and it was a bit dark in there so if you're looking to get a few drinks and Korean food with some friends, this would be a great spot. When I was sat at my table and I looked through the menu, the first thing that popped in my head was that they had quite an extensive menu. From army stew, bibimbap, bulgogi, and what I decided to get Dakgalbi (marinated chicken bbq). The Dakgalbi was really good and marinated well. I wasn't expecting the fried rice at the end to come with it like in Korea which was also really good. The only critique I have regarding the food is that there weren't that many side dishes (banchan) and the lettuce on the side was an extra $5. Service was on point. Thu and the woman server, I forgot her name, worked well as a team to make sure everyone was taken care of even though they had to walk up and down those stairs probably 10+ times just when I was there.

It's been awhile since we've been back at this location though. There is plenty of parking. Inside is your typical Denny's. My wife got the Grand Slam and I settled on the Chicken Fingers. Food was really good on this day. We like Denny's and have been to a few and the food here is really good. What really tips the scale though is our server Anjali. She was super awesome. Super friendly and attentive. She came around multiple times to see if we needed anything. She seemed to generally care that we came in on this day. When you have a server like that it not only makes the meal that much better but it set up the rest of the day to be great. So thank you!
